Hi guys..this is my first post here....I have wildfire for like 5 months now... Since then I have tried many roms like cm7, wildpuzzle, and many more... Currently I'm using zempuzzle which is an awesome fast and stable ROM with sense based... It's an a Android 2.2.1 ....
Guys I'm looking for a custom ROM sense based having 2.3.x Android os... Have tried sense on fire but it's isn't that stable....
Can anyone suggest me any custom ROM???

Please read around a bit before asking already discussed to death questions again and again. There is NO Gingerbread Sense ROM at the moment which is stable enough for daily use. Senseonfire is the closest.
Thanks buddy and I'm sorry for posting it again... I had already read all the possible posts but didn't find any ROM ... So I had to post the query myself ...

Hi everybody,
I'm a HTC Desire user and used to using custom ROMs, but I have a friend who has a HTC Wildfire and wants to get away from HTC Sense with a custom ROM.
I've never used the Wildfire but should have no problem rooting it and installing a ROM for her, but which would you say is the most stable, bugfree, quickest AOSP ROM, preferably with A2SD+ (though not essential) to install for day to day use?
Ideally I'd prefer her to have 2.3 and above, but if there's a really good 2.2 ROM I'd be happy with that.
If anyone is familiar with ROMs for the Desire, I use Redux 1.2 and would ideally like something that perfoms as well as that ROM for her.
Thanks in advance for your thoughts,
Regards,
Wildcardspv.
Hello,
Personally I prefer the CM7.
Very fast and very customizable.
CM7, no doubt.
Thanks guys,
Is that this one?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=957140
If not, could you post a link to then thread, just so I'm looking at the correct one.
Are there any known things that don't work in this ROM?
Regards
Wildcardspv.
Here at xda yes, but there is a latest, 7.0.3.
http://forum.cyanogenmod.com/topic/20132-cyanogenmod-7-for-the-htc-wildfire-v703-5-may-2011/
Usually 1/2 days after geting out on the official website is created a thread here, but for some reason 7.0.3 did not.
Great, thanks man

MIUI isnt that fast these days..
Try SGBS rom (v1.7) have sense and is very fast and stable.

Better wait for the official 2.3. I am using Cyanogenmod 7.0.3 Stable, but there is issue with call delay and mobile data connection problem. Now I am waiting for 2.3 official
I am running Insertcoin from around last 2 months and frankly speaking i never had any issues with the ROM. U can give it a try. U can get the rom from my signature.
Note: I never use HD recording or Playback on mobile, so i have never tested these functionality.
Yes, InsertCoin stable 1.0.8 seems to be bug free.
I used it also since about 2 months.
RCMix S v. 2.0.1 snm.
Try http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1113070&highlight=Recent+Apps easy to install.
For me AcesMod007 v24
Tried all roms but this one stands to be most stable and fast...
Leedroid is good too but battery hog.
Insertcoin is not bad but slow compared to acemod007.

From my personal experience I can highly recommend oxygen. It's a very clean and stable rom and I get a great battery life. Before using oxygen I tried leedroid, rcmix s, miui and redux. They are all nice and fast, but I really like the cleanness of oxygen and redux. I would have stayed with redux, but the developer did not have any time for further development for nearly two months, so I changed to oxygen. But I cannot see a big difference between redux and oxygen.
Ive tried loads, but an issue that kept recurring was depletion of internal memory. Therefore for the desire in my opinion the best roms are ones that allow data2ext or data2we which tricks your phone into thinking it has the internal memory limit you choose. I like gingerburst, a sense Rom since the whole thing is easy to set up and is stable. Just Google it and follow the instructions on the site
Cyanogen 7.0.3 works with the data2we. zip. If you don't like HTC sense, and is my close second Fave Rom

Rcmix 2.0, the cm7 variant
I'm running Leedroid 3.0.8.2 a2sd+ and loving it. No bugs found yet...

And which ROM is the best for you depends on what you like in a ROM.
There are differences in speed, customizability, features and of course the design.
So if you state what you like in a ROM it's easier for us to give an advise.
First of all you should decide if you want a stable rom or the newest but not so stable one.
For beginners I would recommend Cyanogen Mod, thats a nice stable Ginger Bread Rom and you get a good support there.
But if you want to try Ice Cream Sandwich, I suggest you try Sandvolds Rom. I am using that by myself and its great...
Regards
You could also try one of the MildWild-releases. They are both pretty good. I'm using the version based on Oxygen and it works great, very stable and very fast.
I've used MildWild but didnt like it.
Using Cyanogenmod now and i'm really happy with the performance of the rom.
+1 for Cyanogenmod... its flawless and very flexible! go for CM 7.2+INT2SD, it gives 1GB internal memory (find it here)

If you havn't looked at this thread yet, now is the time.
Its a list of all the Roms for Desire, sorted by android version/ Sense version.
There is no "best rom" but like the others have said, you can't go wrong with CM.
Currently using Mokee OS, which is based on CM but with a whole new interface.

to be fair to all ROMs all over HOX forum
1- All ROMs thats being build on original Sense from HTC are stable so the differences are mild once it comes to stability and battery
2-For AOSP ROMs try going for ROMs being build with 4.2.2 as a base since they are all good , 4.3 is a little bit new and it may have some undiscovered bugs , but things may have changed since I havnt used any AOSP ROM since Sence 5 release
I have nearly tested everything here and I have nothing to complain about ,

Hello.
My friend asked me to reflash his Desire Z, so I'm looking for some stable daily ROM (ICS or higher).
For now I chosen:
MIUI 4.2.28 multi
AOSP 4.2.2 Jelly Baby (really not sure about this ROM)
Sensei 1.3.0
Sabsa Prime v15
any other tips?
Thanks
Normally best dd ROM questions are not to be asked, but I assume sense you are doing this for a friend you won't easily be able to flash a bunch and try them out as what is normally suggested
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2348266
You will find a list of all ROMs here, many will say the most stable and fastest ROMs will be gingerbread based as that's as far as HTC brought this device. But many 4.x ROMs are quite nice for dds
Best recommendation is to flash a couple of the "more popular" ROMs and make nandroid of each and place on SD card, then instruct your friend how to easily change between them so s/he can decide for themselves what is best

Thanks for reply.
I know that it's not possible to say one ROM, but on the other hands always exist ROM which can't be marked as very stable (e.g. KitKats build now)
I really missed your list, thanks for info
(Because I already found some list, but it wasn't updated for a long time)
Anyway thanks for you work
BTW the first 3 ROMs has same link in your list
Also still I need to downgrade the firmware?
