Hi folks,
I am learning to love swype, but sometimes I would also like to manually type as well. The only problem is that I cannot type for the life of me on the Swype keyboard. The default SG2 keyboard is great, because the keys are smaller, so I'm not prone to hitting the wrong keys.
Is there anyway to have the default keyboard with swype? Or does Swype offer other keyboard layouts?
Thank you a bunch!

Is there any way to make a swype keyboard with the arrow keys like in HTC's default keyboard? I think then it would be the perfect keyboard lol.

Fyi, the newest Swype beta has arrows, just not on the main keyboard. You Swype from the info key to sym and an arrow Sven comes up. Hope this helps

Hey guys... I'm using the version of the HTC IME keyboard that is included in Calkulin's rom (which is great), but it has a divided spacebar with a ".com" on half of it.
I used to use an HTC IME keyboard on another device that had a wide spacebar, with no ".com" on it, and I am wondering if anyone could kindly point me in the right direction for that keyboard that would be compatible with the E4GT. I keep hitting the ".com" when I'm trying to space.
Thanks for the help!
Smart keyboard, better keyboard or ai keyboard (to my knowkedge). You can adjust the size and length and the keyboard
Thanks guys. I actually started using the ICS keyboard and I'm really liking it.
I was wondering if there were any ICS keyboard mods out there? I really like the autocorrect abilities of the stock keyboard but i hate using a keyboard that doesn't have long press alternate keys.
right now i use swiftkey x, which does both but i've had a little better luck with the autocorrect of stock keyboard. I've also occasionally experienced stutter with swiftkey that wasn't happening with the stock keyboard.
it would also be cool to have the ability to customize smilies : )

Are you rooted ?
If not try Kii keyboard
Have you adjusted the height of the keys in the SwiftKey settings?
hey, the spacebar is too small for my liking, making me miss it and click the '.' Instead.. any way to change it?
Which keyboard do you use? I use SwiftKey and end up hitting b a lot.
It's the default Samsung keyboard.
Been using SwiftKey since early 2010's but I really like how good the default keyboards have gotten. I want to keep using this one but just wish I could enlarge the spacebar or remove the 'www.' Key .
It doesn't help that the S22 screen is smaller. I have the S22 Ultra and my fat fingers still miss the space bar.
