When I turn on 4g it won't obtain ip address? How do I fix this?
I've seen some guides, but none of them seem to work for the galaxy nexus. Does anyone know how to change the mac address permanently?
When browsing the internet using 4G or 3G data (as opposed to wifi) is the ip address assigned to your device static? If yes, is there a way to change it?

I think it's dynamic, only changing every so often.

Ok so i was wondering if i can make android connect to a router by MAC address because in my area theres 2 optimum wifi's overlapping each other one has about 4 bars and the other has 2 bars. And if android sees 2 wifi with the same name and encryption it will only show one and keep switching between them, very annoying.
Is there any way to spoof wifi mac address in windows 10 mobile?
