So I got LCD density change settings to stick but the TW homescreens are not scaling correctly. Everything is shifted to the left. The apps draw and all other apps scale fine. Any ideas?

Yeah known issue. Use alternative launcher, ie Adw. That should scale properly

All of a sudden my phone is sluggish and when I check the market a lot of the apps are showing up under my apps....I navigate to need and a yellow message at the top says this app is not compatible with your device..

It's the lcd. Change it back to 240, or downgrade to a 2.x.x market.

Yup, that's the problem. One of the few negative effects of changing lcd density along with the offset dialer

Sorry I am a complete noob when it comes to android (long time user of iOS) but when I install them the sizes don't change. They look practically the same

Which one are you using? In ADW: Hit Menu > More > ADWSettings > UI Settings > Screen Preferences. Then you are able to change the number of Desktop Columns and Desktop Rows. The more you have, the smaller the icons will be.
Let me know if you need any more help.
Thanks it worked! Now that's out of the way..does battery get affected by using different launchers?

Nope. It just replaces the default one. "TWLauncher" Have fun changing up your screens like crazy. When I get bored, I just start changing things up and before I know it, a couple of hours are missing...
Haha awesome, thank you!

It's a personal preference. I like 210. I changed the dialer to Go Dialer. I am using LCD Resolution.

Does Go Dialer also work during a call?
I tried exDialer but during a call it would load the stock dialer/keypad which is very small..
Questions go in the Q&A section
Seems with all my flashing Roms and themes....my touch responsive is getting worse....Is there any way to help tweak or add more sensitivity to my screen ?...I know it can be done but can someone help me please?....
130 people looked at this thread?....and no love?...or point me in right direction?.... wow what a family I have here...lol
Ok I noticed it was adw launcher using touch wiz now huge difference..

I am using adw launcher and its far better than stock launcher.
I think you select scrolling speed very low on adw setting thats why its little bit slow responsive. Change it and try it . Its under General Behavior inside animation and effects.

When I bumped my density down to 240 the Samsung keyboard keeps crashing. Anyway of getting it to work? I use the pen writing option a lot and won't get that with a third party keyboard. But 320 density is a bit too big for me

Worked for me to, ,but when you get away from a stock density (180, 240 and 320) it trends to break the compatibility of market apps. I'll have to see what happens
