[Q] Changing Boot Animation

Does anyone know how to remove the Synergy startup animation? On every reboot I would get the Synergy startup followed by the stock Samsung animation.
I was able to change the stock by replacing bootsamsung.qmg and bootsamsungloop.qmg to boot the fancy S2 but Synergy Animation still boots up.
Any idea on how to remove the Synergy startup?

Is it possible to add a shutdown animation for the GPE ROM by graffixnyc? I've changed the boot animation with no problems but is there a way to add a shutdown animation?

Hey everyone I was wondering where the boot animation is.. Not the bootanimation.zip but the google splash screen before the boot animation. I can't find info on it. Thanks!
