oficials french manila files ???

Hello,
I would like to know if someone could upload his officials french manila files, cause i have the awful french SFR skin (all in white and red).
I looked all around the forum and i've only find one but it's not all in french especially for name of towns in the weather panel.
Thank's in advance.

There's another and special HD tutorial on the web but I don't remember where and this one will be good enough except : don't worry with EnableRapi, there's no use for HD here.

Hi i tried WeatherDatadaseEditor and it worked well to edit the name of country, but there's no way to edit the originales cities.
So i'm still in expectation of the manila files. Thank's a lot for your help Elodie.

I have not implemented these....its just my recommendations.

Just compare the 2 descriptions and you'll be able to spot the differences. Nothing major, just added mods and tweaks and since its in its own thread, hopefully we can expect continual updates

Am I in the minority in using the transcriber? I seem to see quite a few custom roms without them..
Is it possible to install it seperately?

Do u have any idea of what SYS, XIP and OEM folders are for???
If u have, then it´s easy, just edit the proper rgu or provxml files u want.
If u don´t, then u have a lot of reading to do, and u have 2 outstanding tools for that, WIKI and the search button, it seems that lately none likes these 2, but they will prevent u, or anyone else, to ask less smart questions and fill the forum with garbage.

ok guys few questions
so i have kitchen and i want to remove and add some apps
so i guess key is EXT folder and i delete folders(names of apps) of which apps i want toremove but how to add files??

the easiest way is if you put your files in oem\subfolder or sys\subfolder.
when cooking/flashing, the files autom. went to windows-folder.
but no links in startmenu ... make it manually with cecmd on your ppc.
not easy way but easy enough ... download packages... look for needed application and cook/flash.
now the cook-way: its your turn ... cab or oem-files.
both takes time to prepare correctly.
both ways needed utilities.
look film for minimum needed and how-to it.
but i say to with respect:: if you dont understand this or film than you have to read/study a little bit more.
keywords are: cabtooem, yapi, registry - rgu - p*xml, packages

... and will you provide us the video codec you used to produce the avi? It's called tscc (TechSmith Screen Capture Codec) and is not very common. Please provide just the codec and not the whole screencapture application. Thanks.

change avi to flash. try next time kmplayer or download codec.
the tscc is free and to find with google and download takes 2 minutes of your life.
BUT THE FILM IS ONLY FOR LOOKING AND GENERALL UNDERSTANDING ABOUT COOKING. THE SPEED INSIDE FILM TAKES ME IN LIFE SIX SEVEN MONTH BY UNDERSTANDING COOKING.

As we can see. The Design of S5330 is because extra Keyboard.
If we take an look here, so we would know, that menu is Flash swf. And we can't change this yet. As in RC1...

S5330 is bad example... as Keyboard is on this site.
So Samsung designed this for S5330.
Samsung can do many things.
We user are limited in changes...
And it is protected/secured into RC1 file.
S8500 has no additional Keyboard.
So Samsung have "forgotten" to rotate Screen for you.
At this time it is NOT possible. No idea if bada 2.0 will have this feature for all bada handset.
For modifying you have to do:
1.
Decrypt + decompress RC1 file...
2.
Find entry to add or change or, I don't know...
3.
If ready, then compress + encrypt RC1 and flash into handset.
If you can do this, then tell me how.
At this moment no free solution available.
Work is in progress, but no idea how long it will take before ready and if it will be free.

Dont kill me, but: from the time I had the 533, I always had the feeling that it has a different GUI server to the Waves.
Could be due to the crappy resolution, though...

we have a keyboard option in bada 2 which selected samsung keyboard as default. (maybe we can add another keyboard to select )
and i ask one of samsung employee and he said "i seems you can add various keyboard "
and i want to know can we do this? (like Android)

i know how add language (keyboard and ... ) to build a CFW.
i say in android we can add keyboard for example with bigger buttons or .... !
according to the screen shots it seems that we can chose another ketboard!

Keyboard option in bada 2.0 is made mainly to choose between different regions keyboards (checkout bada sdk to understand what i mean)
Samsung didn't make this option to allow third party keyboards - not yet ! - maybe in a future update or so
Maybe some great modders edit both *.so & *.rbm files to make their own keyboards but currently it is so hard to do it

i know that "WsRsrcVirtualEdit.rbm" is for keyboard color .
if you remember the first bada 2 keyboard was white if we replace this file our keyboard become white ! (but characters shows no change )
i have no more info !

I have seen somewhere letters... but forgotten where...
We could with Wave_Remaker search and identify...

Filename VivaSamsung mentioned is correct....it was a while back when i found out that info
WsRsrcVirtualEdit.rbm controls some parts of the keyboard theme...not everything
Also i was thinking of more functionality not just a theming thing

In WinSet I have not spent enough time to search...
It seems not all Pics visible... in XXLA1 DBT ...
Maybe more Pics in other Firmware... maybe bada 1.x better... for see all Pics...
Maybe we could disable meanwhile few Pics... to be sure it is what we think...
