should fix issue that you get with market syncing and downloading apps, i haven't test it that much.
Wait for wifi fix,bcos us it a lot rather 3g or 4g.

Think im gonna flash just to play around with it.
Update: Awesome job on the port. The UI ran very smooth and was pretty sweet. I really like the new layout of 3.5, the animation from portrait to landscape is a nice touch. If the WiFi was working then I definitely would be keeping this ROM a while longer. Appreciate the hard work.

its a test build, i had to delete some to stuff to make it fit the g2 hboot, anything can change from now to official release.

It's as close as you can get to aosp regular aosp has basically everything broken that's why everyone has to use cm source

These apps have nothing to do with roms its the apps themselves. They have to be updated by their developers.

Installation instructions:
1.Copy honeycomb_g2_1.zip to the root of your Sd-Card
2.Reboot phone into Recovery Mode(CWM 3.0 is a must)
3.Chose wipe data/factory reset
4.After its done Chose install zip from sdcard
5.look for choose zip from sdcard
6.The look for honeycomb_g2_1.zip and hit your touchpad button wait for it to finish and enjoy.
Know Issue:
if you lose touch screen hit the search button and it should work again.

Very nice work sir! Hopefully we can get some source and driver love in the near future! Just wondering, Honeycomb SDK in emulation mode re-sizes with some phone specific elements, etc. when resolution is adjusted. Is that something that might be portable as well, or is that aspect too raw and basic at the moment? As well, is there a phone apk hidden in there? I haven't had a chance to dig thru it, too many hours at work, school, and the new small business.

this is in the same boat as RoyalMint... MT4G doesnt have the source for 2.3.x sense based kernel... i dont think this will happen..

Well Rafyvitto has a version of sense 3.0 booting up and working with minor issues, so wouldnt that mean he has a kernel capable of maybe being supported with a port of this?

I would really consider this necro'ing but I was looking around on the Resource bible, stumbled across this thread doing so and was wondering how this was progressing?

Jelly Bean..4.1.2 to be specific. Runs well for this limited device. Sense is bloated garbageware imo..wont use it. 4.2 Jelly Bean is not far behind sense as far as being resource hungry. Once you install a few apps,it turns into crap like sense. So for me its 4.1.2 or best case scenario a working cm9 ics or lower. Which we do not have that is bug free that is.
CM9 for me.Though it is buggy, i find the audio more clear and less distorted, but the graphic glitches in kangbang are just killing it.If I had to go for JB slimbean it is.
I had good experience using Sense (with the latest update!): the battery lasts longer than with CM10.1, the sound of Beats Audio with my Philips Headphone is very good and the User Interface is well-thought.
But the Interface has more lags than 4.1.2, and Google Now will never work on it.
So both Systems has pros and cons.

Do you think it'd be possible to fix the bugs in cm9? Cuz I would LOVE to have a fully working cm9 it would be amazing!! I am willing to help in any way possible, keeping in mind that I'm in school and busy a lot... oh and I've tried building cm9 based on the tutorial simon put up but ended up with WAY more bugs than the one that's released even has, so idk where to go from there...
any ideas?

I installed SlimRom Full GAPPS. (Google search)
Its definitely speedy and Ill know more what Id like better on my G3 once this is a fully functioning rom. BUT, the way I have my G3 tweaked now with tweak box and other xposed modules, Im not sure Id like going CM11.

Although I only spent a little time with the build, I just wanted to give a huge props to the devs that help put this beast together. The fact that it is still alpha but flies like there is no tomorrow is awesome. I thought I got rid of the little lag that came with mine but that second that it takes to open an app sometimes completely disappears. Open anything, close anything, nothing close to stuttering. Fluid.
At any rate, don't have the funds to donate, but wanted to throw out a huge thanks anyways. Makes the wait worth it. Take your time finishing it up, making even better.
