Stuck at Sprint Screen - Samsung Epic 4G Touch

Tried loading a custom ROM, didn't work and now stuck at the Sprint logo screen. I created a backup of my current ROM but now when I login to clockworkmod and try to restore won't work.
So I am in Odin, turned on download mode on the Epic 4G Touch, but how do I install the stock ROM using Odin? I searched Google, can't find the files.
Thanks!

Look in the develoment section for Odin Completely Stock EG30 or something to that effect. I tried it and it's really easy and fast. Takes longer to download it than flash it and be up and running again. Remember to factory reset after Odin finishes.

Looks like you didn't follow the instructions for installing a rom......
Do what the above post says. Should allow you to get cwm back.

A little more information please...
Did you attempt the manual update zip via flashing it in CWM?
Did you flash a custom GB based ROM?
Thanks.
I am ...was running a rooted froyo stock rom that came with the phone.
I followed this guide....for the most part I just installed the gingerbread folder from cwm and rebooted now im stuck.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FB956i_KEp4

Could be a bad flash.

If you followed the instructions right, you've already hosed what was previously your "stock" rom.
First, did you make a backup?
If so, wipe and restore.
If now, flash a new rom.
Did you already update the modem?
If its still on EC05, flash an EC05 rom.

MY PROBLEM IS THat i cant even get it to show up on odin!
You don't Odin to flash a rom, so that's beside the point right now.
Don't get flustered here, I am trying to help.

Dude, just restore your nand backup.
If you want to go back to stock and become unrooted, go to youtube and search samsung epic return to stock. Watch qbkings video. You will need the ec05.tar file, samsung drivers for your pc, and one additional file that should come with odin, and a valium. There are turtorials everywhere around here, but for step by step "easy" instructions, use qbkings video.

Two options if odin doesn't see your phone. Try a different cable I bought mine at staples 15 dollars for a better 6 foot cable. Second option is remove the battery hold down 1 and power insert battery. That should get you back in. Then odin to stock ec05. Find a rom of your choice like randomrom thunderhawk. After it installs use the ec05 to ei22 modem flash. That is the method that I upgraded worked like a champ.
If odin doesn't see your phone, try disabling your antivirus and firewall that was causing me problems a while back with Norton I think.

Stuck in a boot loop

Rooted Att Note 2. I changed my fonts using Rom Tools and now my phone just sits at the Samsung splash screen. I did factory reset in recovery, still no dice. The recovery install only let's my flash updates and no I don't have a Nandroid. Kinda ran outta of ideas.
when you say the recovery install only lets you flash updates do you mean your still using stock revocery or have you flashed custom recovery and just dont have a ROM?
If you have custom recovery Id try to flash this :http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1984546 Its been tested and works on our system. Its not stock but should at least get ya up and running again until a true stock is posted and you can flash that.
search in forums for an Odin tar file to reload the stock ROM. GL & do a nandroid before doing anything next time.

not custom, thats the problem. I flashed twrp thru odin but it didnt take, even though it went thru
Try to flash cwm then and see if that takes. You'll need the Odin version of this file at the bottom of the OP http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=33955697

I had the same problem with Sprint note 2 and i just went to download screen and then flashed the cwm tar file and then all was good. Whew!!! Thought I bricked it! I made the mistake of using a quick boot app to reboot in to recovery. DON'T DO IT!

Just bought a ATT GN2... coming from SkyRocket... on the SR, I used to always use "Quick Boot" app to reboot, or reboot into CWM Recovery. When you reference "quick boot app", are you referring to this? When my GN2 arrives, want to be sure I avoid using "Quick Boot" app if it doesn't play well on the GN2 and JB. Thx.

Most of the custom ROMs here use the built in 4 way Rebooter so ya really shouldn't need a quick boot program

[Q] Did I soft-brick my GSIII?

