I wanted to create my own custom 4G and 3G icons and this is what I have so far. These are the big hi-res version 4G icons so you all can see what they look like. Just resize to 38X38 pixels and implement them into your SystemUI.apk for all you themers who want to give them a try. Let me know what you think and any opinions and recomendations, requests are welcome. I have great imaging and photo editing skills but truthfully I really don't have the time to fully theme a rom.

Looks great. A greyscale version would be nice for the minimalists.

Initial release will be for HTC Magic 32B with either spfrance or cyanogen ROM.
If you could figure out how to get the background white and the text black like you have in that second image, I would really like to know how you did it
Probably a xml in the drawable folder... I have yet to figure that out
Lol yeah that makes 2 of us. It's holding up my next theme
You should name the theme "I Can't Believe it's Not iPhone (Spray)"
i have been waiting on this popup notification design for MONTHS
omg, I want this theme. haha. It looks sooooo nuts!
Fancy sharing your PSD's?
I'm sorry, no. I never share my PSD's... else some can bring out my work under his name and probably a lot earlier than my release
Hey Draxter,
Still working on this theme for the Magic?
Grtz
Themes for dream and sapphire cyanogen 3.6.8 and higher are exchangable afaik.
I have a 32b, and I have been long dreaming of this....waiting for the release
I can't wait to see how this is going to turn out
Love the dialer, this theme is going to be one better ones IMO. The clean look although heavily moded is a great idea. Ill be keeping an eye on this one for sure.

Not anymore lol
I honestly believe this is one of the greatest fonts ever made.
It's not big and blocky, but small and classy like.

Install it like an APK
Then
Settings > Display > Screen Display > Font Style
Some comparisons
Comfortaa on Left, Default Font on Right

Been using this font for a long time, though lately I've been giving SonySketch a shot, which is even more badass imo.
I heart this font major

It's too gaudy for me. Then again, my phones are always minimalistic. To each their own.

Here's a very nice post in the EVO 4G section that has tons of fonts and sample shots. The files are flashable and should work on any Android device.

Love this font
There's a very similar font to this one called Hattori Hanzo.
Hey guys i saw an article about the new Motorola phone at Link and
there is an image that show android ics with transparent softkeys and statusbar backgrounds.
It would be really nice when it will be released if the devs could see how it works and if it is possible to port it to our device
without a huge performance issue!

+ 100 to Op , I would highly appreciate a transparent status bar or a hybrid bar for maguro
I may be wrong but I was sure that on most custom ICS ROMs there was a transparency setting for many of those items?
I've seen the setting for transparent status bar before, and I had issues. It looked great on lock screen/homescreen, but once I was in an app it looked funny, usually a gray color that made the bar in readable because of the contrast.

I really like that widget. :cyclops:
Hi everyone.
So, I'm working on a new theme for my Nexus 4. I am trying to get something great looking for the start of the Baltimore Orioles season. Here's what I have so far:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
You can see that my phone, messaging, camera, contacts, and app drawer sit in the dock, which I pull up with a gesture. Below that are my toggle icons for wi-fi, GPS, etc. The icons and background are from SeriouslyCrazy, who is a very creative themer. The Maryland flag in the navigation bar is just my own personal touch I put on every theme to salute my home state. I currently don't have anything specific to the Orioles on the icons or wallpaper, but I'm definitely down for pictures of real Orioles, Camden Yards, Orioles logos, etc.
That being said, I'm putting this out to the community for anyone interested in (1) general theming, (2) Baltimore Orioles, or (3) orange stuff. I like layouts that move away from a wall of icons, though I find my Nexus 4's screen kind of small for widespread widget usage (unlike my Nexus 10). I'm open to any and all suggestions or ideas.
I love it guy! Just no orioles icons and I'd rock it. .. Theme chooser?

Isn't this just your homescreen design?

Well, right now. But I'm looking for advice, help, or suggestions for making a quality Orioles theme. I'm not tied to this background or the icons, they're just a starting point.

HyperColor in an LWP utilizing Fluid Dynamics algorithm.
Its fully configurable, there are 38 presets and 40 backgrounds, 16 particle types.
It allows you to create simple bokeh effect with your own color sheme, or some more complicated theme,
there are about 10 diffrent properties you can change, glow, viscosity, particle size etc..
Stir it well and have fun!!.
anybody ?
I'll give it a whirl when I get home for ya!

Looks nice, but all the Youtube vids are private.
If you want me to try it and give you an honest opinion, you'll have to give me something that doesn't lock me out of basically all the customization options.
Video is private..

Downloaded it, looks pretty nice. The preset screen shots are a little small tho when i was looking through them. Ill play with it some more tho.
How much is the full version before I even bother wasting my time.
