Does anyone know where to get them???
I have the OEM black headphones from Amazon for 4 dollars. I love them because they have the music controls.
http://www.amazon.com/HTC-Stereo-He...KQ/ref=sr_1_10?ie=UTF8&qid=1318741565&sr=8-10
I just wish that they were noise insulating, instead of the old school type.
The headphones for the Rhyme are noise insulating and they have the music controls on them. So do the YourBeats for the Sensation XL... but those i'd expect will be over $100 once released. This is why im looking to get the Rhyme ones.
Plus the cord is rectangular... so its less tangleable.
Anyone knows where to find this?
Here is what they look like:

I am looking for these as well. I even hacked together a pair of Skull candy head phones with the EVO controls. Not even remotely close to great sound quality. I want these so bad! I have been searching for a part number. I will post it if I find it. And whats the sound quality on these guys? I haven't seen a review of this yet.
Just dispatched or attempted to send an email to HTC corp who doesn't even list the HTC rhyme as a device on their page
Quick google search showed these: HTC Rhyme 3.5mm Wired Headset with Flat Cable
WTF!

Sir, you are my hero until the end of the business week
i know i'm picky but i want those too, but the purple ones. My girlfriend has the inspire and i would love to give these to her since her favorite color is purple and she's been wanting a pair of official htc headphones with controls since i showed her that they weren't included, lol
HTC Rhyme Purple Headphones
You can get them at No More Rack for $8.00 plus shipping.
My girlfriend has a Rhyme and I just do not like the way those headphones feel in my ears. Just something about them that doesn't feel right. The Rhyme is a beast of a device btw. All stock, doesn't lag, she has never had an issues plus she drops it almost everyday and it is still going strong.

From the other thread, as people were getting antsy!
I'll be using a pair of Sennheiser PXC BT 360 headphones with apt-x built in, and am looking forward to the increase in quality.
I'm also looking at getting a pair of jaybird sb2 sports bands for using in the gym, as they are aptx enabled too!
To be fair it was the general information thread, for some reason I thought I was posting in the beats topic
As I said in the other topic, Audeo PFE 122's - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Phonak-Audéo-PFE-122-Earphones/dp/B001LTZA7C
They have a microphone on them, so I'm good to go with hands free.
Good head start OP, I also want to hear more views about others' headphone...then can get myself a good one...
Check these headphones out they are cheap plus they are amazing way way better than beats trust me these are excellent headphones for a cheap price!!!!

If the htc one x did come with beats I would of sold them!
Panasonic RP-HJE900, with comply earbuds. Great earphones, and tough enough (zirconia) to last forever. None of this childish 'beats' crap, thankyouverymuch...
Westone 3s. I love em
I think I'll continue using my Sony MW800.

I will go for a-JAYS One+, cdon.com in Sweden are throwing these in for free! And if you get a flatrate subscription from either 3 or Tele2 you'll get the phone for free. The operators in Sweden have a price war!
I bought some SoundMagic E10 In-Ear Earphones (Silver / Black) from Play:
http://www.play.com/Electronics/Electronics/4-/21896668/-/Product.html?ptsl=1
They got some good reviews considering the price.
Missed out on the Denon AHC560R when they were £24.99 (gutted!)
Sennheiser cans. Can't stand in-ear headphones, I've never tried any that weren't either uncomfortable or painful, and I'm not the kind of person who feels the need to shut out the world and listen to music when I'm out walking. Only times I'll be using headphones is when I'm on a plane (in which case it'll be my Sennheiser PXC450 noise cancelling cans), or when I'm at home (in which case I'll use my superb Sennheiser HD650 cans).
I saw this yesterday when I pulled into a parking lot. I wanted to get right up to their window and take a better picture but I didn't want them to be watching me from the restaraunt and think I was plotting a break in with their vehicle.
It might be hard to see with all the reflections, but it is a vent phone holder WITH A CORDED PHONE RECEIVER! I have never seen anything like this before.

Looks to me like it's a gag. I've seen quite a few corded car phones, especially in older cars... but I've never seen something like this : -)

Probably for better reception. I've never seen one that big though.
I suspect that it's either one of those Bluetooth handsets that looks like an old phone, only this one has a cord on it, or, more likely, one of those old phone looking handsets that plugs into the headset jack of the phone.
Walmart sells the latter for about $7.
LOL..
it was probably this guy...
(hotlinked)
Seen them around here too.. mostly Hipsters... Phone and the portable record players..
You too can own one for less than 20 bucks.. http://goo.gl/bXq61 .. that is if you don't mind people making fun of you.
You can pickup an old style handset with a 3.5mm plug on it many places.
Heck, some Walgreens have them.
Hard to see from your picture, but here is a possible....http://www.shopandroid.com/cartel-ct-1000-car-kit/3AA6027.htm
How cool is that, watching this guy on the phone...

