Hey guys,
I use a lot of voice recording but having screen on will drain battery very fast. Do you know any apps like Resco.Voice Recorder for Android which records while screen is off?
Thanks in advance.
I am using Livo Recording. You can turn off screen and it still records
Thanks for replying buddy, however when I turn the screen off, it looks like it's recording but the timer pauses, so it doesn't record really when screen is off!
Are you on Eclair? Froyo JP6 does seem to continue recording when the screen is turned off.
Yeah! I'm on Eclair! Maybe that's the point! But today I found an app which seems to be recording when screen is off, TapeMachine! The quality is surprisingly good!
I use the firmware Eclair and continues to record even with the screen turned off.
Voice Recorder (Mamoru Tokashiki)
TapeMachine does what I need just fine! I recommend it to everybody with same problem!
I use a app called secret voice recorder

Maybe it exists, but I haven't found it yet.
I would love an app or script or something installable/flashable to kill all sounds and vibrations when video camera mode is active, then return to my settings after I stop either recording or the video mode.
Right now, it records every ding and buzz when I'm making a video unless I go in menus and turn all that stuff off. That's quite a process to go through every time.
I was trying to show off my new Domo Pebble Watchface in a video, and noticed that every time the watch face scrolls through, my videos would stop recording. I then realized that this happens every time the camera is running and looking at the Pebble. It only happens when some of the more complex watchfaces scroll through. Very strange.
I'm not sure what I just witnessed there.
The camera blacks out and restarts. When recording a video, this means the video stops recording. When you see the screen blink and go black, it's crashing.

I get it now, that is strange.
Could be something with the bluetooth connection. Some phones don't allow you to record video while on the phone. If something on the bluetooth triggers like a call, that might be what's killing it.

I can record other videos just fine. It only happens when the camera is recording the screen of the Pebble. I can make it do that whenever I want by cycling through that watchface.

I dunno. I think I get what he's saying now.
When you are recording, but not recording the watch and you start going through the watch faces the same way, does that trigger the problem? Or only when the pebble is in view?

As per the title. I was taking a 17 minute long video recording for timelapse and my friend called me on whatapp, that interrupted my video recording and stopped it. It wasn't even saved at all. Anyway to prevent this?
If I record a video in quiet environment there's so much background noise in the playback that I have to turn the volume down...is this normal? I've tried with 2-3 apps and it's always the same. I can't understand why with calls and audio-only recording there's no problem. I bought the nexus a few days ago on amazon so I'm still able to send in back
no1 has ths problem?
