Evo vibrates 5X, green light blinks, does come on, can - Please help!

Hi,
I need some help please. Running CM7 7.0.0, using RomManager and ClockworkMod 3.0.0.5. I've been very busy with work and school so have not had much time to play with the phone, so two days ago I wanted to checkout one of the nightlies and installed nightly#101. Then I thought I haven't updated the PRL in a while and dowloaded the stock odexed version 4.20 from RomManager. I updated and then went back to the nightly#101.
This time though everytime I tried to make a phone call I would get a "Call has been lost" message. I figured must be a bug in this nightly or something. So using clockworkmod went back to CM7 7.0.0 backup. That's where my problems started. When the phone came on it was not reading the SD card (I tested it in my girlfriend's phone and it is good, I borrowed hers and the evo didn't read it), I could not turn on the bluetooth and when I rebooted it vibrated 5X and then the green light would blink. I though maybe the battery is dead, so I let it charge for 30 mins and the phone came on. I tried to reboot into recovery so I could reinstall the backup, but it would vibrate and blink, and sometimes it would come on and others not, almost randomly it seems.
Today, I found this fix for the SD card http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1017387 and it worked.
However, the bluetooth is still not working and can't go into recovery. It seems that the only time I can get the phone to turn on and vibrate and blink is if I 1)put the battery in, 2)Press the power button and 3)plug the power in. Don't know why that works.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Recovery works now!
So I turned the phone on, went to RomManager and reflashed clockworkmod and tried to go into recovery from there, but it vibrated and blinked. I took the battery out, put it back in pressed power and vol down together and selected recovery and it didn't work (by the way, hboot.97 and it says s-on even though I had rooted with unrevoked and it was s-off).
I turned the phone back on figured let me try amon-ra since I have an amon-ra created backup in my computer. I turned the phone off, turned on with power+vol down, went to recovery and clockworkmod 3.0.0.5 loaded up.
I tried the reflash my backup and then once it completed, i hit reboot and it vibrated and blinked. Took battery out and put back in procedure again. went back to clockworkmod wiped cache and dalvik (not sure if needed, but figure it can't hurt). Rebooted from Cwm, but vibrated and blinked, and I did my boot up procedure again.
Bluetooth still not working, wifi works, wimax works.
I think maybe I should unroot go back to stock and see if that works. If it doesn't at least I can bring it to sprint and get a replacement.
I love CM7 and don't like Sense or Sprint bloatware.

I see 2 of your problems right off hand; Rom Manager and Clockwork Mod.
Get rid of RM and switch to Amon Ra.

i second that!!!
to the OP....what I would try (as a last resort) is factory reset your phone and unroot (run the 2.2 RUU or any other method that unroots), then try to reroot your phone....and flash Amon_RA as opposed to RM and CWM. then reflash the rooted 4.22 ROM, do your updates of radios, prls, etc. and then CM7....that might do the trick. and question for ya....you had used Amon_RA but then went to RM and CWM?? why???

I rooted with unrevoked and then installed rommanager. i had then installed amonra, because of what i had read about CWM and the rsa keys backups. but went back because of the convenience when flashing roms.
So now i have discovered that the Usb is not working. I tried the fix in the same thread as the sd card fix, but it did not work.
I'm going to go back to 2.2 see if that fixes it and then follow your steps.
If it doesn't fix then will go to sprint for a new phone

back to 2.2 bluetooth not working, usb not working, vibration + light still happening.
If I call sprint to get a replacement phone, they will prob ask me to make sure I have the latest software. should I just accept the OTA and see what happens, or am I risking losing root? Does it not matter?
I don't have an sd card reader, downloaded to phone over wifi.

Apparently you messed something up, because with s-on, you aren't rooted. I would boot into the bootloader, do a clear storage [factory reset], then try unrevoked again. Make sure you have the hboot drivers, installed then uninstalled htc sync.

Went to the Sprint store after an unpleasant phone chat with sprint support. They tried to force the phone to update, that didn't work. So they gave me a new phone.
So I don't mess up this one, could someone give me a recommendation as to how I should go about rooting and installing CM7. Use unrevoked, install amon-ra, flash to my heart's content. Avoid Rom manager. Please fill in some blanks for me, if you have a link to a good guide it would be great. I know there are a lot of great guides here, unfortunately with work, school and the wife I don't have the time I used to have to enjoy my day reading up on the forums.

