How did that happen ^^?

Ouchieeeeeee I feel for you my friend. Can't believe it's working - resilient WinPho
You always remember the first time you drop a new phone. I stupidly decided to try and open a door at the same time I was on a call and holding two carrier bags. Luckily I got away with a tiny scrape on two corners.

I got this when I was on LIRR and when my sstop came some guys pushed us out.. And this phone was in my hand.. If it wasn't in my hand than al that bruise and cuts would have happened to my hands.. I am glad I was holding it.. I fell on a cemented platform and it saved me from bleeding and hurting my palm..

my point exactly can't see anything clearly. iPhone 4s has much better camera for a phone.

Sad to see an Omnia 7 as your.
I have an Omnia 7 too and i love it.
But if once my phone will look like your phone, i will change it to another, newer Windows Phone modell.

is the omnia 7 much different than omnia 2? because i used to own one few years back and i HATED it. i'm actually a fan of samsung products but i couldn't believe they made such a crappy product. I couldn't do ANYTHING with it, and it turned me off to windows phone for life. My boyfriend then had the DROID while I got the Omnia purely based on looks. never making that mistake again.

That's a whole different story. The Omnia 2 was a WinMo device, while the 7 has WP on board. Anyway it all comes down to personal preference I guess, I had the Blackjack II back then and absolutely loved it. It was rock solid and the optical mouse made me feel like a boss. People were always like "omagad wut is that phone?? It has a mouse??"

Thank you Samsung for showing off the Nexus Prime. It looks sexy to say the least.
i wonder what is that side sensor with the 3 dots?
or are those supposed to be 3 buttons?

I think it's a docking attachment a la Nexus One. No?
it would be interesting if it replaces the USB connectors
assuming they are actually for a docking station, and not some sensors or 3 buttons

I don't think micro USB will be replaced in the near future as it is standardized in the European Union. As you said it's probably dock connector in addition to the micro USB. Or maybe something radically new.

Hmm if the thicker part is the bottom then it looks like we're looking at the right side of the phone. Maybe the three dots is a sensor-type camera shutter key so you don't shake the phone like you sometimes do when pressing a hardware shutter key?
Would be an awesome concept for still photo taking

The photo shows it has two ‘humps’ on the rear of the device; camera on the right; loudspeaker and radios on the left. The curve of the screen isn’t as dramatic as first thought, it’s actually quite flat in comparison to the curved blue glow that is atop of it. It also looks very Nexus S on the front and Nexus One at the back. Interesting, thanks @xavierdylan

How are those "leaked images" if they were generated by user on a Russian concept phone site?
Too. Much. Bezel.
Beat Apple to it, you know the iPhone5 is going to have ulta-minimal bezel.
I know it's an unofficial concept image, but, it's likely right on--roughly speaking. It's time for these companies to stop just achieving design parity with Apple and actually surpassing them. They have an entire fncking year to do it every. single. time. Our specs slaughter the iPhone, constantly...for years now. Time to leapfrog in the physical design department.
Thinner, the least bezel possible, moar screen, moar battery. Get on it Samsung.

Yeah, given that the source article cites...well, nobody, I have a hard time swallowing it.
However, that concept is interesting--notice the 3 "lenses" at the top. Could this be a hint (or at least, speculation) of a Kinect-integrated WP8 powered device coming later this year?
I hope so--MS really needs to kick it into high gear if they want to make a useful dent in Apple and Android's market share

I actually wouldn't mind something similar to what that concept is.
The eternally continuous long list of apps is annoying to go through. I think maybe that's why iOS and Android have the different pages. There was probably some sort of research that indicated that people get fatigued by endless lists.
And bravo to the kinect idea. That would be great, and would definitely give WP a wow factor above the other platforms (finally).

The three holes in the screen are camera, ambient light sensor, and maybe a flash or multi color led ?
FFacing flash would rock, as would a multicolor led.

My stupid self didn't write out the schematics of all the connections and how everything worked, so now I gotta go back and figure it all out again...oops, lol.

Nah, it didn't cost that much time though. Just went on that server to socialize here and there, you'll attain some resources over time and then you try to build with it. As you see, everything is built with very cheap materials like sand and wood.
You just need a plan on what you want to build, and if you have the idea and don't need to remove or rebuild parts, a giant building will be finished in 2 hours.

I think the Note 8 inch is more like the Note 10.1 - meaning it's not designed for telephony use. Probably Sammy's intended response to Apple's new offering.
One of the other shots shows clearly that it has, what looks like, a speaker at the top. Just like a phone. Which doesn't surprise me as much as that there is also a huge bezel. I don't see how a phone call could be made on this.

But really where do we draw the line? Why can't larger sized tablets with cell modems also have the ability to make a phone call. I probably wouldn't use it, but it should be there. I gues there shouldn't be a difference between a tablet and phone. Just Android devices with cell modems that come in different sizes.

Realistically speaking....it is a phablet and not a phone...soooo why is people saying that it's too big? the only problems I hav with the device is 1. the camera should have been 8mp. 2. the design should have been a little more innovative instead of looking like a bigger note -__- and 3. What is up with the pixel density? 189? fuh real? At least 260....Anyway besides all those disadvantages I think It's super awesome and one of the best tablets yet....look past the faults and you'll fall in love *_*
I am thinking for an upgrade for Galaxy Tab Plus and this one should be ideal, but it will be used solely as tablet (not phone or hybrid whatsoever). But I want it to have tablet layout not like Tab 2 7.0 JB.
