It's still going up so might not be fully functional yet (link is for US).
http://www.windowsphone.com/en-US/marketplace
It works in Germany, I've already installed two apps just via the Web Marketplace.
The cloud is awesome
This is cool. You can install apps on the sly at work without looking at your phone
EDIT: On second thoughts, you still need to open the email on your phone and follow the standard process!
Seems to have gone wrong in the Uk, can't sign in (although it says I have)
Instead of working on this web marketplace, Microsoft should b working to enable the rest of the world to purchase apps.
Thus is ridiculous.
Sent from my LG Optimus 7
Yup its all gone pete tong in the uk, sorry, no it hasn't its come back
works fine in Australia

Love the Send to Windows Phone feature
Another great thing is that existing links continue to work.
For example this link for my own app originally opend Zune but now user's can check out and install apps from the web.
Not trying to spam with the link just wanted to provide an example.
This is awesome! I wish the Zune desktop marketplace worked this well.

has xda developers ever thought about some new themes or just a new look?? not thats its unsightly, its pretty nice to access and use, just wondering??
I'd be happy with something that was a bit more QVGA friendly, I find it somewhat cumbersome to navigate this site from my 8525 - maybe it's me... who knows
Actually I was thinking of both versions, but the pda version does load much quicker
My problem with the PDA Site is that everything on it is at least one day behind everything on the main site...
Maybe cutting out things like avatars, signature pictures, embedded tags like

I see your point, and will back down.
I'm quite happy with it as it is, and the site loads fine on my prophet.
Hmm, as far as the PDA version is concerned, I can't speculate on that for I have never used it. I always browse XDA Dev in full view Opera Mini. Even then, I find that the layout of the forum is quite clean and manageable. I would not recommend any unnecessary changes. If it ain't broke don't fix it, but fix the broken stuff (haven't noticed any so far)
Hey Guys,
I have a strange problem with "Market" app. Since i have rooted my HTC Desire i can't see pay apps anymore. I live in the Netherlands and i always had paid apps but since i rooted my device i can't see them anymore. The paid apps i have bought are in Downloads and will download en install ok.
Here's a picture of my problem.

Also market enabler is not working, but it must work without market enabler because paid apps is available in Netherlands.
I hope someone can help
I posted this in a similar thread; http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/Android+Market/thread?tid=1ea082d443f3d16c&hl=en
Mine was exactly like yours in the picture and following the suggestion above fixed it completely.
I have a Belgian simcard and I see the same market as you do. But I remember when I had my Dutch card in, there was an updated market in my app list in settings. If you go to the the manage applications list, does the market show an option to uninstall the update? If not, maybe you are missing the update which makes it possible to get paid apps?

I installed the trial version of the Turn by Turn Navigation for WP7 .. you can find it on the market, it works really fine, it has auto-route function and you can search by poi's.. hope on next update an autovelox function.. here is youtube video :
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LELmH38iZgg
try it.. at the moment is the best turn by turn app on wp7 !!!!!
yesterday i posted this but seems deleted....
official page for more info
http://www.gpstuner.com/windowsphone7/index.html
Does this work in conjunction with another app. I don't see any of the menus showing on their web page. It goes straight to the map.
Turn By Turn is a really polished app... The best nav app for WP7 for sure...
I have the full version and tested it today during my usual Sunday driving...
It is fast and accurate... When it indicates to turn right, but you turn left, it represents where you go, unlike many normal GPS navs that will track the route for a while before it realises you've deviated...
Some improvements?

Hello,
I just saw this app on my friends iphone and it turns words into songs, and it does it pretty well.
I was just wondering if there was an android like app similar to this.
Here is the link:
http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/songify/id438735719?mt=8
There is an app in the market called MicDroid.
On XDA as well
There is also Tune Me. This one I haven't personally tried though
Hope this helps! Seemed buggy when I used it. But that was 6 months ago!
songify is finally available in android play store!

Pay attention while using Songify
Under ICS it is eating the datadata like crazy.
HereĀ“s a statement from HTCmania, a huge spanish community:
There is recently a very fun app, songify, which only serves to hang out with friends. Anyway, short after installing the app I started having FC everywhere, but luckily I managed to enter with root explorer and saw that were only 24 Kb free in datadata (not megabytes). Emergency cleanup and I managed everything to work properly again , I had about 60 megs free.
Anyway, back to test the app again, and soon everything was going wrong again, I look and 300Kb free ... Clean again, back to 60 megs of datadata.
So be very careful when testing songify

Just when we thought we were safe! Included is a direct link to the site I downloaded this from or you can use my dropbox link. Either way it's a pdf file. This is the latest quarterly report. http://www.f-secure.com/en/web/labs_global/whitepapers/reports Or dropbox

Anti virus went nuts clicking those links.
They are legit sites. From f-secure. You can go to their site and in search bar look for quarterly mobile malware
it's like 29 pages long and even lists some of the apps they hide in. It covers all phones but the Android used 20 of the pages i believe

i hate not being able to read sarcasm..
So, wait, one shouldn't install apps from unknown developers with poor descriptions, a ton of unnecessary permissions, and no reviews?
What's new here, exactly?

lol..i know right? Some were in the play store tho. I saw a post earlier about the black market and all i could do was shake my head. I'll admit..I used to use it but then I actually saw all the work these guys put into stuff and started to feel guilty. Stopped using it long ago.