Yup, that is fine. Though if the new phone has 2.3 on it, you can't root it yet; if still on 2.2, use unrevoked and good to go.

I had the same blinking light and vibrating probelms on my evo. Mine was overheating really bad. It would run at a constant 102 degrees and when it hit 104 it would shutdown. I called sprint and told them what was happeningand without any questions or problems they sent me a brand new one in the box(non refurbished)

Boot Loops, forever.

So, I don't really post on forums because I'm pretty tech-savvy, but I have a big problem that I can't fix, and I can usually fix everything (thanks to you guys!)
This morning, my incredible acted up as I was checking an e-mail and it froze, so I decided to battery pull because restarting my phone didn't work. (Note, my incredible has been running VERY solidly on a CM7.1 nightly). As I tried to boot up the phone again, it would stay on the white HTC Incredible screen. When I rebooted into recovery thru HBOOT, i realized that there was an error mounting something, like recovery_log, or something like that (i didn't mind this because I thought I knew what I was doing), but I tried restoring my old nandroid backup that was working well, but it didn't work. It said it couldn't format /data or something... It ended up staying on the white HTC incredible screen. So, I wiped data/cache like 10 times, and dalvik cache as well and tried re-flashing a clean install of cm7.1 stable, but didn't work again - led me straight to the white Incredible screen. So, installing a fresh rom AND restoring a solid backup didn't work... so...
I found the RUU 2.3 stock rom on the development forums, and tried to install that like I do with the radios (PB31IMG.zip) through HBOOT, but no cigar. It did go PASSED the white screen, but boot loops at the Droid eye.
So, I thought I'd find a different stock img, and found the 2.2 official OTA .zip and installed it the same way, but got the exact same result (boot loops, forever).
Any suggestions? I can't think of anything else.... I feel like my phone is bricked, but I didn't do anything to make that happen.
I feel like something happened that made me not able to format the /data, and stuff. I even formatted my SDcard in case it was the problem.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Load the RUU onto a different fat32 sd card and see if you are able to boot.

*update* no luck. same thing happens. i tried on three different sdcards formatted fat32...

Can you factory reset and flash a ROM from a different sd than the one you were using? Description sounds like bad sd, and AOSP roms interact with the sd on boot. If original (CM 7) sd is toast, it'll never boot, hence different sd card and prefably RUU

I had this happen once where no matter what rom i flashed all i got was bootloops. I had to get the stock froyo ruu.exe that you run from your pc and install it that way. Then once installed boot up and go to settings/sd & phone storage and do a factory reset from there. This factory reset is a true reset as it wipes out vzw programing also. After reset folow on screen steps to reactivate your phone, you can skip the rest of the setup. Once thats done your good to go just flash clockwork or amon ra recovery and then flash what ever rom you want. No guarantees but it worked for me.
NOTE: This assumes you are s-off, if your not after flashing the ruu you will have to use unrevoked to regain root and s-off again.

You can also try wiping /system and /boot.

if you are non root. you will need to download the RUU.exe for 2.2 and install if from you pc.

follow that and your phone will be back to the day you got it out of the box.

no luck, I installed the program on my XP machine, but the app can't connect to the phone.
The phone literally keeps rebooting over and over.

Does it give any specific error code when it says it can't connect to the phone?
Someone correct me if I'm wrong but don't you have to have HTC sync installed on your pc to use an ruu.exe? Do you have that installed?

I had this issue the first time i rooted my phone and attempted to put on a ROM, and i resolved it when i found this post to get back to stock. I also used this to fix a problem where my phone had a black screen with a line through it on booting to recovery or attempting to do a nandroid back up:

All i did was basically use the PB31IMG Method without turning s=on, ( i had stock radio and still have 7.28 )
1) download that PB31IMG.zip and drop it on the root of your sd card ( it has to be named ( PB31IMG.zip ) so make use you have file extensions showing on your PC.
2) boot to hboot and and let see the file and install it
3) used unrevoked ( remove sd card ) to aquire root again.
idk if this helps, but this seems to get me out of the few weird situations i had

[Q] Battery overheating, causing reboot

Okay, so I'm brand new to this board, so I appreciate any input you can give. I have an HTC Droid Incredible, have had it over a year. Have had the phone replaced 3 times due to excessive rebooting.
I have the OEM HTC extended battery, and have had numerous issues on the battery overheating and rebooting the phone. It seems to happen mostly when using the GPS in the car. Its also happened while excessively texting.
After having the phone replaced three times, I decided to root, and am now on CM7. It was working fine for a couple weeks, then rebooted again. I then took the phone to the Verizon store, and they replaced the battery. The phone still tends to reboot!
Please give me any advice you guys might have. I'm at my wits end here!

