Yeah, I'd like to know this too, about to pull the trigger on a pair to see how they work with the Epic 4G Touch...

[Q] Can some please take a pic of the button on the official headset?

Hi, this is silly but I have a SGS2 and my gf has a SGS and we left our headsets on the same table and now can't work out which is our own.
Can someone take a pic of the headset button of the SGS2 as this seems to be the only visual difference, need to settle this argument on principle!

Hi! I wanted to buy a gamepad for playing emulated games on my s2, anyone have experience with an OK one?

I'm searching for the same :-(
Either the expensive iControlPad, or the Phonejoy will work. I have a phonejoy, works well (you can see a demoof it and MHL in my yiutube channel).

Sadly no, none of the WiiMotes works because Samsung use their own bluetooth stack and not the stock one.

Thank you for the tip. will see if i can grab the phonejoy when i get back to hong kong=)
The ZeeMote works ok with older emulators, but with 4 buttons and and one stick you'll find you are missing features for the N64 roms.
As it's old they are going cheap on Amazon, £5.50 for mine last week.
If you do get one you'll want Bluez IME to manage the pairing.

I saw that initial thread, and thought it looked really interesting, now that I see a working unit, I think it's even more interesting. Good find!

Thanks. Now, notice how that S3 goes into the Tablet UI? With no modifications to the firmware. We need to find out how to enable that independently of docking.

I would assume its because its displaying on the laptop dock which has a larger screen and smaller DPI. You can force your S3 into the tablet UI by simply lowering your pixel density, but then everything is so small.

Yeah, but I mean w/o manually editing the DPI. Like a toggle or something built in to ROMs. Would be kinda cool, at least IMO. Especially if someone already has an MHL adapter and plugs it up to their HD TV.

Shut up and take my money!!!
I've been waiting for something like this since I bought my iPod Touch 2g back in 2008. The Atrix would have been nice, but laptop dock was ridiculously overpriced, and only available on AT&T.
Has anyone been able successfully find anything else on these? I have been searching high and low and have yet to find it.

What i would want to see from a device like this is an integrated dock for the phone. Let's say I'm on a plane or a train, i dont want cables between two devices, i would want my phone to clip into the netbook somehow. Maybe on the back of the screen? Or even better, screen up, in next to the trackpad flush with the keyboard, with the Capability to use it as an auxiliary screen. Or why not use the phone itself AS the trackpad?
Even still, as it is now, I'd buy it.

[Q] Sixaxis Bluetooth

I am going to get the SGNII once it hits Sprint here in the US. Does anyone know or have tried the Sixaxis apk to connect a PS3 controller to the phone? Does it work? I have seen that it works with the OG Note. Has the Bluetooth changed between the models to make it not work? I heard that Samsung devices do not play well with that apk. I have used it alot on my Evo.

I can't understand why you want that in the first place, but anyways, I don't think there will be.
