Well definitly is not the cpu Settings, i bought Last night setcpu and set it up to 700 mghz and still got Signal issues, apparently IMM76D radios does not work Well with my provider (MOVISTAR venezuela), can anybody point me the right way to replace radios with no data lost, no wipe? Im running 4.0.4 upgraded from 4.0.2 OTA im rooted and bootloader unlocked, im tired of this issue and thinking about going back to 4.0.2... I also need radios compatibles with 4.0.4 IMM76D gsm... Thanks in advance

Assuming you are talking about the GSM version you can find the radio images here. Select one that you know worked fine before.
To flash it you can either flash an update.zip with it in CWM or flash it using "fastboot flash radio radio.img". None of those will do anything to your data.

I just unlocked my nexus now am about to root it. Am all stock cdma right now if i flash the 4.0.4 will I still receive ota updates
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using XDA
Never mind I found the answer
Well considering that there is no 100% official 4.0.4 update out for the CDMA version, anything you flash will probably take you off of the OTA update path. Any OTA that comes out will be looking for your device to be on 4.0.2, not 4.0.4.
So I've never been able to receive OTA updates on my nexus devices. I got a new gnex a few weeks ago and stayed in its shipped 4.0.2 for over a week and eventually just manually flashed 4.0.4 cause it wouldn't get the OTA. I'm running a pre released 4.1, should I downgrade to 4.0.4 and go for the OTA or just wait for the stock images to flash?

theres an OTA zip from 4.1 release preview to 4.1.1. read the main OTA thread the links are there. and you could have just posted this in that thread too instead of making a new thread.
Either or. If you're on takju 4.1 you should get the 4.1.1 OTA soon enough... there's a .zip available to flash if you're handy with booting into a temporary CWM recovery.

If you're fully stock JRN84D (with the proper radio and recovery) on a GSM device, you will receive the OTA. It was the first OTA to be announced to start rolling out.

OK can u give me a link to download the yakjuux ICS so I can flash it in fastboot
Why would you want to go to the Canadian build when you're already on 4.1.1? If you switch to that, you'll get updates slowly again... You're already on takju, stay there lol.
There are no stock images available for yakjuux. But as was mentioned, there is a yakjuux 4.1.1 version you can restore in cwm.

Woke up in middle of the night, saw this waiting for me. Had synced via Kies about 6 hours earlier and it wasn't there. Haven't noticed any differences in very brief use, and I am going back to sleep. Sammobile has it up now as well.

i dont think this is the 4.1.2. i installed it and still 4.1.1. In sammobile it says 4.1.2, you can download it now.
No major changes. It appears to be a minor update. If you don't get it via OTA or Kies, you can download and manually install the update.
Check the Sammobile site, they have the 4.1.2 T999 update. the file size is 734mb.

the baseband version # changed. I checked around and found that LTE is no longer showing in the phones network mode menu. (it showed up when we did the 4.1.1 jb install) It is now back to gsm/wcdma, gsm only and wcdma only.

This is my thoughts too... I'm not flashing it... Or any update for that matter as 4.2.1 is working beautifully on my phone with rootbox

I let the update run and reboot. Since it was small I assumed it was to fix that bricking problem I read about a month or so ago. I'm still on stock JB non-rooted until someone makes a ROM with reliable wifi calling.
PS: Bluetooth A2DP still sounds like garbage on my motorola headsets. The crackling is so bad on my S305, that if the headset is at the other end of the room from you, it sounds like someone is opening a bag of chips.
How to disable "phone modified" message from this update?
Recieved the update today as well. Thinkng it was 4.1.2 so I went ahead and updated it. Well unfortunately the update seems to be a "security improvement" for rootes and flashed devices. (Maybe to prevent th from getting 4.1.2, not sure).. Here's the problem I went to check for update and that annoying pop up that my device is modified came up.. so I opened up Triangle Away and reset the flash count to zero and click on"system modified workaround", rebooted amd nothing. Device status still shows as modified. I was always able to get it to say to normal using triangle away. This new update prevents it. Any help? Thanks

You have to be 100% stock (ROM, kernel, and recovery) in order to flash ota updates

Yep ^^^ But also need to be unRooted as well.
You can use OTA Rootkeeper from Supercurio and preserve root that way. Save SU, temp unroot, take OTA, reboot, open OTArk and restore root. That is as long as you have what he said above in place as well.