Undervolt. Use incredikernel and incredicontrol. Drop the minium 25 or 50 and do the same to the Max.

It just came back on the "HTC Incredible" white screen and did nothing. Had to reboot, and restore.

Well at least your phone isn't "Bricked". If it was your phone would not work period. How long did you let the phone sit? I'm running CM and I have Chad's latest Incredikernel and it runs like a champ! I'm assuming you are running the latest AOSP kernel correct?

I have no idea what an AOSP Kernel is, so I highly doubt I am. Last night, I had my phone in my hand for a few minutes, when to download something from the App Market, and it kept resetting. Do you think I might need to uninstall and re-install the App Market? I'm at a loss here...

CM is an AOSP Rom and needs an AOSP Kernel to run not the sense kernel. If u go to the downloads section at incredikernel.com you will see the AOSP Kernels. Download the latest version and flash it when you reboot just set the phone down and be patient. As far as the app that you installed, what app was it? You can uninstall the app and see if that fixes ur reboots

I downloaded the kernel, and when I went to flash it from the sd card, I still get the same thing. The white "htc Incredible" screen comes on and nothing else. I've let it run for 10 minutes, then I have to pull the battery and the restore to my last backup. Am I doing something wrong?

I just wanted to bump this back up to the top to see if anyone else has any ideas. I did a restore to when I first rooted the phone, and everything seemed fine. However, last night, I was watching a couple Youtube videos, and in about 5 minutes the phone reset.
I have tried to flash kernels, but cannot figure that out, so I'm still using the stock kernel from CM7. PLEASE help, I'm beyond clueless, and am about to throw this phone out the window!

If you are flashing the latest AOSP (Gingerbread) Incredikernel it should work. You can try wiping your dalvik cache in CWM and then flash the kernel again. I have read in many posts that people have waited up 15 minutes after flashing a kernel for there phone to boot. Try that and be patient.

ok so the reason why incredicontrol didnt work is because the stock kernel doesnt have HVAS. so do this.

also can you tell me which hBOOT you are running and what radio you have.
to find out what hBOOT you are running please turn of the phone.
once off hold power and vol -
at the top left of the screen please post all that is there.
for radio go into settings > about phone > Baseband Version
please post this info.
boot into CWM do not use rom manager to install.
flash zip above.
reboot and wait. it should take up to 2 min for the phone to rebuild dalvik and boot into the os.
then install incredibcontrol from market.
go to the HVAS tab and lower min by 25 and max by 25.
reboot.
report back please
(note the instructions above will only work for CM7.)

What happens when you try to go in recovery (CWM)? Don't freak out, if you can't get into recovery you may just need to reflash it. This can be done with Rom Manager or Hboot.
Also you need to update your radio to a Gingerbread radio if you are using CM7. That is more than likely the reason your phone stays on the HTC screen after you flash the Incredikernel. If you have never updated your radio do some research first or just ask and I'll help you thru it.

I have to research the new radio... I was trying to backup from rom manager, and it still stuck on the white screen. Any suggestions on the new radio? I had no clue that it had to do that as well.

Go here http://pvillecomp.com/?page_id=18 and download the 2.15.10.07.07 (Gingerbread) radio. All you need to do is name the file PB31IMG.zip and place it on the root of your SD card, basically not in any folder. Just to be safe make sure you don't have any other PB31IMG files on the root of your SD card. Then go into Hboot (Volume down = Power button), just wait (like 5-10 seconds) and you will see that it will auto load the file. When it is ready it will ask you if you will like to install, accept by pressing the volume up button. Let it do its thing, when its done it'll ask you if you want to reboot, hit the volume up button to say yes. Make sure you have a good charge or leave it plugged in to your charger. After you do this wait and see if the phone boots properly, wait like 10 minutes or so. Let me know how that goes...

I'm at a loss here...I did just what you said, and when I get into Hboot, nothing happens....I really don't know what else to do. Is there any way to un-root the phone, and start from scratch? At this point, I cannot get into CWM, and cannot revert back to a restore, so what are my options?

