[Q] Boot animation - STOCK

Hello. I have Gingerbread from Oxygen RC7... I have replaced the stock animations (boot and shutdown), but I want the startup sound and also, that the final boot image stays until it boots, because it just get dark...
Any ideas on how to achieve this? Thanks!

Is it possible to add a shutdown animation for the GPE ROM by graffixnyc? I've changed the boot animation with no problems but is there a way to add a shutdown animation?
