How to upgrade the ROM / Come aggiornare la ROM
ENG: If you wanna flash this rom into your HTC Trinity do this... but, eventually, you are the only responsable for bricking/damaging/etc. of your HTC.
ITA: Se decidete di flashare il vostro Trinity con questa ROM fatelo ma vi riterrete gli unici responsabili in caso di brick/danneggiamento ecc del vostro Trinity.

ITA: Aggiornamento passo per passo:
Prima di flashare ricordatevi che:
-Flashando perderete tutti i dati, programmi, impostazioni mms, e-mail, sms e mms.
-Dovete avere almeno il 50% di batteria carica o non potete flashare.
1) Collegate il vostro Trinity al PC via USB e sincronizzatelo con ActiveSync.
2) Dalla cartella della ROM eseguite ROMUpdateUtility.exe e seguite quanto dice.
3) Appena si avvia la procedura di flashing apparirà un errore, "Update Error", NON scollegate il cavo USB, NON toccate il Trinity, eseguite nuovamente ROMUpdateUtility.exe e la procedura questa volta andrà a buon fine.
4) Al primo avvio verrà sincronizzata automaticamente la data e l'ora senza bisogno di utilizzare ActiveSync.
5) Per configurare nuovamente le impostazioni MMS per il vostro operatore andate in: Avvio -> Impostazioni -> Connessioni -> Setup Operatore, scegliete il vostro operatore e infine cliccate su Done.
6) *NON* ripristinate backup fatti con ROM precedenti, reinstallate tutto da capo o la ROM non funzionerà come deve.
7) E' consigliato aggiornare anche la versione della Radio, la Radio aggiornata la potete scaricare da qui.
La procedura per l'aggiornamento della Radio è la medesima utilizzata per aggiornare la ROM. (L'aggiornamento della Radio non comporta la perdita di dati)

...a proposito, nella 3.0 ho riscontrato che sia nella cronologia delle chiamate effettuate/ricevute che nei messaggi inviati/ricevuti non appare l'ora per le operazioni fatte nelle giornate precedenti (es: se ho ricevuto una chiamata ieri alle 16:00 mi dice solo che è stata ricevura il 13/07/2007 senza indicare l'ora...). Mi sembra di ricordare (ma potrei sbagliare) che in wm5 ed in altre versioni precedenti di wm6 questa informazione fosse disponibile... Si può fare qualcosa nella 4.0? GRAZIE caro...

Dove vedi scritto mounthidden = 1 ---- Hai la partizione aggiuntiva NASCOSTA
-- Vicerversa con mounthidden = 0...
Una volta installato il cab riavvia il terminale e vedrai una partizione aggiuntiva di circa 10MB...

With file "mounthidden = 0" you have a visible additional partition of about 10MB ...
When you install cab ... do a soft reset.. So you can view the partition EXT_Flash

io ho un altra rom al momento dunque è difficile che ci capiamo..inoltre la energy che ho è pure in inglese! cmq non è la sezione adatta per spiegarti sta cosa, il cuoco pretenderà si parli solo della sua rom! ne ha tutte le ragioni
cmq chiudo l'OT spiegati come posso: dalla home, clicca in alto a destra (c'è l'icona che riguarda i programmi in esecuzione, memoria occupata eccecc), bene; adesso clicca sull'icona a fomra di chip..da li accedi al menu della gestione dei programmi. Sto andando a ricordo dunque potrei sbagliarmi... ciau

That is just great! Italian WM6.5! Please, make a versione with no TF3D interface, titanium is much lighter and can be properly set! And add UC2 and SU compatibility (look at sunnyin86 AHEN ROMs if you don't know what I'm talking about... it's probably the most convenient feature a ROM may have: self-installing cabs after hard reset just placing them in 2 different folders, one for internal storage install and one for main storage! ).
And try to keep customization or programs uninstallable/updatable, please!

