That hdmi cable you may have to wait for unless you get an off brand though.

OEM battery for 30 bucks.
http://www.accessorygeeks.com/oem-tmobile-samsung-galaxy-s2-standard-battery-eb-l1d7ibab-1650-mah.html?utm_source=google&utm_medium=comparisonshopping&utm_term=SAMSUNG&utm_campaign=BATTERY&utm_content=EB-L1D7IBAB
Edit:
Crap, just noticed it's for the 1650, but the picture is of an 1850 mah.
i still think the offer on ebay for $40 for the Docking+1850 NFC battery is way better than buying the battery by itself
i got 2 of those
1 for home , and another for the office
and as usual i always carry 2 extra battery pack with me
because i know i can burn through 1 really fast, on my down time
in the doctor office waiting room, i can easily burn the battery down to 30% in 3 hours
that's on the Nexus S and I9000, so i'm expecting similar performance on the SGS2
I just got 2 extra OEM batteries the other day, I've got to say it's pretty sweet to turn up the screen brightness and not worry about battery life.

a bit off topic but yeah... i don't even know what's the point of having an Appointment! with the Doctor, if you arrive on time or even early, and you still need to wait an average of 2 hours give or take a few
so i really hate going to see a doctor unless i'm in dying needs for some prescription medicine
like what's the point of having an "appointment" if it's like a walk-in clinic?
Anyone know if the Samsung docking station will hold a T989 that has a silicon skin on it?

nope, it barely holds the phone on it's own. I felt like I had to force the phone in it and felt it was gonna scratch the Bezel with continued use. I wouldn't buy it again after owning it already.

So far, to buy 3rd party batteries for the SGS2, IMHO you either pay through your nose for silly cult brands like Mugen, or try your luck with the crazy capacities variants in ebay.
While shopping for SGS2 accessories on www.taobao.com, I came across this brand of batts called NOHON. I did some checking, and decided that the company was somewhat reliable (www.nohon.hk).
I ordered 2 pieces of the 1700mah at USD$10.11 each (http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=10849285537), with another est USD$5 shipping internationally to me (consolidated with a few other items I was buying via www.taobaotrends.com).
Here's pictures of the goods. Taken with my SGS2 as my dslr is currently elsewhere.

It even came with a battery holder.
So far, after 6.5 hours it's used 17%. Usage included
- 15 min of web surfing
- 3 SMSes received, 3 SMSes sent
- 3 x 1 min of call
- push mail for 3 accounts
- whatsapp and viber on full time
*logged at 5 min interval, hence the stepladder graph. The usage of the screen is denoted below, but not an accurate reflection as some uses may have been between the points logged.
Extrapolated, it should last me as long, if not longer than a original Samsung Batt. This totally unscientific method puts the capacity to be around, if not greater than 1650mah.
I'll be using the batt a few more days, and I'll give my further input then. At first blush this is a good battery that I've gotten.
Not sure where else you may find the batts, but Taobao.com's the only place I found selling the stuff.
thanks. I think its the same battery that momax have
Sent from my GT-I9100 using XDA Premium App
Yes, I think so too.
Probably the OEM for both Momax and Mugen, actually.
I'm curious about the long term capacity of these batteries. I've used many 3rd party batteries in the past which had excellent capacity during the first hundred or so cycles.. then decreased dramatically afterwards
what's the point of a extra 50mAh with a non genuine battery that may cause damage to the phone?!?!

I generally just stay away from the really cheap 3rd party batteries. There are quality 3rd party batteries out there.. Mugen or Yoobao for example
Thought I would share this nice find.
I wasn't too sure about it, however the seller confirmed they would work, so i took a punt.
1900mAh Battery x2 + Main Wall Charger for Samsung i9250 Galaxy Nexus
They fit perfectly in my O2 UK version of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus
One in my phone right now, the other in the wall charger.
So they aren't NFC's... but I am thinking a tenner for two batteries and a charger, cant be bad. I'll keep an eye on the charger so it doesn't burn my house down.
I am running a calibration using Battery Left PRO, to see how it compares with my stock battery. My stock has 25hrs full life

Thanks for sharing this find! Does the battery fit into the GSM version as-is or does one need a special cover? I am asking as the normal battery only hold 1,750mAh.
Nice find for those who don't plan on using NFC. Let us know how well they work.

