[25Nov08] New (post flashing) process to get an Italian phone with every WWE ROM

The Italian official WM6.1 version (fixed by EFN) plus a couple of further fixes:
Removed Opera 8.x so you can install the latest Opera build you want
Removed Flashlite 2.x, same as above

Mouse fix (the first four cursors)
The SMS chat is disabled by default, you can reenable it using the following reg key
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\Setting s\OEM]
Name: SMSInboxThreadingDisabled
With: dword, 0
The rom is a 128 dpi resolution (large icons), provided with all the standard samsung plugins, and the default colors/themes.
The crappy jblend JVM is (for now) still present but I strongly suggest to install esmertec jbed to use operamini.

The version 1.2 is here:
*True* Italian, translation with default 410 country code, and default italian paths (/Programmi /esecuzione automatica etc..)
99.9% translated rom, AFAIK almost fully working.
Correct display of the WM 6.1 version.
The dictionary, autocompletions etc... working in Italian as espected.
HTC Home V2.0 Italian with integrated configurator, 1 - 6 tabs and diamond style clock indicators.
SDK Certs already included in the ROM (useful for running some hacked SW, like HTC Home, HTC touch flow etc...)
All the previous additional SW included in the English EFN's releases (total commander, task manager,youtube player, pocketrar, etc..)
All the previous fix included in the previous EFN/TS releases: Coloured battery icons, sync icon for vista, G,E,U,H indicators, [email protected] resolution, larger default fonts
Removed Opera 8.65 (use opera 9.5x instead) and jblend JVM (use the far better Esmertec jbed, to get Operamini working), removed Samsung's alarm application. (use the WM builtin alarm app. or use a 3rd party alarm sw, like spoon alarm, mobialarm NG, etc..)
Known relevant problems:
You can't open an attacchement directly from Pocket Outlook (you have to save, and then open it) <---Fixed (see message #33)
Other minor problems
Some icons are in the wrong tab of settings folder.
Some words are truncated in the wifi settings.
The welcomecenter is still in english
Many tanks mainly to my friend Topogigi (which has discoverd how to dump the samsung roms), the great EFN (who made the first english WM6.1 ROM), the "kitchen builder" famusc, and all the other great developers that this forum has.

Vabbe, visto che si parla di una rom tradotta, che si rivolge anche a chi non ci capisce una cippa d'inglese, passo dall' inglese maccheronico all'italiano per una veloce traduzione.
Traduzione italiana vera: il codice del paese è il 410 ed i percorsi sono quelli standard delle rom italiane originali (/Programmi /esecuzione automatica etc..)
La rom è tradotta 99.9%, per quanto ne sappia, completamente funzionante.
La versione è ora riportata correttamente come WM 6.1.
I dizionari, gli autocompletamenti delle parole ecc sono completamente funzionanti in italiano
Il plugin di default è HTC HOME; ora in versione 2, con il configuratore integrato nelle opzioni per la scelta del funzionamento da 1 a 6 tabs, con orologio di default in stile diamond.
Sono gia installati gli SDK Certs (Utili per usare alcuni SW modificati disponibili in giro, tipo HTC Home, HTC touch flow etc...)
Come nelle versioni precedenti (mie o di EFN), sono presenti alcuni utili tool freeware (total commander, task manager,youtube player, pocketrar, etc..)
Tutte le migliorie visuali inserite in precedenza sono tutt'ora incluse: icone delle batterie colorate ed a 4 segmenti , la sync icon per vista, gli indicatori corretti delle tecnologia di trasmissione (G,E,U,H), la risoluzione nativa di wm6.1 a 96 DPI, i fonts espansi per una migliore leggibilità
Rimosso Opera 8.65 (usate opera 9.5x al posto) e la JVM (usate Esmertec jbed che è di granlunga migliore, per avere Operamini funzionante), Rimossa anche la sveglia Samsung. (usate quelle di serie di WM oppure un SW di terza parte come spoon alarm, mobialarm NG, ecc..)
Problemi noti di rilievo:
Non è possibile aprire un allegato direttamente da Pocket Outlook (bisogna salvarlo e quindi aprirlo) <---risolto, dettagli nel messaggio #33
Problemi noti minori:
Alcune icone di configurazione appaiono nella linguetta sbagliata.
Alcune parole sono abbreviate nelle impostazioni del WIFI.
Il welcomecenter è ancora in inglese
Come al solito i link di download sono nei file di testo allegati.

Impossible to open attached pdf from the e-mail. I receive an error "Cannot display the attachement". I must save the pdf in a directory and after that I open it with Adobe LE.

Hi all, i'm trying to install tt7 on Samsung SGH-i780 with this fantastic rom. All works fine but when I start TT7 it dislay No GPS found. What are the settings for gps ?

You have to rename the HTC MUIs from 409 to 410 as happens with any original italian ROM.

Instruction:
download the 2 files above
unpack nushuth kitchen 23004-R1 in your C:\drive
unpack nushuth-EXT 23004.rar. inside there is a folder called EXT. move it inside kitchen folder
enter the folder and start erviuskitchen
click on LOAD ROM in the upper left corner
load the config file you want.
you may choose between:
WM65-clean: a clena windows mobile ROM plus comm manager only
Manila2: A full rom with TF3D2 by XboxMod
Manila1: Same as manila2 but with TF3D 1
you may personalize it by removing or adding all software you want
clck on "create ROM" and have a cup of coffee
Flash your ROM into the phone

Opera 9.5 starts but was unable to open any page.
Seems to be a problem with my CAB file.

this is opera 9.7b1 in english, and works corectly

this is a base kitchen, you can insert all images you want and personalyze it like you like.....
so no screenshot, nothing to install, only a kitchen to cook an italian rom.

ah, giusto per non flashare il telefono 3000 volte, queste rom cucinate possono essere utilizzate con l'emulatore microsoft o i driver esploderebbero ?

obviously, you don't need nataly's kitchen.
keep in mind there is NO OEM package included in my kitchen.
YOU need to create (and post here) by yourself your OEM package. there's no way to run any rom you create inside an emulator.. OEMDrivers and OEMXIPKernel was different.

Hi, I’m David from Venice (IT) and it’s the first time that I give my little contribute to this important forum.
I want to introduce you my first ”DMore 3.2” kitcken ROM for your Trinity based on HTC Polaris Official release CE OS 5.2.19965. I have used this build because it’s very fast and stable.
Note: good kitcken ROM that I have used for many time was Claros 3.51 and Tommy’s ROM.
Personally I don’t like WM6.5 ROMS or the last builds because I think that TRINITY device is not fast for them.
I have cooked only essential OEM Trinity original drivers and OEM single Trinity packages .
I have ported the original XIP, SYS build 19965 from HTC Polaris; Then I have insert MANILA 2D blue, Youtube, Facebook, Google Maps, Opera Mini 5 and other usful tools like Total Commander 2.51 , Advanced Configuration, Foxit Reader, Oxis Hibernate, Java Jbed, etc..
(no installated Office package)
I have tested it for 2 month and now I use it on my job.

i think that this is a good rom,it's stable... but i think that if u want u can cook a sense 2.5 or a tf3d 2.1 rom... but it is already good..

Samsung Bada OS open source in 2012