[ROM][ITA] Dmore 3.2 - WM6.1.19965 - Manila 2D Full ROM

Hi, I’m David from Venice (IT) and it’s the first time that I give my little contribute to this important forum.
I want to introduce you my first ”DMore 3.2” kitcken ROM for your Trinity based on HTC Polaris Official release CE OS 5.2.19965. I have used this build because it’s very fast and stable.
Note: good kitcken ROM that I have used for many time was Claros 3.51 and Tommy’s ROM.
Personally I don’t like WM6.5 ROMS or the last builds because I think that TRINITY device is not fast for them.
I have cooked only essential OEM Trinity original drivers and OEM single Trinity packages .
I have ported the original XIP, SYS build 19965 from HTC Polaris; Then I have insert MANILA 2D blue, Youtube, Facebook, Google Maps, Opera Mini 5 and other usful tools like Total Commander 2.51 , Advanced Configuration, Foxit Reader, Oxis Hibernate, Java Jbed, etc..
(no installated Office package)
I have tested it for 2 month and now I use it on my job.
I wanted to thanks :
the big man “Ervius” for his great tools , “Tommy” for its kitckens, “xdmcdmc” for the single trinity Oem packages , “Infido” for his comments in many forums and all people like you that have given any contribute to xda forum.

la provo subito grazie.... fatto e istallata una domanda...arrivo da la lover's rom che come tutte le 6.5 ha il blocca tasti sul menu' come anke questa solo che metre x la lover's pressando sul touch parte l'illuminazione senza bisogno di sbloccarlo con questa no..qualcuno saprebbe dirmi come fare x impostare questa funzione ....vi ringrazio anticipatamente

ciao e complimenti per la rom volevo sapere se era possibile avere un cab cn lo slider con le icone originali di htc sense e se era possibile rendere lo scrolling con le dita piu fluido.......a un altra cosa all'avvio è al 75% magari se faresti una rom senza trpp kose stravaganti la renderesti un po piu leggere e poi ho fatto kaso ke nel menu start il tasto impostazioni nn c'è e quindi quando metto il titanium nn posso andare nelle impostazioni grz e complimenti ankora

grazie per i complimenti ed i consigli. entro breve pubblicherò due rom, una più aggiornata con il tasto settings sul menù e una più leggera con le icone originali. per entrambe ci sarà la possibilità di avere il desktop normale o con i programmi "a tenda" sul tasto start.
per rendere più scorrevole lo slide consiglio di cambiare il pagepool di installazione settandolo a 8 o 10. la rom rimarrà stabile comunque..

per fare in modo che lo schermo sia sempre illuminato,devi attivare il programma Manila Locker(blocco schermo dell'htc sense).lo trovi su settings,personalizza. una volta attivato devi disattivare la diminuzione della retroilluminazione che trovi sempre sulle impostazioni di manila locker(altro). io lo uso così se hai dubbi o problemi fammi sapere.

grazie ascanio per la difesa..anche perchè ho scaricato le icone da tuttogratis..un sito free!tradurre una rom cucinandola è abbastanza complicato (anche se capito i meccanismi diventa facile), tradurla con file .cab è semplicissimo..
posso anche postarteli immediatamente se vuoi..entro breve comunque ottimizzo la mia rom e pubblico la cucina.
scusate ma sono ancora in fase di sviluppo..

marchetto ascolta ti dico na cosa noi italiani abbiamo la cattiva abbitudine di dare critica su tutto senza mai apprezzare il lavoro altrui che non guadagna nulla nel farle e postarle....esempio recente prendi kimera che ha deciso di non fare piu rom in italiano.. quindi ti faccio un imbocca a lupo e non dar retta a chi non merita risposta...complimenti x la rom e buon lavoro x la prossima....P.S non mi sono spiegato bene quando metti il blocco appare lo screen con lucchetto..io voglio solo che si illumini al mio tocco sul touch x una migliore visualizzazione cosa che avveniva in quella di lover's x il resto bella rom complimenti ))

