If you just want the look of Sense UI you can always use ADW or Launcherpro and get a Theme from the market
Look in themes and apps. I have a sense-like theme called Epi-Sense.

I've include TW Manager, I've never actually been able to get it to work for me but some people love it, and it offers a good bit of customization.
Any luck changing it to 4*4

Are you stuck on launcher pro? Because Go Launcher has several ICS themes that have the dock icons. You could try downloading a Go theme and see if you can replace the icons.
