WM6: Network not supported error!

Has anybody else gotten this error? I installed the WWE Hong Kong version from here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=1363384&postcount=1 I can dismiss the error and everything still works ok. I haven't tested MMS, SMS, etc.

Yes, don't bother! It's an application which tries to configure your newtork operator settings from a predefined list. My operator Orange Romania is not in the list but the phone works ok (voice and data).

Hi,
I have the same error, but I think because of this I can't make video calls!
The error is something like "3G not suported", I've tested and I can send and receive mms's and surf the web with hsdpa/umts.

I've used a cab for TMN in Portugal, thats why I can send/receive mms's and access the web.
In attach I've included a zip with the settings for all the 3 portuguese operators.

Officially available through Kies for Orange Romania. It will only come up if you spoof ORO with Registry Patcher.
Will report as soon as I have enough battery to upgrade.
Edit: Just installed, it is still 2.2, NOT 2.2.1.
JP8 Multi CSC includeds: ORO, VIM, KOR, BHT, SIM, MSR, TOP, VIP, SMO, TMT, TSR, TRA, MTL, TWO, VVT, ERO, COA, CNX, HAT.
Will report after more tests.
Edit2: Email lag seems to be solved, overall quite responsive but maybe just placebo. Hoping for smaller battery drain but haven't tested enough.
Edit3: If you experienced heavy drain with JP7, you have to give this a shot. Though it uses the same modem, battery drain dropped for me from 5% to below 2% with HSDPA and push exchange e-mail.

E-mail is visibly faster for me. Browser and UI more or less the same with JP7.

So this seems like a good ROM for romanian users ( has all CSC codes : CNX, ORO, COA and also romanian SWYPE )... I might give it a shot if I need the swype thing... Right now loving the JPY...

SHW-M210S = 9

Chance would be... S8530 with M210 Firmware...
NOT tested yet...
M210 Firmware is available via FUS...

But in near future, I will NOT flash my S8530...
It is stable and runs smooth with all my Games...

Question Difference between BTB and BTE S22 firmware?

I have a Samsung S22 (SM-901B/DS) which I bought directly from Samsung's UK website. The CP and AP are both S901BXXS2AVDB and the CSC is S901BOXM2AVDB. There seems to be 2 different versions, CSC: BTB and CSC: BTE. I wanted to root my device, so was trying to find out which firmware I should download.
So I did a bit of research and not even people on the Samsung Forum seemed to be able to provide the answer (to someone else with the same question). I wasn't able to find any mention of any difference anywhere else online, but I did notice the BTB and BTE firmwares seem to be exactly the same file. They have the same MD5 hash, same number of downloads and exact upload date and time.:

So my question is - if they're identical files why bother to list two different CSC identifiers? Anyone have any ideas? I've come to the conclusion that it won't matter which one I download, but I just don't get the point of having two different CSCs...