Is your SD card in FAT32 format? You can check on you pc/laptop, just right click on it go to properties. If it is not in FAT32 format you will need to reformat your SD card. Before you reformat it copy everything from your card and paste it to a folder on your desktop. Then reformat your SD card to FAT32, then paste everything back to your card. This could be why your phone is not loading the PB31IMG file (The radio you are trying flash in Hboot).

Ok, stupid me renamed it .zip, as opposed to not...got the radio on there, but still cannot get it to boot into CWM. I feel I'm making a little progress. However, when I go to into Hboot, it still comes up asking if I want to upgrade the radio...It shows Radio 2-15.10.07.07

[Q] Can't find a working method to flash to sense on Sprint evo 4g

So I currently have a Galaxy note 2. I have to send it to Samsung to repair and plan to use my old Evo 4G as a backup.
So here is my issue. I am on sprint and will need a sense rom in order to update my profile to get data working. I thought it would be easy to flash to sense for 5 minutes and then go back to CM7. NOPE!
I have been working on this from noon and it is now 9:00. I rarely see a blue link in my google searches now.

I went down to the part "How do I return to stock?" and clicked it. On that page, I downloaded the PC36IMG.zip
For some reason, hboot will just not flash it. When I go into hboot, it scans and starts reading PC36IMG.zip and after about 12-20 minutes, it just goes to another hboot menu where the only options are to reboot. It doesn't even give an error.
After a few hours of trying that and some clockwork mod flashing, nothing is taking.

I have adb working everywhere except in fast boot. As far as I can tell windows recognizes it perfectly fine. Adb just cant see it.

So Here I am. I am looking for a method to flash back to stock for just 5 minutes to update the stupid profile. I have exhausted google and the forum search and have not come any closer to my goal in 9 hours.

I am trying to get to any sense rom via any method. Preferably a clockworkmod update.zip or backup even.

You're working too hard.
Ignore any guide that refers to a PC3xxxx zip. That's the nuclear option. You don't need that (and you're lucky you didn't break anything trying it).
Just download any sense ROM.
Try the latest rooted stock ROM:

If you can flash CM you can flash this.
Basic steps:
Download it (either odex or deodex doesn't matter)
Check md5
Put it somewhere on your SD card that's easy to find (any directory will do, but you don't want to have to hunt around for it all day in recovery)
Make a nandroid
Wipe everything *except* your SD card
If you are using clockwork, wipe everything again. [Editorial note: Clockwork sucks on Evos]
Flash the zip
Reboot
If it works, great; let it sit for awhile, then do whatever you have to do
If it doesn't work, nandroid back and ask for further assistance

The only reason that the bootloader wouldnt recognize the PC36IMG.zip would be because your sdcard is not formatted to FAT32
But thats just info for you, use what the guy above said, its really not difficult because you can flash ANY sense rom, not just 100% stock

that reminds me of the one thing i left out of my 1st post: Truly the *only* bad thing you can do that matters in this world is to erase pictures of your kid's first baby steps or other irreplaceable data from the SD card. the rest of it is just wasted money or time.
in recovery do *not* turn off your brain and wipe the entire SD card.
if you *are* going to nuke your SD card (for instance if you have to reformat it because it has the wrong filesystem ) obviously make sure you have a backup first.
the rest of the discussion is really unimportant in the cosmic sense of things.
you flashed CM7? you still have S-OFF? then don't worry. you got this. take a deep breath, have a drink, enhance your calm, flash a ROM.

Also no worries about the SD card, I havent used this phone for a while and took anything of value off of it long ago.

I nearly had a heart attack though, I booted into recovery and formatted everything, then noticed I never put the sd card in. Had a bit of panic before I realized that clockworkmod is not erased by formatting

Hmm actually, it looks like it only fixed half of my issues. For some reason it is unable to update the profile. Do you think I need up update my radio? I have never had to do that and am totally clueless about it

what's the error when updating profile? 1012?
is it absolutely necessary to update your profile to accomplish what you're trying to do? is data working? can you use wifi in the mean time?
that radio is a pre-gingerbread radio, it is true. note the only way to truly "brick" a phone is a failed radio update, so i might try everything else first.
if you simply must flash radio, then yes, you are *now* entering the world where you may need to place a PC36IMG.zip in the root of your SD card and run it from the bootloader.

but before i tried all that, i might just reboot, let it simmer for a bit, try again tomorrow. 1012 can be intermittent.
in a worst case scenario, find out your MSL (download MSL reader from app store or just call sprint and sweet talk a customer service rep. they'll usually tell you if they think you're not evil) and undertake the very serious step of blasting your phone back in to "hands-free activation" mode. this is accomplished by dialing ##72786# and then providing your MSL to reset. this really and truly wipes any knowledge this phone ever had of its previous relationship to sprint. then call sprint and re-activate your phone.

