I'll say it again... I chimed in because the OP is looking for a HOUSING, not a CASE.

CNN.CN has great service. Didn't bought a touch casing, but other accesoires where really fast and cheap!!
if someone orders please also confirm if you recieved the buttons in the corresponding colour...me...I don´t like the white faceplate with black buttons
I have a MDA Touch, so the buttons won't fit .. Is it possible to get the buttons also? Or say if you got them with you're cover like henftling said

I went ahead and made some green ones, let me know what you think. They should be attached to this post.
So the title kinda says it all, I noticed the M by the battery the other day and was wondering what exactly it was. I searched around a bit but couldnt find anything. Anyone know what it is
uh.... do you mean on the physical battery? Just a stamp they must do at the manufacturer for identification when they're putting it together.

Figured it out. Pretty sure he means the "M" underneath the battery when you take the door off. Vague OP tho.

Since you are in Canada (as am I), the "M" denotes that the GNEX you are using is the Canadian Version.
International Version = I9250
Canadian Version = I9250M
There is no difference in the devices themselves except this marking / Model Number distinction.
I believe the label underneath the battery on your Canadian unit should also have "GT-I9250M" in the model field also.

If someone know how to do it meyby you can explain? I found only one vid on youtube but no screen replacing there..
Also meyby someone knows where to get white screen? On ebay can be found only black one.
Waiting for answer.

I bought touchscreen+lcd combo. How I will get glued it to frame? 2side tape don t hold and original was also somekind glue like SuperAttack.

I used just a normal universal glue. But you will need something precise to glue it to the frame, because its very thin.

I can buy the original LCD from China LCD factory.
its much better to buy set: lcd+touch+frame it is easier to replace, because you dont have to glue the screen to the frame what is quite difficult. You can buy sets screen+frame on aliexpress for about 30$, and screen only its about 20$.

Sally, do you have a screen protector? If so, how's the fit? I'm concerned about "halo effect" and have asked elsewhere but only got one user to reply.

No i couldn't find one, no scratches tho, not even tiny ones
But I'd suggest those thin plastic ones, glass protectors usually have that halo effect

I recently bought 8.1 and after a couple of days I got a green vertical line in some portrait shots
Don't know why this happening

If you have tried the factory reset then it should be a hardware fault, get it replaced
