Ive been using this music player for a couple of days, and i've gotta say:
I really like it.
MUSIC PLAYER FOR PAD
My only gripe is no APE support, but i can live with that.
It has a few Visualizer settings, Equalizer and supports MP3, WAV, OGG, MID, MP4, M4A, 3GP, FLAC, AAC, WMA, FLAC, AAC, and WMA.
Works well with Ice Cream Sandwich and Large Screen devices...

Doesnt support folders as far as I could see it just imports all the songs into one LONGG list..
Doesnt make them very easy to sort or view and the buttons are a bit small on the Nexus but it might look better on a tablet for which its designed for
Looks nice but I uninstalled it after 5 minutes lol.
Mark.
Quite nice but doesn't work well on the GN. Buttons are just too small. Also no controls on the lockscreen. The default player seems to be the only player to support that feature.
What's wrong with the stock player?

i'll give it a miss then!
Works for my needs. All my music is tagged correctly so i usually just dump it all the FLACs and MP3s into one folder and shuffle play. Done!
Simple player for my simple needs
I've been using PowerAMP since it was released first time round and I love it. This app could turn me away from PowerAMP...hmm. Thanks for the heads up on this.
I have been looking for a FLAC player for the G Nex for so long..This seems like a good option Thanks! :good:

hey ive searched the forum but cant find what im looking for
So is there a cab. or other easy way to change the look of the tf3 player?
(i dont like the standard player at all)
if not is there a easy way to remove the tf3 player and add a wmp tab instead?
Hope someone knows
thanks
currently no and no i think. Why do you want to use WMP instead of the audio manager? I love audio manger for a few reasons and why it is better than WMP.
Flicking through songs is easier, you get the album art, when you soft reset your phone it only goes back the beginning of the current song not the whole playlist like WMP and finally its on a touchFLO tab.
i agree on all those points, however the way it looks and feels I think is so annyoing. So I think we need another option with better design but same functionality
How about this one?

Guys i try alot of diferent programs for listening music i try MORT player witch many peoples say is the best i try around 5 other and finaly what i can say from all this expirience is that!
The default Audio Player in the Touch Flo is the best not only because is very finger friendly and easy to use.. the default audio player also have very good crystal sound!
Im saying this because i use very high tech speakers and NO ONE Audio Player that i test can beat the default Audio Player so you don`t have any reason to remove it?!
I cant live without listening music on the Touch Flo
Cheers
i found this thing
However it doesnt replace the touchFLO player and also its a little buggy
Since the music player in TF3D is essentially part of a skin anyway I think your best bet is to find another player if you're not happy with it.
officially it doesn't. non official it does until they introduce new firmware to disable it so you can buy new phone with official support.

rip your cd collection to flac. You can use various players to play it including powerAmp, winAmp, playerPro, and my fav so far that gives you the lyrics to your music TuneWiki.
Rip your fave movies to the device. Store all your apps a couple backups nandroids your entire days worth of classes you recorded with your camera cause you were to lazy to write anything down in class that day because you were playing with roms the previous day.

LOL. That's not a bad approach.
I went to school 10 years too early, it seems.
First of all, this isn't a system mod!
I have found the suitable EQ settings - which resemble the 'Beats' sound in Poweramp - on another forum and I'm going to post them here:

The finder of this has used an older version of Poweramp but you could enter these settings into the newest one. The author has also enabled Dolby surround in his Desire HD. So we can't fully imitate the Beats audio since our Wildfire S doesn't support Dolby, but this is the closest we have come so far. I have tested about 10 different songs with my HTC connected to my Kenwood stereo and I have to say the original 'Beats' sound is still a tiny bit deeper and more direct (Stock player vs. Poweramp; I have flashed the latest patch provided by einstein.frat). Nevertheless you must really listen for a difference to notice one.
One last thing: disable the 'Limit' option in Poweramp's EQ and set the 'Bass' and 'Treble' knobs as shown. Actually you could play with them a little bit, but don't exceed the 1/2 mark (the position of the knob's mark pointing upwards). You could leave the 'Tone' setting on, it doesn't really matter.
Enjoy!
Thanks for sharing.
There is a Stereo X for Poweramp ver 2.0.5.
So, what's the setting for this?
Thanks. Cool EQ.
can we use this in dsp eqalizer ?

OMG. What a question. Just try it. It is only EQ setting.
Thanks for sharing. This EQ settings works good for me with Beats headphones

man,, first of all,, you should consider not everybody has the same earphone/headphone/headset or whatever speaker like you have,, since it will make a really huge difference.
You can ask for this setting to be sent to some other server eg google drive, or for where to download it from?

I've been fiddling with my G3 for a little over a day now and I can't seem to figure this one out. Several of my albums are being split in two in my G3 media player. Below is a screen shot showing Pearl Jam Ten and Vs showing up as two albums. Both should have 12 songs in them, but are split out. It seems random, too. On Ten it is the 5'th, 6'th and last song that are split out into the second album that only has 3 songs. They are all in the same folder on my SD card, and they all displayed properly when the same SD card was in my previous phone. On Vs it is the 5'th song that somehow displays as it's own Vs album.
Any ideas?

I don't own a G3, but I've had this problem on several other phones before. you have to use windows to edit the songs in question info in properties. Depending on where you got the music from, a lot of the properties info is not there or messed up so the phone splits it up to where the info for songs match up hence why you have 2 different albums for the same one. Gets worse if the album has a lot of ppl credited on the songs then the music player will spit each song into its own album. Take all the music that's split off your device. Use Windows to edit the properties/track info so it ALL matches, and then throw them back on your device. You should be good after that.

Thanks, that certainly seems to do the trick. I'm coming from 3 generations of HTC's, so I guess their players are a bit less sensitive to the details.
Hi all:
I'm thinking of buying this Joying Android player for my car:
https://www.carjoying.com/2-din-car...-system-support-camera-dvr-for-universal.html
But I have a question about the music app, used to play music from the USB or SD card.. I hope someone can help me...
Normally in my USB/SD card, I organize my mp3's in folders, by album names. So for this android music player that comes with most android players, will the app display my songs in folders/files, or will it just search through all the files, and display them in a single-hierarchy, chronological list?
This is important to me, as I want to be able to quickly change my songs by moving to another folder when I need it...
Thanks in advance!
I don't own exactly this one, but I guess all Chinese are similar. So on the question: on mine when you slide right the music app screen on the left side is something like files explorer and you can choose what folder you want to play or press the very top option to play everything. So if your card folder structure is simple you will be able to play what folder you want in a matter of couple of clicks. But if you have complicated folders structure like folder in a folder in a folder, then will be a bit hassle. I hope that helps
Ps: you can always download any music app from gogle play that suits you
Sent from my D6503 using Tapatalk
I think you should consider PowerAmp, if you set correctly in setting menu, you can slide left-right for prev/next track, slide up-down for prev/next folder, also you can sort (for each folder) by album, artist or even file-name. I'm really happy with these features.
I guess I can roughly picture it in my mind... but any pictures would be extremely helpful!
I stumbled upon BlackPlayer Music Player and its awesome! Does what you're asking and more. I plugged in an old usb stick with various folders of artists into my Joying headunit and when I opened the app for the first time it was so easy to tune it. Sorts by artist, albums, songs, playlists, etc. Check it out in the app store. One pic from google:

sounds good! I'll try out the blackplayer and poweramp when my unit arrives. thanks!
I cam here to ask the same thing, I like to organise my music by Artist first then Album. The native player only wants to list the albums! I can't find a "Go up one Level" button anywhere.
On this note is it possible to remap the physical button on the head unit?
