Inverted screen rendering widget or toggle - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

Does anyone know if there is an "Inverted screen rendering" widget or toggle for that stock browser Accessability setting?
Thanks.

+1 that. Looking for same.

+1 I'd like to be able to quick toggle this while browsing. It's great that we can do it in the browser but its a little clunky having to go through settings to do it.

I use this userstyle css in Opera Mobile. It does the same thing as the stock browser and makes the backgrounds full black, but it keeps the images in their original color which the stock browser doesn't do. This might save you from having to toggle. Extract the zip and put the css anywhere on your device. Go to opera:config and search for user css and use the attached one.

Disguise as non-mobile browser in Froyo

I've recently rooted my Desire and am running DeFrost but I've noticed something different with the web browser. For some reason, I can no longer hide the fact that the browser is a mobile browser which changes the appearance of some websites. I don't like this.
Is there any way around this? I was wondering if my browser before was a HTC one so maybe switching to a ROM like Modaco or OpenDesire's official port would help. Thing is, I'm not particularly fond of Sense.
Also, I read something about there being a way to replace the hosts file so it blocks out the ads. Is this still possible in Froyo?
If you get Dolphin HQ browser from market, you can download a desktop toggles add-on, which switches between android and desktop ID
Will that work for all browsers or just Dolphin?
Or just type in about:debug in the address bar and "go". Then go to Menu > Settings > UAString
This only half works.
Some sites are now intelligent enough that even though you change your user agent to a desktop one that they can work out you are a mobile and redisplay a mobile specific page
about:debug doesn't seem to work in the default Froyo browser.
It's ok. I've found the answer here: http://www.nexusoneforum.net/forum/...ion/6167-change-user-agent-android-phone.html
When you do about:debug nothing APPEARS to happen, but if you then go into the settings there are more options available.

MUST Check out Boat mini browser!

I'm a browser freak.
My fav actually is stock gingerbread actually...faster than any on the market in its pure form.... but Samsung screwed it up..no permanent desktop displays etc... How they can create a screen like this and not enable a desktop option is
beyond me. Even some of the other browser's that have desktop options won't display them here
Anyway this one is superb on a few fronts. If you don't have root it offers an excellent Screenshot option also.
Check it out.

Default browser icon image location?

Does anybody know where the default browser icon image is located? I want to change Dolphin Browser beta's thumbnail to the default, because the icon for Dolphin doesn't look that great. Thanks.
EDIT: I found it, for anyone who would like to know it's in /system/app/Browser.apk, open it with a .rar viewer and navigate to /res/mipmap-hdpi/mdpi/xhdpi (depends on your phone), then extract ic_launcher_browser.png.

Habit Browser - New Customizable Browser

Does anyone else use this browser? I just discovered it today and I'm loving it so far. You're able to customize everything from toolbar buttons to the color of the layout. It has 'in tab' history and you can create website shortcuts on your home screen. The quit options are pretty detailed too but I think the most useful function is 'Restore Tab'. Another plus is the ability to take a picture of the whole page, not just what you're currently looking at. Only downside is it doesn't support gesture typing and there are ads in the history and bookmark pages, but I think those can be overlooked seeing as you're able to customize everything to fit your desire.

Stock browser is not remembering Accesibility settings

The stock browser is not applying my Accessibility settings when it first loads a page. I have the font to be augmented to 145% but each time I open a web page it's like I didn't set the option at all. Once in the page I go to the accesibility settings again and disable/enable (or viceversa) anything in it (like the 'force zoom' option, or the 'text booster') and when I exit the settings (without ever reloading the page) the settings are finally applied. It's like the browser finally reads the settings and applies them.
Before you guys recommend a "better" browser I know there are many other browsers out there including chrome but I prefer this one and I want to know if anyone has had this happen and managed to fix it or anything.
Thanks!
I tried every browser and none was as good as "browser". Turns out that someone uploaded an AOSP version of browser to the play store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.android.browser it's even better than the stock browser on the mini since this one is closer to the one I used to use on my S3 with all the cool nifty features (full screen mode, night mode, etc). It's really cool and it doesn't have the bugs ailing the stock browser.
