Stock Music Player with bluetooth share[testers needed] - Galaxy Ace S5830 Themes and Apps

hello there
i ported the ZCKPA roms music player as a stand alone apk...just install it like a normal app...before installing it remove your music player using app's like titanium backup etc.....
it untested so i need feedbacks......
For ppl using stock ZCKPA...we know that our my file is slow and laggy...so i ported KPH my files to our rom...now its fast....be sure you remove your my files before installing this....
+1 if my work helped ya...

I will try now and tell u later
Tried but it cant scan sd card

hmmmm r u in 2.3.4...which one music player or my files?

I'm using 2.3.4 KPB. I tried your music.

It didn't worked for me, it hangs on that screen searching for files.

Any solutions yet?

nope....still cant find the missing piece

try to look for if there is a ".nomedia" file on our sdcard root or in your media folders? If so just delete it.
OR
try rebooting the phone after installation.
OR
place the music files in a folder named music...

Testers
You are still looking for testers ?

I have got a new music player.....but it does not have bluetooth share....... http://www.4shared.com/file/FE6Ih2jz/Google_Music_Player_v30.html
Try this I hope u like this........

I'm using it right now on the newest cm7 nightly, suits the rom just fine .
Find the correct .ogg file, using root explorer or any other file manager move the .ogg file to system/media/ui/ and overwrite the initial one. A reboot is needed for sounds to take effect.
U can also adb push "filename.ogg" system/media/ui
/system needs to be mounted 'rw'.
Good luck!

I hadn't done this on my G2 yet when I posted the youtube link, but I just did it and it took about 20-30 seconds to do it.
I've always found that SU File Manager was easier to do this, so people should try it out.
It overwrites the file, make sure you pressed the S in the top left corner. Then just reboot after you've done everything.
Also make sure that you rename the file and delete .zip at the end.

I tried to use this on Enoms The Official Rom...but I see no UI in media, only notifications, and that's cuz I added that one. Where is the UI folder I need to stick this in?
When I look at the .zip of the rom I can see system, media and then Notifications ringtones and UI. But just in the .zip of the rom I flashed.
Any help would be appreciated

You can try extracting it from another rom with RootExplorer and see if that works if not just reflash rom.
Powered by the SGSII....

[Q] How can I transfer system app's?

Okay the thing that I am trying to ask is how can I get the music app from the CM7 app and make it work on CM6? I would also like to take the gallery app from CM7 and transfer it to CM6 I already have root explorer installed I just need to know what to do with the APK's once I have extracted them from CM7

Thanks for your answers but none of the above worked, please note that I am trying to move a system app that came with Cyanogen Mod 7 to Cyanogen Mod 6 I am not trying to simply replace a default system app with a market app.
That might create a problem... Try searching for compatible apps for cm6...
Sent from my HTC Wildfire
Try flashing them through recovery, this is my cm7 centre clock zip which should push any app to /system/app I believe. http://db.tt/PtiEPiET use winrar or 7zip to delete the systemui and battery bar app in it as you really dont want to flash them on cm6 and add your apps to the /system/app folder then flash in recovery. I presume this should work but ive never used cm6 so i dont know.
Or you could make your own flashable zip to try it.

Thanks ill try that and ill get back to you, thanks again
EDIT: None of the above worked guess i will just have to live with a transparent music player and a visually demanding gallery :/
thanks anyway guys

from what Stock ROM did you flash Creed's on..? 2.3.5..? Try flashing Creed's ROM on a 2.3.6 Version...
Also, try to reflash a 2.3.6 ROM... Move all your music files from the folder they were originally to a new folder.

[Q] Music player .apk

I made the mistake of deleting the stock music player and now cant sent music via s beam. Anyone have a copy of the .apk or any type of music app that would support s beam.i do have cwm installed so I can also flash a zip. I could reflash the stock rom but I really dont want to have to do that for one .apk that someone can pull for me in a matter of minutes. Thanks in advance!!

Just download one of the custom roms unzip it and pull the apk from system/app folder. then put it in the same folder on your phone with root explorer
Can I use the same apk on anyother phone? I'd have this music player on SV ROM for Note with it's excellent shuffling and suggesting capabilities and I'd like it to work on my A110 from Micromax too. Can I install the apk from the rom for Note on my A110?

Try this one, pulled from a TW based AOSP port.
As stated, put in your system/app folder, install from there.
