hi, there is something wrong with the epic 4g touch's MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service).
I cannot send and receive any picture messages. How about yours?
BTW, I have turned off wifi and open sprint 3G network, the MMS is still failed and the picture is always in sending status, but never sent and Also I cannot receive any MMS as well.
Feel frustrated
I don't have this problem yet. Cuz I never send or recevie mms. You may call sprint and find out the problem. 嘿嘿。再用用,不行就赶紧换啊。现在新的政策是14天之内可以换机器。
Works for me.

I've looked over the forums and searched found a couple of threads with directions for functioning MMS but still no one says they are getting my MMS messages after trying these fixes. I use ChompSMS as my MMS program and I have it set to compress MMS messages to 300kb and I never get a failure but the recipient says they never got it. I send over a strong 3g connection and when it's sending I see the up and down arrows next to 3g stay solid signaling it's sending. My T-Mobile MMS is epc.tmobile.com which it is supposed to be as well. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
Try using stock messenger or handcent

I use handcent, it works fine. I would try disabling compression in your app first though, see if that fixes anything. If not do what the other guy said and try the stock or a different sms/mms app

For about a week now i haven't been able to receive and texts from my contacts.I can receive picture messages but no text.I can receive messages from sprint cause i got one today. The funny thing is that i bricked my phone last week and switched my service to my nexus 4G until the new one got here yesterday.I couldn't receive texts on that phone either. The new SG2 came yesterday and activated it and i still can't get texts. It's driving me crazy. The only way i cant receive the is by using google voice.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.
Bump.
Have you contacted sprint?..

Have you done the easy thing "Update Profile"
everything but contact sprint lol.Even switched phones and nothing.
Call Sprint. If you changed phones, you pretty much took the ROM/Software out of the situation.
Thanks i will give them a call tomorrow.
Awhile back, I found a thread that explained how to fix the MMS send/receive problem with CM7 on Sprint. IIRC, it involved Open APNs using Voice Dialer and then adding an IP to the Server setting. Now, I can't find that thread again and I don't see another mention anywhere. I see plenty of information for other carriers but not Sprint.
Anybody else seen what I'm looking for?
Edit: Think this is the thread:

MMS is working. Tested from AT&T to Sprint, TX & RX. This worked the last time I found it, too. I need to remember to stay with CM7 until I move on to the next phone--nothing else comes close.
is this for not being able to receive MMS? I flashed AOKP on my wife's Epic 4G and everything works great except she is not able to receive (or maybe even send) MMS. Let me know if this is what this fix is for.

It fixed receiving for me, it probably fixed sending too, but I haven't needed to send anything

As of today my MMS fail soon as I hit send. Get two pop ups saying multimedia messages not supported by network and server response error. I'm in CT but I had a friend in NY who also has the Note 2 try send me one and his failed too. Was able to send myself one from an HTC One M7 no problem.
Edit: nevermind. The issue was that the person I was sending the MMS to lost his phone and had to swap to an old palm treo 755p and I guess it can't receive mms on the new network..
