Hi,
I have been using a Blueant Q2 platinum headset recently with Epic touch 4g and there have been a lot of issues on the receiver's end. Noticed the same problem previously on an HTC EVO 4g with a Jawbone ERA and a Plantronics 975. Are there any known issues with bluetooth stack as I guess these problems started after the GB update. I would appreciate any help. Thanks

hi all,
i've upgraded to the new radio 1.14.10 for the uni & found a vast improvement in the signal & sound quality..
even my Jabra 250v has improved reception..however there is still a breakup in the conversation for the opposite person when i talk to them...
i thought that this was a network problem but the same combination of the Jabra 250 & my old O2 mini never had a problem..
what i mean to say is that with the new radio there has been a 10 fold improvement in my bluetooth conversations but there r till a few problems...
any help will be highly appreciated..
rgds,

Plantronics Voyager 510SL. No problems. Everything 100% working good.
Motorolla HS585 I think ... barely use it.. too bulky/heavy on the ear. Works 100% good.
Anyone tried the S2 with this bluetooth device?
Satisfied?
Other suggestions?
Thanks in advance /Voz
I have and its an absolutely brilliant headset well worth the money plus its got multi-point so you can connect 2 phones to it
Dave
Sounds, good, prob means I can have it connected to PC as well then, will order one tonight.
Very strange I have much worse sound quality in d975 than directly through the phone. However this might be a general bluetooth issue rather than specific d975. Eg with my 3gs it was impossible to use a bt headset.

Edit: A bug in S2 - turn of WiFi and it works much better. However, not very satisfied with soundl quality but probably more a problem with S2 bluetooth. Se further thread "crappy bluetooth..."
Dear Xda friends,
Sgs 2 is my first android phone, I tried to pair it with my beloved wireless headphone, Sennheiser MM 550, however I am quite dissapointed because SGS2 couldn,t discover my headphone, where as my iphone4 and ipad2 worked well with the headphone,
I am on gingerbread 2.3.4 KG2 rooted, had tried the 00X0 fix but it did not solve the problem, is the headphone really not compatible with samsung, is there a work around for it?
I had googled and browse around forums but I still couldn't find any solution to this.
Pls advise,
Thanks

So I have a Bose bluetooth speaker that I've been using flawlessly with all of my phones for the past few years.
Then Samsung pushed out its latest update, PHE. My bluetooth connection drops very frequently, and I have no idea what to do about it.
The connection has been dropping frequently even after I exchanged my Note 7 on Sunday. So to be clear, this problem has occurred on two separate Galaxy Note 7's.
Before Samsung's latest update, I was playing music on this speaker flawlessly.
Anyone run into a similar problem with Samsung's latest update?
Bump
I use 4 different BT devices, connections working fine
Guys, we've been discussing this in great length over in the Sprint Q&A. Here's the link. http://forum.xda-developers.com/sprint-note-7/help/choppy-bluetooth-t3445131
