Servicecenter with Unlocked Bootloader ?

Good Evening,
Tuesday my Arc will be picked up bye the Post because it have for the second time the Frontcover damage.
Now my question :
I have unlocked the Bootloader and flashed the prerooted.img of the 2.3.4 on the Arc.
Should i flash back to Stock 2.3.4 and close the Bootloader again?
Or will there be no problem ?
Sony Ericsson Germany told me that it would give no problems because the Bootloader is open.
I send the first time the Phone with 2.3.3 and root on it and there was no problem.
Hello, when i unlocked my bootloader and rooted and more i flashed a cyanogenmod rom and send to sony ericsson when i had a problem, they fix and put the stock rom.
I had no problems.
thank you very much

Hi this is stock rom, can't tell if it is rooted, or does your phone had locked or unlocked boatloader.
If you bought a new phone, not a used one, than it its for sure not rooted and with locked boatloader.
