The recorded file is fine . The problem in the hw acceleration, that causes lag in video playback

Do you have smooth 1080p recording on JB?
I needed to use camera yesterday and couldnt because i was at 4%....i was wondering if there was some mod out there that can get rid of this..........

- Not looking to switch roms
- Not looking at downloading a new app like low battery camera (or something like this)......Unless its highly recommended.

For what I can read, sticking with stock TW, you might have to download another camera app. I personally use Camera ZOOM Fx, which I love but there are plenty out there. I'm sure you can find something you'll like.

well it seems like there are mods but stock tw, but only for international and that one link for the i747 which doesnt have too many confirmations.
anyways....how is zoom fx?

The mod you linked seems fine. I'd give it a go.
As for zoom fx, I love it. also has bunch of addons but it is due for an update after using the updated aosp camera.

It's most likely the TW camera, which is the same for both AT&T and Rogers.

Geez I've been going crazy for the last week and a half! I was positive I was the only person that noticed this... I've been searching everyday and this is the first time anyone besides me has mentioned this. I use it everyday here at work. My music sounds like sh*t since this 4.3 update. This cant be fixed soon enough..

Its a free ROM. You're not paying anything for it. What are you complaining about? Its not even a nightly so its not even supposed to be released.

I'm waiting for this before I go to 4.3.
I really don't know why Google doesn't implement something like the DSP on stock Android rather than that failure of an EQ Music FX. When you increase a frequency range it actually lowers the rest rather than raising the one you selected! Also, increasing the bass only increases the mid-bass, not actual bass.
With good headphones, the DSP sounds about 1000x better.

Did you actually get yours working and notice an improvement in sound quality?
I'm wondering though, is the CM Team the creators of DSP Manager even aware of the incompatibility issue as I've not seen a single commit to fix this ever since the CM10.2 build up.

I don't think it's a priority when they are working through all the fixes. Honestly, I love CM, but they have so many mods to stock that by the time they have a stable build of a new version of Android, the next version is released.
Maybe less is more?

You just can't push the app into system, it will not work, you need proper libs for the app to run correctly.
Cyanogenmod team needs to update their lib files for 4.3.

I haven't tried it on KitKat that might be why. I think it only works for lollipop
