Is it possible to add custom locales in Desire? I'm running Runnymede&Bliss Mix V1.0 Wmjan... 2.3.5 with Sense 3.5
I installed MORELOCALE2 and few other apps from market. Set URDU PAKISTAN as my OS LANGUAGE.
Nothing changed except google translate app. It was there in Urdu in app drawer.
I wanna set URDU PAKISTAN as my OS language.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

How can I add more language and locale to froyo with sense?
Froyo with sense roms(like DJ Droid) have not all languages that vanilla roms have.
For instance, Vanilla froyo roms have Turkish language. But froyo roms with sense don't have Turkish language. I think, I can add Turkish language, but I don't know where to look...
Morelocale solution is not a real solution. Froyo keyboards have multilanguage option, but there isn't the language that you've selected with morelocale in the language list of the keyboard.
I think I should edit HTC_IME.apk, but I don't know where to and what to look?

If i'm right, there is a addon for this language. Just google after that Then you must flash the language pack.

non of the official desire hd roms currently supports urdu language. it only supports arabic and you can only read urdu messages if u have flashed arabic ruu. You can flash this rom which is pre rooted http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1436770

I use aplications like morelocale2 but in apps like the Google maps Navigator, I can´t have brazilian portuguese voice! it has only English or Portuguese from Portugal!.
The app uses the system language by default! is there anyway to choose the language in the app or to have native Brazilian Portuguese in the system???
