If you just want the look of Sense UI you can always use ADW or Launcherpro and get a Theme from the market
Look in themes and apps. I have a sense-like theme called Epi-Sense.

could someone make the touchwiz launcher look like the new motoblur launcher? the icons and dock i triedd for my slef but it wasnt beautifull and missaligned

Are you stuck on launcher pro? Because Go Launcher has several ICS themes that have the dock icons. You could try downloading a Go theme and see if you can replace the icons.
