Just checked on mine using the ever annoying double tap home shortcut.
"check schedule"
Gave me
"no more events today"
Looks like mine works

Mine fc's also.

i factory reset, and now media hub is fc-ing on me lol
idk what's going on

I also have Vlingo FC on me when I say 'Check Schedule'.

I had the same problem. I redid the whole phone from scratch, working great, BUT after I installed Juice Defender, it took a crap. Uninstalled it and it worked fine. Also, Im using the Vlingo from the market. Stock one isnt that great.

process com.google.process.gapps has stopped

Need help, my wife's phone is stock srf 1.2 and it was running smoothly for awhile until now, randomly at the begining of making a phone call she is getting process google gapps or framework services stop errors. What is the best way to fix this without having her lose data from her apps?

Try going to settings, aapplications, manage, all, and clear data out of whatever is force closing.

I will try this later, what if nothing is force closing? The error just pops up and then lets me close the popup window but the phone call or text message still works. It also does when my wife unlocks the phone and I just click ok on the popup and the phone will unlock and go to the home screen.
Sounds like you need to enable journaling

You might have to reflash for this to work correctly. Also did you freeze anything in Titanium or another application?
Quickest fix I've found for that Is to just re flash the rom works like a charm....u can even use the ACS Updater app in the market downloads and does the flash for u quick easy and painless

My epic did the same thing until I put journaling on with srf 1.2

Is gapps itself you need to clear. Do what qb suggested on the com.xxx.gapps

I think that shows up as google services framework. Clear data in that.

Help getting rid of annoying "Top App Manager" notification.

Recently I've been getting an annoying notification once a day from "Top App Manager" recommending apps for me to download and install. (Which appear to suck.)
I suspect --but am not sure-- that this may be linked to the "MP3 Music Download" app. Has anyone experienced this?
And most importantly, does anybody know how to make it stop?
Many thanks.

Search for "AirPush Blocker" on the market .... You may just need to remove the app that installed it ...

Top App Manager piggy backs with game
My Iconia recently starting showing a red 'A' status icon. Clicking it would pop up a messages about Featured App. This was surprising because I never installed a 'top app manager'. I started uninstalling games one by one until the top app manager icon went away. Upon uninstalling 'Piggy Adventure', the icon disappeared. Go figure. I hope this info helps others.

navi problems

i was wondering if anyone else was having the same problem as me. ok so alst time i went to a store and it was closed and there was a sign that said they had moved so i entered the address on my phone and the navi worked fine . but now everytime i put in a new address it always asks me to turn on that one street from that day. it alwasy says to head towards valley blvd. lol and i dont know how to fix it. i tried rebooting,
clearing cache, dalvik cache and it still does it. so now i just turn off the voice on navi because it just says the same thing over and over every time i turn. any solutions?
Are you using a custom rom?
It sounds like youre saying it gives correct directions but when using tts it just repeats the same thing over and over?
Maybe try reinstalling or updating maps and or tts?

Xperia S mic not working.

"internal application error" in recorder. I am on 6.2.b.0.200.
Similarly, Google now also doesn't work.

I see your problem in the thread I open, have you try a fresh install? or a reboot? that doesnt happen at all for me
Ive got the same issue, although the mic does work in calls luckily. What firmware was you using and what device? Im using the world version that was posted in the big thread earlier (.200) on an Xperia S from the UK that was previously run on T-Mobile ICS f/w.
I dont really wanna try a reinstall because i spent hours setting the phone up from clean again :/ But there's a little hope, when i first boot the phone, google now does recognise me once, or the recording app does work a few times, but after that it doesnt at all until reboot. I can't tell if its the keyboard interfering or some service that runs the mic stopping, or maybe the google now app crashing it since the recording small app seems to work more than once. Maybe it's an 3rd party app interfering if it's only us getting the error?
I tried soft reset. It worked for a while, now not working again.
Sent from my LT26i using xda app-developers app
So after a Google search I've found out why this is happening, it's because the latest Google now update messes up the Mic, so if you force close the Google search app or uninstall its updates for the time be in it will work

This seems to work for me:
I deactivated com.google.android.voicesearch in settings-apps.
Google Now and voice recorder apps are working now.

Android wear crash cause mic not to work

This has happened to me a few times. I would get android wear unexpectedly stop working hard error, and after I click OK the watch seems to work fine. But whenever I try to say OK Google or reply to a message, it won't let me. When I scroll over to the OK Google part, it will automatically bump me down and not use Google... Seems like the only fix is to restart the phone... What's also weird is it seems like android wear crashes only when I try to use the mic... Anyone else have this issue or have a fix? Thanks...