I've searched relentlessly for a solution to this, but I haven't come up with anything, so it's time to ask for help.
I just used mskip's Galaxy S3 QCOM Toolkit v2.3 (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1746682) to flash CWM and root my GSIII. The recovery flashed successfully, using "recovery-cwm-lte-sgs3-v5.tar" included with the toolkit.
CWM recovery works. However, when I tried to boot the phone, I got the first Samsung splash screen, then the screen turned black, a second later the boot tune played (with no splash screen showing), and then... nothing. The blue notification light blinks infinitely, and the phone is unresponsive except for holding the power button down for 10 seconds, which restarts it, and the same thing happens again.
I can boot into CWM recovery, as well as download mode. I tried wiping the cache and doing a factory reset, which changed nothing. However, when I tried to flash a stock ROM (again using the toolkit), I got an "unsupport dev_type" error. I presume that USB debugging has been defaulted to disabled now from this, but maybe I'm wrong. In any case, I'm not sure where to go from here. I don't want to claim that I've bricked it yet, when I have both recovery and download, but I don't know what to do now.
Help?
EDIT: I'm sorry, I forgot basic information : I'm using a SGH-T999 (T-Mobile GSIII).
I would defiantly boot in to cwr and do a clean install on a diferent rom. Not a back up u made with cwr but a .zip rom... n u sgould b ok.. I would try jb smooth

See if you can flash CM10, if you don't have to have stock.

Looks like the toolkit installed an older version of CWM. I flashed 6.0.1.2 via ODIN (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=30806933) and then flashed CyanogenMod 10.0.0. Works great.
Thanks so much!

Glad you had it resolved. Another method would have been ODIN back to stock.

[Q] Need help. I could be bricked :\

I have TWRP installed. Wanted to wipe everything to install another rom. I did so, but didn't have an OS so I flashed the original OS and its stuck on the Samsung Galaxy Note II startup and I can't seem to boot into recovery mode anymore. Am I SOL? Anything I can do?
3 button recovery mode is failing ??
If yes....an Odin push of a rooted stock build may be needed....especially if a battery pull won't get you to recovery using the combo...g
Edit....you are "NOT" bricked...just jammed up a bit...g

/facepalm I forgot about that. Ok I am in TWRP recovery now. Ok I need to reinstall the original OS. I was going to install another rom but realized I forgot to put it back on the phone so don't I need to reinstall the original OS to use the USB feature and then connect to the PC to transfer the rom? If so, how do I flash the original OS? I flashed the stock launcher, but I think I may be doing it wrong. I haven't messed OS in quite some time and I have forgotten some things.
K I think I have it. I flashed Clean Rom Lite. So I guess all I have to do now is put the rom on the phone and then flash it correct?
Hmm I have seem to have lost my carrier connection tho
Please help. I flashed the stock rom launcher and got stuck at the loading screen. I then flashed clean rom lite, but I have no mobile service.
Clean rom isn't working so I am trying to flash AOKP via Odin. So I put my phone in download mode. Open Odin. Check PDA open up the AOKP file and I have waited 10 minutes and Odin doesn't do anything.
Step by step.
Do you have custom recovery, and can you get into it?
Do you have a nandroid of anything?

[Q] In a bad limbo, any help?

I'm fairly new to custom roms, but I'm fairly comfortable using Odin and CWM. I think I got stuck in a bad spot and would like some help.
I had a stock 4.1.2 L900 (with root access) last night. Decided to install the 4.3 OTA update via stock recovery, and everything booted into 4.3 just fine. Had an issue where my wifi wouldn't turn on at all. I decided to reroot on 4.3 via Odin, which did not fix the issue.
Then I installed CWM 6.0.1.4 using Odin and tried a few roms to see if they would fix the wifi. I installed the Illusion Rom (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2361476) and got stuck at boot animation. I then tried a few other ROMs, and even the 4.3 OTA update again, and get stuck at "Error 7", which from my understanding means I'm trying to install on the wrong device.
So, now I have CWM, a ROM that gets stuck at boot animation, and I can't install another ROM. Can anyone help me on where to go from here?
