hey ever since i got my evo i was running CM and other asop roms now im flashed synergys rom. what i wanted to know iis if there is anyone out there that can make or convert the darkhorse theme from CM7 to the synergyRC2 rom.If you can it would be greatly appreciated, if not then thank you for your time. have a good day yall!
Not sure if Jonathan's version will work on the Evo - but here is Dark Horse Synergy for the Thunderbolt. Nandroid - and then try it and see. If it bootloops then just nandroid back.
yea i can try that, thanks for the suggestion. also, it doesnt have to be dark horse just something black and blue would be awesome thanks again
I have looked and looked for some decent battery mods and title bar mods for MikG. I have not had too much luck finding anything I like for sense 2.1. What I was wondering is if it might be possible to flash battery mods made for sense 2.0? I was going to nandroid and start flashing, but figured I'd see if anyone had some insight first.
I have an issue with a rom I'm using on my GSM Galixy Nexus, and was wondering if anyone could suggest a possible way to tweak it or if I need another rom, which one you'd recomend. I'm currently using a pretty much stock looking rom, Bugless Beast Nightly 2/12/2012 IML74K based on Android 4.0.3 The battery life is good but most importantly, the text resiszes to fit the page on the browser and you can pinch to zoom in on things. But unfortuantely, everything on the screen looks a lot blander and not very HD-like as the stock rom appeared. the colors on the stock rom that I started with were very crisp and sharp, really eye popping if I do say so myself. I don't think brightness is the issue either cause it's at it's brightest during the once beautiful bootup animation. Would changing the rom's kernel to something else fix this or do I just need to try a different rom? And if so, which one would provide me the same web surfing capabilities as this one? Using the GSM Galixy Nexus. I'd greatly appreciate whatver you're willing to tell here about this, cause as much as I want a custom rom to be good on battery life and functional, I'd also love not to ahve to sacrifice the greatness of ths AMOLED screen.
You can try this.
Hey guys!
I am now trying to flash kitkat on my nexus... As far as I've seen in the topics, the only bug that isn't really fixed are the graphical issues in the rotation which I don't really mind so I think it's time to try some roms.
Until now I've always used stock roms, they always were simple and stable and after trying cyanogenmod in my dad's phone (not nexus) I found some modifications like the battery showing the percentage or the settings having theme options and other things that the average person wouldn't use...
I would like 4.4 stock like in the Nexus 5, not something with personal modifications, is there a stable rom with that?

Graphical glitches are completely fixed on almost every ROM available for maguro (Galaxy Nexus). As far as stock experience is concerned here, I would recommend you to go for any CM11 build available in development section. PlayfulGod's build is recommended by me.

I have been using Fork My Life's 4.4 rom with no issues at all for about a week. If you have the toro nexus I would suggest that rom. They have fixed the graphical issues and no reboots. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2427087
I have the GSM/Maguro GN
Well, I'll try again CM11, I did it two weeks before and had to return to stock because of the reboots and battery drain, let's see for now xd