Hi all,
I'm planning on getting some Apple EarPods for my Nexus 4. I can take calls and other things using the remote. I'm not too sure on the fitting though, should be ok.
Part no. MD827ZM/A
But, my main concern is that I might need some buds/covers/tips for them.
Does anyone have a pair of Apple EarPods along with buds/covers/tips what ever you want to call them, usually provided with regular earphones. Picture added below.

I really need to know if the regular buds/covers/tips will fit the Apple EarPod.
Please let me know, many thanks.
not working
I'm using my iphone earphones for my music, but it's not possible to use the volume buttons so you need to change the volume with your mobile phone.
This headset is only compatible with Apple devices, so if you're looking for new earphones, please buy android compatible ones!

I too use my old iPhone 5 earbuds with my new Galaxy S4. I like the fit and feel of them better. It's a drag that the volume doesn't work, but I live with it. Sorry I can not help you with covers for them, I do not use any on mine.
Hey XDA
Just throwing out a review for those of you interested in some quality Bluetooth headphones.
I have had these guys for a week and I've tried them on all sorts of music since I am part of a multi media team for a church. We edit and sample all genres of music so I decided to try these out for our work.
Build quality
They seem to be made with very good materials. I've had several other over the ear headphones that feel very flimsy and cheap; this is not the case with these. The adjustable parts on the headphones are very firm and not loose at all maybe even a bit too firm which I appreciate. The carbon fiber part is a cushion and not plastic which was surprising but not bad by any means.
Fit
The fit on these are excellent. They are snug and feel great. After a while you forget you're wearing them which is a plus since I would wear them for hours at a time. The cushions are very soft and there's just something about them that feels awesome.
Functionality
The Bluetooth part works excellent. Pairing took five seconds. They have never dropped Bluetooth connection on my S3, my MacBook Pro, my wife's iPhone, and a few other phones we tested. Pausing the music and answering calls also worked perfect. Battery lasts quite a while and I love that I can use the aux cable for those devices with no Bluetooth.
Sound
Music on these headphones sounds amazing. I am not a fan of many headphones out there with over killed bass but I do like a decent thump - these babies delivered perfectly! Highs were very clear and crisp, mids were present but didn't give them a muddy sound. Call quality was great as well. The person OK the other end heard me perfectly. Volume on the headphones for call was good. I could hear clearly almost as good as the earpiece on my phone.
Overall I really likes these headphones. They have been great for me with everything I do. I like the case they come in and the face that they are quite portable with their rotatable earpiece. I loved that they charge with USB so that makes it easy wherever I'm at.

Update?
cor4twenty,
It's been a while since you reviewed these BT headphones. Curious how they've held up, if they're still working for you or if you've moved on to something else?
Let me know,
Fred
We have lost our Bluetooth to aux adapter we had in my wife's car. it was this model, but it seems like they have a newer one out now. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004KPLS7K/ref=olp_product_details?_encoding=UTF8&me=
Anyone else have one they prefer?
me and two of my friends use this one: https://www.amazon.com/Mpow-Bluetooth-Receiver-Streaming-Hands-free/dp/B008AGQMQC/
Well, they have this one since I had the older one that's discontinued. That metal aux part comes out btw so you can run a regular cable.

Thanks and I am glad you mentioned that. I saw that one but didnt want it because I didnt want that bulky thing sticking out of my aux LOL. I was quite set on aptx but i am reading some reviews and it seems like it really doesnt add much especially for stock car speakers. The fact that this is bluetooth 4.1 makes it attractive. Many are 4.0
I've been very happy with this one, and it supports Aptx:
iClever Himbox Bluetooth Hands-Free Car Kit with Clip, AptX, Multi-Point Access,3-Port USB Charger https://www.amazon.com/dp/B011NR0BY8
Now that i think of it, my previous one didnt have a battery and had to be plugged in. Sounds like a negative but it was great because you didnt have to turn it on and off. I think i am going to stick with one that has to be plugged in and turns on automatically.
Im looking at these right now:

thanks! adding this to my list. This is on the pricier end of what i am looking at but also checks all the boxes including aptx.
FYI, I also had to buy a ground loop noise isolator with that Himbox, since I was getting some interference noise.

I also bought a super flat and thin aux cable so I could reduce the footprint.
