[Q] Inverted axis in camera360 - Xperia Arc Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi, I have a bootloader locked arc and recently I installed the Aniking ROM on it through CWM; I restored my apps using titanium backup and my sms using mybackup pro.
Everything works great, except for one little annoying detail; in camera360 my x axis appears to be inverted, when I place the phone in vertical mode the icons appear correctly on the Y axis (the horizontal one) but inverted on the x axis (meaning they appear upside down); when I put the phone on landscape it rearranges the y axis so it is horizontal to the ground, but the x axis keeps inverted so apps are still upside down.
Does anyone have any idea on how can I fix this? as in how could i completely remove every evidence of camera 360 from my phone, or alternatively how could I fix that inverted damn axis?
cheers ^^

anyone? *__*

I have same problem like you and already tried with another version from 2.5 until 2.7.0 still not found any solution for this problem..

[Q] Would this work on the Desire? (Screen Density)

I came across this ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=771684 ), and I wondered if this would work on the Desire (obviously needing to be in Recovery to access the system directory)?
Seems pretty cool!
or there is this on the front page, mentioned in the comments in that thread. looks a whole lot easier http://www.xda-developers.com/android/lcd-density-changer-application-v3-0-released/
The app doesn't work on desire.
I changed my dpi to 180. It looks great. No glitches if you turn off compatibility mode in spare parts.
Works great with adw launcher. Can fit 7x7 icons on the homescreen with ease.
Another bonus is the keyboard is shrunk to about 1/3rd of the screen.
I cannot recommend it enough.
The way I did it was copy build.prop from system, edit it and flash it back by a custom update.zip

[Q] "Best" DPI Setting / Rom with S-Pen still working

Hey,
so i have my Note 2 for a couple of days now and i´m loving it, but well, there´s one thing that keeps bugging me and i have seen random "complains" about that here and in several other forums: Everything (especially apps like the sms/message/email ones) plain and simply look way too huge.
So, what i´m wondering about are mainly 2 things:
1. What´s the optimal DPI Setting in which all apps (including the camera) still work.
2. Can this also be achieved with a DPI setting which is normaly for tablets?
3. Is there any custom rom i can install that would do the job without messing up the S-Pen stuf (which is the main reason for me to own this device)
Would be nice if anyone could give me a helping hand with this one.
u can install any custom rom base on touchwiz, just search it in development section
im using 280 dpi and seems all touchwiz apps work, 240 have problem with camera, alarm and browser as i know
I just tried 280 but the page indicator dots now sit in the middle of the screen with wasted space underneath. Also tried 300 and whilst it looks a bit better, the dots still sit too high above the docked icons.

[Q] Photosphere not working

Hi! I have a Galaxy Nexus GSM, with official 4.2.1 (updated from 4.2 official) and the photosphere is not working both on 4.2 and 4.2.1... What can I do to enable it? Its the official update, havent even rooted yet... When I open photosphere it says only "Align to start" but I dont have any blue dot like I saw on youtube videos for N4, if I move the phone like the arrow shows I do a whole 360° degree and come to the same spot and no blue dot. Also the "matrix" behind the camera that should show phone's position in 3D space is always positioned as I was taking a picture of the floor and it isn't moving. Any suggestions? I upgraded to 4.2 mainly because of the photosphere feature...

I have a similar problem...am not able to make photosphere work on galaxy nexus 4.2 and 4.2.1 updated via OTA. I can see the first blue dot, but on aligning the dot in circle nothing happens....the behavior should be seeing more blue dots and moving forward to complete the sphere. hoping to find whats wrong since no one else seems to be having this issue with official update.

[Q] Camera image is flipped in 3rd party apps during reverse landscape (cm10.1)

Hi guys,
I have a next problem. In my car dock (with pins) the phone is positioned the way that power button points down. The phone detects orientation no problem, so all apps have proper reverse landscape layout even those that suppose to have fixed landscape. The problem is the apps that use camera are showing and recording video upside-down (I tried DailyVoyager, Track Recorder from Torque PRO). Stock camera works fine. The rom is CM10.1
Is the any fix for that?
Thanks for reading

Additional input. This camera bug happens only with apps that force "landscape" orientation, so when dock overrides this setting by "reverse landscape" everything except camera gains proper orientation.

Street view not working

Hi everybody,
I have an issue with Street View in the Maps app.
I can see the thumbnail (some of them I can even rotate) but if I try to open Street View full screen, all I am left with is a black screen with a rotating blue circle and eventually a "Can't connect" message.
I thought at first it might be my modifed DPI (380 instead of 480) but I tried with 480 too, I uninstalled all updates, cleared cache. Nothing is changing.
Is anybody else experiencing it?
not here. Working perfectly (oxygenos 3.1.3. rooted)
Just updated to 3.1.3. and it's still happening... No idea what's going on...
It looks like I'm stuck to the low-res version and my phone can't reach the high-res one...
