Hello everyone , i hope you are all fine and doing well , and i dont know if this is the right area to post as im new here , alright straight to the topic , in http://http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1016084& this thread the thread starter mentioned this link http://shipped-roms.com/shipped/Bravo/ , i had downloaded a ruu for my orange desire but now i need it again and this link wont work (403 forbidden), please help me i need that link today cuz i have to sell my phone and i need money for my studies(books and other stuff) so please help me about my orange htc desire ruu to where to download it if there is an alternate ruu for my orange htc then please sent the link with detail to what to download

but which one is them i cannot find orange ch ruu or rom whatever it is(it is zip file not exe)
There arent any Orange RUU's available at all.
What exactly do you want to do?

Ace is a different phone. There are NO orange RUU's for the desire. You can not take it back to orange stock.
Please answer my question. Why do you want to take it back to stock?
because i have oxygen rom installed and they wont buy it unless its stock orange anywhere i try
HTC warranty is still accepted on the 2.3 gingerbread update from HTCdev.com
Its official HTC release and is not classed as debranded. They should accept that.

U can use another rom but make sure u use the original Orange radio but u won't have the HD 720p for ur camera or u can unlock for about 7-9 quid on ebay

Hi, I guess you must be familiar with a Goldcard. In your case I would just flash the latest generic stock rom and use unrevoked 3.21 to root it again or use one of the prerooted stock roms, all links are in the Desire Index.

As this is your first post, I will look beyond the point that there are hundreds of posts exactly like yours. Please try to search before you ask a very common question.
Now, your phone is running the latest available branded HTC firmware (1.84).
The latest unbranded HTC firmware is 1.32 (1.72/74 got pulled, it was a bad update)
You will need to create a Goldcard & Downgrade to stock 1.32 . Look in the Dev section, there are guides, they are very good.
Hmm for the gold card just use the goldcard helper in the marketplace thts what i did to make a gold card
So without reading the guides, does the OP know whether to use mmc0 or mmc2. Or what to do with the goldcard.iso
Follow the guides, they are tried and tested.

What is the version of your Hboot ? Your operator and your Rom ?
It's been covered many times... to get S-OFF you need to use an XTC Clip.
As for a guide and what ROM to use, that's covered in this section and the Development section

ROM is Vodafone UK and sorry if it is well covered else where but its nice to find out peoples experience with the time and installing them and what method as we all want a one click and go if possible

First, please don't post the same thing in 3 different forums. And especially please don't ask questions in the Development section. It just irritates people; we all look at all 3 forums, and they are separated for a reason. Mods will delete the duplicates.
Second, I'm not 100% certain of what you're asking. But in any case, here is a list of RUUs. In the first post, scroll to the section labeled "RUU and Stock." There's a lot of RUUs offered there including a link to the Ace Shipped ROM Collection, which includes a ton of RUUs.

I have no more information than you do. The only way I will know what each RUU contains is to read its filename or to download it and run it, just like you. None of us are RUU databases, where you simply give us the search terms "french" and "without any problem" and we can pop out a download link.
Being a noob is not a suffiicient excuse to demand a specific download link without any research of your own. We were all noobs at some point, and we did some research and figured it out.

Yes u can downgrade but make sure to flash gb shipped DHD with a GB RUU else u will mess up ur phone,just to make it easy for u coz u said u are new. Download this RUU its 3.12 WWE(worldwide edition) http://goo.im/ruu/ace/RUU_Ace_Sense...60.29_26.14.04.28_M_release_225512_signed.exe and run it on your computer and just follow the instructions. If u need anymore help let me know.