Non mi sembra di aver utilizzato nessun termine offensivo... per cui c'è poco da moderare... Ho semplicemente difeso il lavoro di altre persone come il mio visto che l'immagine utilizzata ha stampato davanti in bella vista il logo di un noto sito che vende immagini di utenti molti dei quali lo fanno per lavoro...
Dimenticavo... Considerando che su quel sito ci sono più di 60000 persone che mettono in vendita le proprie immagini e questo è un forum internazionale farei molta attenzione nel lasciare online e utilizzare ancora quell'immagine perchè se qualcuno ha la giornata storta e segnala la cosa credimi che non ci vanno leggeri visto che è tutto coperto da copyright...

solo duecose mi lasciano perplesso:
1-è windows mobile 6.5 o 6.5.x???perche nel titolo del thread cè scritto 6.5.3 ma negli screen è il 6.5 e prima di flashare volevo essere sicuro di quale versione fosse
2-non credo sia possibile avere 52 mb di ram libera con il sense 2.5 + windows phone...credo tu ti sia sbagliato(non è possibile averli con wm6.1 figuriamoci con il 6.5-6.5.x)...per il resto cm ho gia detto sembra davvero buona,continua cosi!!

ITA: Io ne ho provate molte ma quella che trovi sotto, nella firma è una delle migliori.
Se vuoi Ci sono anche tante rom ITA che montano il WM6.1 ma con il nuovo Sense 2.5 (oltre che il 2.1) se ti piace.
Se vuoi tutto ti consiglio Diamond Lover's (ha sia WM 6.5.5 che Sense 2.5) ma ti avverto che la memoria rimanente è molto poca.
PS=ricorda di scrivere sempre "anche" in inglese (regole del forum)!
ENG: I I've tried a lot but that in the signature is one of the best.

la condivisione internet è presente e "dovrebbe funzionare" io non l'ho mai testata.. comunque nessuno mi ha segnalkato bug in merito.. mentre per le suonerie credo di no.. si può personalizzare quella dei promemoria.. ma delle sveglie credo di no...

Un vero peccato perchè le suonerie sono da infarto se suonano la mattino, io ne adotto una con rumori della foresta molto rilassante. Comunque fa nulla dai. Ti tengo sempre d'occhio e spero sempre che tu cambi idea e faccia una WM 6.X per i tuoi fans. Complimenti sempre e comunque Minuted

solo win mobile 6.5.x ha le suonerie personalizzabili, wm6.1 e 6.5 no.
O meglio, la sveglia di wm 6.5.x può leggere sia i files wav che wma che mp3, e quindi in questo senso è personalizzabile.
con le altre versioni dovresti convertire le sveglie mp3 in wav (che occupano cmq più spazio)
only wm6.5.x can read mp3 and wma alerts. wm6.1 and 6.5 are only wav capables.
the only way is to convert mp3 to wav....

ITA: Grazie anthony, se installo la rom di minuted provo a convertire i file in wav visto che è un'operazione semplice. Grazie e speriamo in bene...

ITA: Io la uso da quasi un mese e devo ammettere che va benissimo, pochissimi impuntamenti e ottima stabilità.
Unici nei: condivisione internet non funziona (per cui se usi il Diamond come modem lascia perdere anche se voglio provare a reinstalalrla e vedere se funziona); se fai clean ram meglio di livello 2, il 3 mi crea noie alle chiamate ma non sempre.
Ora cmq proverò la WM6.1 di minuted visto che ci terrei a "condivisione internet"
ENG: I use it for almost a month and I must admit that is fine, very few obstinate and excellent stability.
Shops' in: Internet Sharing does not work (so if you use the Diamond as a modem drop it even if I try to reinstalalrla and see if it works) if you clean ram better than level 2, lev3 causes me trouble calls but not always.
