Thanks for this mate, you have highlighted that I can watch live TV ( didn't know that )
But I installed it and then updated to the latest version just to check and the latest version works fine for me too

Hi all,the ITV player is now updated with live streaming feeds but still restricted to Wi-Fi only. From the news update at engadget mobile, they mentioned that the service is following the footsteps of BBC and Channel 4. Does anyone know where to get the channel 4 app or what it's being called or how to download it? Couldn't find it in the Android market. Cheers

When I try to see a video, and drag the minutes:seconds bar around a few times around, it makes my GN reboot. Does anybody have this problem ?
Is anyone able to get either of these working? HBO Go doesn't even show up in the marketplace so if anyone has an .apk of the current version I'd appreciate it. WatchESPN starts up but attempting to select provider or login to a myESPN account results in some sort of browser error.
Would love to have HBO Go by Sunday for the Homeland finale as I am out of town and my uncle that I will be staying with only has an aircard at his house for internet access. A working method to tether would solve my problem too I suppose. Haha.

I installed the HBO Go .apk from my Incredible but when I open it all it does is show a message saying "HBO Go is not compatible with this device." and closes.
Looks like we'll have to wait for them to update it ICS.

Watch ESPN also works fine for me.
Would LOVE to get the HBO Go app. For now, if you set your browser to desktop you can stream HBO Go from their website. Video quality is very good but navigating the site (100% flash) is kinda annoying.
Anyone got this yet?
The sideloaded one works ok with mouse but the proper remote version would be good.

I'll leave it to you british folk, I've never heard of itv.
Wouldn't just using the ITV player addon for Kodi be easier than trying to mess with getting the apk file off off of a rooted Fire TV device? Also, the MediaHHH app in the official Amazon U.S store has all the freeview channels live which includes BBC and all the Itv channels. Been using it now for 2 - 3 months and the quality is perfectly acceptable, but overall, Kodi and the Itv player plugin along with a geo-proxy is what I use for Itv player live and catchup watching and it works great.

I'd actually say Kodi has the edge right now anyway, ITV Player app does not do live TV, believe the Kodi one does.
However, finding TVPlayer.com pretty amazing.

After all that all 4 is not working on 1st gen fire stick. App installs fine and all adverts play but the content itself throws out an error and does not play. Any ideas? I'm in the UK so it shouldnt be a geo problem nor do I use a VPN...

I checked both last night on my fire tv stick and all 4 and itv all played various shows without a hitch. might be worth an uninstall, reboot and reinstall maybe

All I get is the error message (after all the adverts playing perfectly I might add) is "ALL4-011 - content currently not available". Will reinstall later to see if that helps
I assume there's no way to get these working on Android TV?
Seems itv complains I don't own that app by sideloading while all4 working fine

For ITV just logon onto Amazon full site, and "buy" the app with one click, even though it says your device is not support. Then it should work,
