Hello,
I have a problem with my HTC Mozart (7.10.7720.68).
I am very dissatisfied with the HTC mango updates and now want to flash back Mango release without HTC Updates.
But since I had to reinstall Windows on my PC is the restore point got erased.
Have the bootloader 5.xx.
How can I get back to NoDo?
I ask for help!
Thanks in advance

how do i downgrade from nodo, zune software doesnt have a restore. I want to go back to 7004-7008 so i can unlock it then update to nodo so i can unlock
You need to find a stock pre-pre-NoDo ROM and flash that, then. The only official way to downgrade is via a Zune Restore.
can sm1 plz share the link for downgrading hd7 to pre-pre-nodo update.....really need it..thnx
i mean link for step by step guide and 294 error in ROM update utility (showing un appropriate RUU for htc hd 7 by O2)
Hello, this is my first post in this forum.
I have a HTC mozart and I upgrade to mango beta2. in this time i have a full backup of the rom, but the screen of the phone fails and the phone company change me the phone for another one.
My question is if its possible, knowing the two serials number of the phones, restoring my backup in the new phone. it is a HTC Mozart too.
Thanks alot...
Unless something has changed in the last week, No it's not possable at this point
Hi guys,
I recieved a "HTC update for windows phone" for my DE vodafone Trophy about 2 weeks ago. (my OS version is 7392 before this update)
But After I update this update my phone stuck at "step 9 rebooting your phone", it restart after about 20min and stuck at HTC logo screen forever.
I tried to restart it, it stuck at same place with 7 times Vibration.
As i could enter the rainbow screen, i flashed it back to 7004 after n times flash error.
I tried to update it again. In zune it has to update to 7008 first, and this update is without problem finished. And then it should update to 7392 with "HTC update for windows phone" after a long waitting, it appears stuck again just same like i worte above.
Has somesone the same problem or some ideas about this issue?
Try flashing it with 7392 ROM.
Yep, Try flashing one of ansar's roms, he released an unlocked one, and you can go all the way up to RTM...
I need a offical 7392 rom, I searched for it but i can't find it.
ansar's rom shows always flash error by me.

I dont think that the problem is ansar's roms
Maybe your phone its locked by your provider and you can't flash any other rom before you unlock it...
Search the forum on how to unlock your trophy
Hello guys.. i have a question...
Today morning whn i connected my mozart to zune... Zune gave ne a update saying HTC update... im right now on Cheveron unlocked mango RTM...
So my question is if i update my phone will my phone will get locked again or it will stay unlocked....
waiting for some replies...
Thanks...
my trophy got locked...
reverting back now to see how I can stay unlocked
I was able to preserve chevron and interop unlock over installing the official post-mango HTC OEM update: simply use cab sender instead of zune.
This worked for me several times on Mozart, Schubert and Trophy.

it made me go to mango and keep my device unlocked
Hi there,
i have the official Mango on my HTC Trophy and wanted to flash back to 7004. It was working fine everytime BEFORE i installed the HTC Update (got update notification after Mango installation).
No matter what stock ROM i try to flash i always receive [ERROR 226] Flash Write Error.
The ROMs i tried are the ones ansar provided (it worked hundred times before):
RUU_Spark_Vodafone_DE_1.09.162.00_Radio_5.50.09.15_22.23.50.09U_by_ansar
RUU_Spark_Vodafone_DE_1.10.162.06_Radio_5.52.09.16_22.33a.50.10U_by_ansar
Is there anything i can do about or am i stucked at Mango from now on? I've noticed that the bootloader got quite a huge version upgrade (from 4.06 to 5.0)
HTC Trophy (not Verizon), Vodafone DE branded.
OS: 7.10.7720.68
Firmware: 2250.21.50001.162
Radio: 5.69.09.05a_22.50.21U

the only one way to downgrade is making Goldcard for Stock Rom Flashing
Actually, you could just try rolling back to a restore point using the Zune software. If ound that this restored the previous bootloader on my phone, and I was then able to run the flashing tool.
Thank you!
I haven't even considered this for whatever reason. Will try it today
Edit: I'm back to Pre-Nodo
Edit2: The Bootloader is still at the latest version (5.0). So i can't flash RSPL/HSPL :-/
AFAIK the HTC update overwrites HSPL, so you cannot use HSPL anymore until DFT releases a new version.

For downgrade SPL you can try this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1279905
Thank you guys.
I am currently updating to mango again (found an old 7008 backup). If ansars method to update to mango (with keeping chevron) fails i will try the downgrade again by removing the RUU_signed.nbh file.
Thanks again!
