Just stumbled on an app that has the undocumented ID_CAP_NETWORKING_ADMIN capability? I've found some references to it on this forum. But I couldn't find the exact meaning. Do we already know what it does?

I know xda is a pretty custom forum software, but I was just wondering what its originally based on?
did it start with phbb? or some other proprietary package?
just curious
anyone know the answer?
Do a search in our Portal for "XDA History" or go dig in off topic, you´ll find your answer

Yes, but in 2003/4 (I think) it was upgraded to vBulletin.
Today it's vB 3.8.6 with a load of custom tweaks, mods and styling.

So I was browsing the "Post your homescreen" thread and noticed that almost none of them wrote which widgets/apps they were using to get their screen the way they have it. I remember awhile back somebody had made a post featuring most of these apps in a single thread, for those of us in my situation who have seen the widgets/apps and wondered what they were called. Unfortunately, I'm unable to find it again. I tried doing a quick basic search and had no luck. Does anyone remember this thread? Does it still exist? Do you have a link? Thanks.
Cant delete a post??
Apparently I dont know how to search properly

Hello all,
I was wandering if anybody had gotten to making a Wifi Calling package for those of us that have the international 7100 version or so? Back on the Leo someone had created a package (HERE) for us that turned out to be quite useful, especially for heavy modders. Maybe my searches are missing it (can't seem to isolate "wifi calling" directly), if anyone can offer up some info.
Thanks,
Demon
I'm looking for this exact same feature for my N7100 as I moved to TMobile few days ago. I've read somewhere that one could flash a tmobile rom without flashing the radio therby retaining the N7100's original radio. Not all ROM's offer the option to exclude the radio flash. Wondering how I can achieve that?
---I know this post is a year old but thought it might be useful to post in the same thread as I didn't find any.
Anyone that uses this site knows exactly what it does... Now there no need for the 2nd step (Utorrent app).
Is there is a problem posting this, moderators do what you must.
i seen it i love it..love the app
