Whenever I open market, when I get to selecting an app from a list I get: Unfortunately, market has stopped working. No idea what to do, happened after I installed the Netflix HD app. If anyone has an idea, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

All of a sudden today, anytime I log into the Market and then click an actual app, it crashes. Is this a system wide Android Market down thing today ?

Thanks tried that, logged back in. Same thing. Force close soon as I click an app.
This is only time I have ever had an issue with the Market. Was working normal just yesterday.

Try clearing data from Market and Google Services Framework, reboot, then sign back in...

Tried that. Rebooted now can't get into Market at all. Says server error retry. Kept retrying and nothing.

Hm, just noticed that I have the same issue as the op; any clue anyone..? Cleared the data on Google Services Framework and can't log in to the market either.
P.S. Apps install just fine from the web market to the phone.
Need to push this up; I've now flashed a new rom after full wipes and it's still there.
Gummy's latest & latest trinity kernel, gsm o2 Germany.
same here AOKP M3
edit:
if clearing cache
setting another zone with MarketEnabler
and resetting language to US doesn't work - reinstall gapps.

Do you understand why?
Clearing cache/data for an app force closes it. It will return on reboot

As has been pointed out, that does not fix it. All that was done is merely force closing maps and it will resume the exact same behavior upon a reboot.
Open maps and let it find your location. That should actually resolve the issue for you with the added benefit of actually persisting after a reboot.

Hey,
I'm on a stock, non rooted, galaxy S3 on jelly bean 4.1.2. Notifications for every other app works except the official twitter app. They just stopped working on their own a few days ago. I've checked the settings, reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, and everything except a hard reset. Anyone know how to fix this?

I'm having the same exact problem. I emailed twitter but they really didn't tell me anything important.

No I am not.
I might suggest trying another Twitter app. Pretty sure the one by Twitter is garbage compared to what is available.

Any fix to this? I updated to the latest version and it's still not giving me my notifications...
Have you tried clearing data for it in app management?

Yes I tried it. Didn't help, I also cleared the cache to no avail.
Also I tried a new app today, Plume. It wasn't getting any notifications either. This is getting extremely annoying...
Only other things I can think of is to try a factory reset. Backup all you can first though, including your internal sd. Sorry I dont have anything better at this point.
You could try to flash the latest firmware in Odin, but I have a feeling that wont do any good...
Is there a way to clear only dalvik cache without being rooted? If so, thats another thing you can try.

I had the same problem but was fixed with the new twitter app update
I found the fix. At least for me. On a PC go to twitter > settings > apps and revoke access to all the apps. Worked perfectly for me after restarting my phone and everything.

Every app or just the twitter for android one? Because I revoked just the one for android and it didn't help.
I bought falcon pro and it works flawlessly

Have you tried deleting cache/data, uninstalling updates and re installing the latest version ?

I'm having the same issue, the market doesn't even recognize paid apps. I've tried uninstalling updates and wiping cache and data without success. Have even flashed different ROMs with no luck. Any new advice would be appreciated. Using toro with latest PAC ROM +golden kernel

Does anyone have problem with the vevo app? Mine goes to a black screen after the sign in, never worked. Tried cleaning data and force stop but neither works.

Same for me, strangely though if you voice search for something like Rihanna, it will show results which I can play from Vevo, but I still cannot get into the Vevo app.
Try uninstalling and installing again. T

I uninstalled it, reactivated, force stop, clear data or cache and still doesnt work for me, but the app doesnt freeze because if you press the exit(back) button on the remote a pop up appears asking if you want to exit the app. Its like it never loads the data.
Could it be something related to location? I will contact support or vev people o to see if got it working.
Hm.. Mines working just fine. Might be location

I've done all of those things as well, and it's still broken.
I'm using www.unblock-us.com as a redirector, so wondering if that's the cause.
Hm. Not sure bro..

I have the same problem. I'm located at Brazil. Seems many apps from Amazon are location blocked...cleaning cache and data does make it show the register/login page again, but after that only black screen....sucks really as on browser it does work.
mine works with unotelly but its a ****ty cut down version with just one TV channel instead of the 3 on appletv.
I was having this problem with my Amazon Fire box. I uninstalled the app and it worked after reinstalling. (I did not remove data from the cloud).
I have 2 , i working and 1 not . What repo are you using?
