Which are the best general settings for the camera? I saw the comparison from cnet.asia and I was thinking that +1 in both saturation and contrast might be a good idea or maybe the photos looked all washed upp because the flash was always on as another user mentioned.
As i understand -2 sharpening is a go. Should the widescreen mode also be disabled or will it not affect the quality of the picture? Any other suggestions?
hi, i rememeber when my GN has the 0 shutter lag, the camera was perfect in evry photo.
but when i upgrade to 4.0.4 we have lost this function , i have a rooted GN with CM9 nigtly, but io can't find a way to have back the zero shutter lag...
WHO KNOW HOW TO RETURN TO 0 SHUTTER LAG WITH A MOD OR AN .APK?????

There isn't any apk? Or hacks
None that are needed. Following the above advice, you will get zero shutter lag. If you have not focused beforehand, the first shot may not be instant.
I mean, you can go back to 4.0.1 if you want zero shutter lag without focus, but blurry pics are miserable, instant or not.
but what about the lag? The terrible lag!

Seems that after I focus the initial , the 3rd shot or so will try to focus again.
Why do you want instant shutter lag, but blurry/poorly lit photos?
You'll get instant shutter lag if you pre-focus the image. The reason why the first shot isn't instant is because its now smart enough to focus before it shoots.

There any way to display the camera without lag when you active?
Try Xcam...the developer took the LG cam and added some features to it. I'm not sure if it will open the camera quicker or have a faster shutter speed or film in 60fps. All these features would be really nice but LG is not quite there with their software yet.

XCAM the probe did not need root or anything, but note that improves the camera, I saw several mod that lead to 60 fps and also improve the photos but nose which to use, that's why I consult probably already have several.
shutter speed does not convince me, nose if you have solution ... on older computers I have this problem

You can installing camera mod v7
Install Xcam LG. You can film in HD 30/60/120 fps and FULL HD 30/60fps.
Ok, I've looked everywhere but does anyone know how to shut off that stupid shutter sound??
I hate taking pictures and that fake shutter sound playing. It was cool in like 2003 but now it's just annoying.