Just tried again, it is 1012. Just wondering, but does the phone actually need to be active on the line for it to update right? I haven't had it switched over yet so that might be why...

Can I give you a little advice?? Please get away from Clockwork Mod. It's not a good recovery option for the EVO. I know it is for most other phones, but for the EVO, you want an Amon Ra based recovery. Specifically, I'd go with Smelkus Amon Ra style Recovery. That and the newest radios are in my dev-host.
Also, click the link for my guide in my signature and go over that before you do anything else. It's a little dated ,but for what you want to do, it'll help you out, a lot

Just download any sense ROM.
Try the latest rooted stock ROM:

Basic steps:
Download it (either odex or deodex doesn't matter)
Check md5
Put it somewhere on your SD card that's easy to find (any directory will do, but you don't want to have to hunt around for it all day in recovery)
Make a nandroid
Wipe everything *except* your SD card
If you are using clockwork, wipe everything again. [Editorial note: Clockwork sucks on Evos]
Flash the zip
Reboot
If it works, great; let it sit for awhile, then do whatever you have to do
If it doesn't work, nandroid back and ask for further assistance

What does updating the PRL get you? Sprint PRL's for the frequencies used by the OG Evo haven't really changed in most areas for a long time. Not sure why this is so important to everyone but maybe I'm missing something.
Anyways, as for recovery, it's not *required* to use a different recovery. If you have clockwork, go ahead, do what you need to do, just be sure to repeat any wiping steps one or two extra times because clockwork does not always wipe successfully on the first try. (Historical note: there was a brief time when Evos could lose their WiMax keys because of clockword mod, but that is not as likely to happen these days. Still, that plus the unreliable wiping thing is basically why Evo owners hate clockwork always and forever.)
The post immediately before yours gives a recommendation about alternatives to clockwork. If you will be keeping your Evo for any length of time, change your recovery to Amon Ra or SmelkusMod as soon as you have a convenient time.

No, your phone only needs to be S-OFF to flash radios, and I dont think the evo is gonna be getting new radios anytime soon

I change file to pc36img.zip put in SD root and the process gets stuck at parsing for 15 mins and I have to pull battery

Noob about to flash ROM --- phone settings?

Okay, this is a total Noob question and sorry for my own lack of knowledge.... Hope to just get what I need and then go for the gold.
I bought this HTC Evo 4G as a jailbroken and rooted unit and have been running it on the Boost Mobile network for over a year now. I'm having major problems with battery life, updates, etc, etc... And, want to Flash the ROM and wipe this sucker clean and start over with the latest and greatest version of Android OS.
I've picked a ROM off this site from a developer I want to try out. If I don't like it, I'll try another!
I have a hosted exchange service so can easily re-import all my contacts and numbers, and I've backed up my mission critical apps with Titanium backup. I know the data will get wiped, and I really want to wipe everything and start over. HOWEVER, I want to make sure the memory settings of my network plan with my phone number and provisions to use it on the Boost network remain.
I have a few friends who flash all the time, and so I'm guessing all these will remain, but I want to make sure and I'm also not sure how.
Any brief explanation or if someone can point me to where I can easily get this info, that would be great!!!
Somone on here mentioned an introductory video for first time ROM flash?? Any info helpful.
Everyone says it's a little scary the first time, which keeps most people from ever tweaking their ROM, but that once you get over the "fear factor" it's really not a big deal.

Hipkat has a pretty good guide that should answer most of your questions regarding ROM flashing. Find it in the link below. As far as your settings go, flashing a new ROM won't affect the settings you have for it to be flashed to a different carrier.

You should also make a backup in recovery prior to flashing just in case things go sideways and you need to revert to it. Make sure your battery is at least halfway charged, too.