Will do... I am using one now, and as I said, calibrating it so I can see how much they hold compared to my original
Thanks, for the post, I'm interested in knowing if they hold as long as the stock battery or if they just printed a 1900mah on it. There's another ebay ad for a 2300mah which looks exactly the same as the battery here. I'd be surprised if they can get that capacity without increasing the size of the battery.
Of course for the price, I'd just be happy if it had the same capacity as stock.
Definitely need something like this, I couldn't care less about NFC at this point.
early rough calibration, is telling me it has at least as much at the stock.
I plan to calibrate them both, and i do it thoroughly until "accurate" so it'll take several days.
but i shall report back
defo this it was a wise investment at just a tenner
Wonder if they will work on the USA LTE version

day 1 update is...
it is at least as good as the stock, however i think it maybe better.
Although saying that I haven't really caned it yet... so hard to say.
I would confidently say that it is on par with the stock AND two batteries... and a wall charger (which is very useful) for £10!!!! I would recommend it

What do you think?
I was told to get the extended battery from verizon by XDA member player911. I said okay, looked online and didnt find anything. I pm'ed him and he said call the store, ask them if they have it, and ask the price. It may come up as 50.00, if so hang up call another store. When it comes up as 25.00, profit. I attached proof for the ones that say pics or never happened.

The verizon battery comes with a new cover that will fit the battery. But you're saying the actual width/height of the battery is different and won't fit in the slot?
Does it make a significant difference? I have the stock battery and I am usually plugged into an outlet for some of the day, but I run full brightness and Juice defender and have NO problems getting through the day. Although I would like to feel like I dont have to be tethered to a wire all day.
I too am mulling over buying the "extended" battery. Even though I'm not far from a USB charger in my daily routine.
25 dollars isn't that much money, but it's pretty pathetic when you only get an extra what? 300mAh? Something like an extra 16% capacity.
From what I have seen the extended battery and door don't really add any significant weight or thickness to the phone (which is good) but it really makes you wonder why they didn't just make the "extended" the stock battery if it adds no significant weight or thickness.
I came from my Sprint Evo with the official sprint extended battery, and to be honest I'm enjoying the "thinness" of my Nexus without the double width action going on.
I might stop by the sprint store today and pick one up after work, ONLY because I really want to get my inductive charging mod completed today. It's kind of pointless to mod the stock battery door and all that junk only to have to do it again for the extended back cover.
Granted my Nexus only cost me 9 dollars after trading in my Evo4G, after a Rearth case, Zagg film, and touchstone materials I gotta start watching how much I spend if I throw an extended battery in the mix.
Seems I'm an accessory whore
I somehow lost my extended battery while on vacation and have to buy a new one.... I'm hoping it is still $25.... but when I pull it up it now says for me it is only 25% off making it $37... Could be because there is a corporate discount on my account. Anyone know if it still is $25, or am I just a couple days too late :-(
I just bought this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/330698068250?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649
I just needed a spare battery, Usually I come home from school with like 65% left but for some reason I like to spend money on my GNeX accesories, so I bought this battery. I hope it has NFC but for 4$ whatever.
So my question is, anyone know where to find a 1750MAH battery charger like those ones that samsung sells where the batter just slips in and the lid closes? I need one but not prepared to pay the 20-30$.
Any cheap ones that you guys use that work well?
I found this one on Amazon and it's in the mail now. Seems cool because you can adjust the charging pins to fit lots of different rectangular batteries. Haven't received it yet but if you're interested I'll repost after I do.

The pic on that listing shows nfc on the picture of the battery, but like all fake Samsung batteries, it won't actually have it. I say when you get it, report that the item received was not what was listed and get a refund. It won't be worth anyone's time or money to pay for return shipping, so you'll end up with a free battery and the person who listed that will hopefully learn from their attempted scam.

Well, I recently acquired a nice and shiny One S so I don't need the stuff I have from the old MyTouch.
I have 2 Anker batteries and wall charger, the battery cover and a slip over silicone case from T-Mobile.
I bought the batteries a couple months ago. They gave me a solid 8 hours of listening to music and over a day with light use. The back cover is peeling the matte coating from use but is other wise in damaged. I barely used the silicone case since it pulled out my pocket with the phone. Pics attached. Make an offer.

$9 Shipped to the U.S. (Paypal Verified) is as high as ill go for the entire set. Ill do $4 dollars for just one battery because they are used and you can get the whole package (2 batteries and a universal charger) for 16 bucks on amazon
Not a chance in hell. It's gonna cost over $22 with shipping from LaptopMate on Amazon. The batteries were manufactured in May and I got them in July. They are nearly new.
$9 shipped thru pay pal will leave me with $2, not worth my time.

I mostly listen to music albeit on Apollo on my phone, and I have a long commute to school. He might be listening to music on Pandora or Tune-In however, now that I read it again.
I got 8 hours listening to music through Bluetooth. I would change batteries at my earliest convenience after the first default low charge warning. I think that is 15 or 20%. It could probably get 10 hours if I kept going with it. The batteries do last longer than the stock one.
I got rid of the stuff above, seeing that it would have not been worthwhile to pass them on here.
