How to Flash Rom on Xperia Play

Hi guys, im clueless about flashing roms in my xperia play.
Usually, ill install Rom manager and flash the menu or bootloader and install my desired Rom. However, Rom manager is not available for the xperia play.
So. Any ideas?

[Q] Xperia SL stock apps and contacts gone after rooting?

Well i rooted my phone few days ago and installed cyanogen mod 10 on my xperia sl. Everything work fine other than all the apps was gone as well as my contact, sms and sony build-in apps (walkman, movies, gallery)
Before i started i made an backup file using sony pc companian and the file format is .dbk, but after i rooted my phone the pc companian doest seems to work so yes, i lost all my contact and etc.
Now I am just wondering is there any way for me to get back the contacts and the sony buid-in apps as mentioned above? or those build-in apps only come with the stock kernel or something? Sorry about asking noob question as I have just started rooting for the first time. :silly:

You can flash back the stock ftf.Its not necessary to flash stock kernel.If u want sony apps then forget about custom rom like cm10 based

so if i flash the stock ftp back then i'll get the sony apps back?

[Q] Xperia S-I have forgot the pattern-Help

Hello guys, I have an Xperia S, I have forgotten the pattern, and the email of Playstore, what can I do? I have now Android 2.3. Sorry for my bad english I am from Greece

If you have CWM,reset back your phone...this should do the trick...

Flash the stock rom again via flashtool.. If rooted then re flash the rom via cwm..

LT18i problem after update

I have updated my mobile (xperia arc s lt18i) software . now it's lag very much & want to get back my old software is that possible ?

Flash ftf file of whatever firmware you want through flashtool.

Simple, restore from backup or flash another software.

Question /request

At one point I had a flashable zip that had the walkman apps for the Xperia play on android 4.1.2/ 4.2.2 but now I lost it does anybody have a link robot or a copy I download? I need certain files to fix the walkman issues I have on my Rom thanx
