Can you go to menu>settings>applications and uninstall updates on the market app? Not sure if that's how you do it but that is most likely the problem. It probably updated. Need to uninstall the update and then freeze market updater with Titanium.
Yeah but how do I freeze it now in titanium? Im using the free one.

I don't think you can freeze it with the free version man. You have to buy the market app for 5 bucks or you can pull a Johnny Depp arghhh matey. (That was gay lol)

It was installed instantly when I updated gb to 2.3.6. And also it does not show uninstall in settings>applications>manage apps>all. So i thought it was on the system.

I downloaded an app that I should have paid for, and it shows up in the market place that I have the app. I was wondering if their was a way I could make it not show in the market so I can purchase it?
Trying to right my wrong here.

In one of the latest version (don't know which one) it turn on by itself. You can uninstall it or rename it in /system/app.
That's the main Why.