Thanks for posting... This was all very informative and watched a few other YouTube videos. Here's where I'm at... Still trying to figure out how to get Amon MOD Recovery. Could not find it in the Android Marketplace, so maybe I just have to download to my desktop and move it over to to the SD card manually. I'll do this later tonight.
I need to make a Nandroid backup of my current settings (which it looks like I can do in Amon Ra?)
And, is my MSL (Master Subsidy Lock code) necessary to have?? I tried obtaining it through Android Terminal command and the GetMyMSL app, and neither one worked! The code came back as 00000 when using GetMyMSL.
I bought this phone well over a year ago and it was jailbroken and rooted already by the Ebay seller for use on the Boost Mobile network as it was a Sprint exclusive phone, so maybe this has been bypassed?

Search for Smelkus recovery here on XDA. Follow the instructions listed to install it on your phone.
Your MSL isn't necessary for basic rooting & flashing purposes.

Thanks for the info.
Okay, I downloaded Amon Recovery and put it on the SD card, followed the excellent instructions linked above and created a Nandroid backup. I just selected the top three options, (Boot, System and Data) and left cache, sd-ext, and recovery blank and created the backup file. I moved the file to my PC just in case it wiped it off my SD card as an extra measure of safety.
I really don't think I'll need it anymore, but again, just in case all hell brakes loose.
My main question is that I have the new ROM file on my computer desktop... Should I move it to the SD card prior to clearing it out?

One more question is what is the HBoot and is there a newer version I should be using?
I did already install AmonRa so not sure if this is really necessary if I have that.
Also, since this is the first time going to a custom Non-Sense ROM, It was explained that I should partition the SD card. I decided to back up everything to my laptop, so I can manually add it back on the SD card later, but I wonder if this complicates things.

The newest Hboot is 2.18. If your Hboot is older, there is no need to update. As far as partitioning your SD card, it can be done through recovery, but the process will wipe the card clean, which is why it's recommended to backup everything to your computer.

Great! I just backed up EVERYTHING on the SD to my computer. I'm ready to partition and install the new ROM!
I am following this procedure, which is very thorough, but seems like it has lots of extra bits I'm not sure are necessary. My biggest concern at this point is will my GPS work??? I'm seeing a "fix" of some sort here, but seems to require an MSL code, which mine doesn't have. I'm hoping this won't be a problem!

Okay, so I've partitioned the SD card, but when I went to do this step....
"Once the process is complete, select Upgrade EXT 2 to EXT 3. Do not use EXT 4 On Sense ROMS. DEFINITELY use EXT4 on newer AOSP ROMS. Your SD Card is now partitioned and you’re ready to restore your backup and flash your custom ROM so back out, go to USB-MS Toggle, select it and copy everything from the EVO Backup folder on your computer, back to your SD Card."
It didn't work... This is the error message I get... "Oops... Something went wrong! Please check the recovery log."

I am using an AOSP ROM, so how to I upgrade to Ext 4?
It seems like once this is done, I am ready to carryover the backup files from my PC, wipe, and install the new ROM.

So, the first ROM I tried failed, so I tried another and it worked beautifully.
So... I'm having a few more questions as I go to get it set up.
1) I use a hosted exchange service for my work and I had trouble getting this set up using the ROM. I was hoping to see an ActiveSync option. Should I download some sort of ActiveSync app to do this??
2) I have a Gmail account that I use for everything, but it's so full of $h*&t that I don't use the email account anymore. Of course, Google being the online superpower, I'd love to get a hold of a human being there that could help me... I'd like to get a new Gmail account and then close my old one, but some how merge all my other bits (Picasaweb, Voice, and all of my Chrome settings to the new address.
I don't want to use the Gmail address with this one, as previously it was throwing all of these random Gmail contacts who I don't even know who they are into my contacts list. I don't want to use that address for Mail or Contacts on my phone!
Last, but not least....
3) I backed up all the apps I cared about with Titanium Backup and saved them to the SD card. So, how do I reload that application off the SD card and restore the apps I had previously backed up through that application???

And, is there an HTC Sense style Android Weather widget for AOSP ROM's??
I'd like to get something that is visually a lot better looking than this crappy Weather channel widget that came with my ROM. YuK!

I am not sure about your first two questions, but to get back data saved with Titanium Backup, just download it from Google Play, click the backup/restore tab and look for your app. The name should be crossed out ( unless you already reinstalled it). Click on it and click restore and then app+data.
