[Q] No data for google apps via 3G? - Defy General

Hi,
I'm using the CyanogenMod 7 for Motorola Defy, everything worked good until last week or so. Suddenly all my Google Apps (Market, Mail, Maps...) don't receive or send any data via 3G. I can browse the web and user other internet related apps, but not the Google Apps. They just work via WiFi.
Does anybody know a solution for that?
Thanks,
JJ

I had this before . It was due to my under voltage settings and/or due to wrong ggaps version installed.

[Q] Strange Google Sign-in Error in all Froyo builds for EVO

Here's rather strange behaviour I have encountered on my EVO recently.
I have an EVO running with 1X Data + WiFi in India on the Reliance Network. Have been using this for many days with various Eclair builds (official, official rooted, mods etc.) and everything works just fine.
I can use 1x data, I can setup Google accounts, and use any and all services on the handset (like Gmail, Market etc.)
But the moment I switch to any Froyo build (official Froyo, or CM6, or even Fresh EVO), Google sign-ins stop working, and along with it, all related apps like market, Gmail etc..
Data works just fine, I can browse the web, I can install APKs using a third party installer like APKTor or Blapk over both WiFi and 1x, I can even visit Google, Gmail etc. on both WiFi and 1X Data in the browser. But, If I try to add a Google Account to the device, it says "Can't establish a reliable data connection to the server." every single time, on both 1X and WiFi.
I have tried various different Froyo builds, CM6 etc. with multiple Google app packs, but nothing makes this work on Froyo.
The moment I switch back to Eclair using Nandroid, everything works fine. Back on Froyo, same problem every time.
I've tried factory resets (countless times), I've tried complete wipes and fresh ROM installs, and everything else I could think of, but this is just stranger than anything I've encountered till date.
Can any experts help me out? I know you can...please..
Are you trying to sign-in to your Google Account during the welcome/setup? If so, try skipping through all that, wait for your homescreen to load, then launch the Market and add your account then.
That's the closest I've had to a similar issue, sorry.
I've tried both, skipping the welcome, signing in via settings, via gmail, via market and every other method to bring up the sign-in process, they all have the same problem.
Same problem in my evo
Have you found a fix or a way to work around it??
Regards
Kunwar

[Q] Market not syncing with Google account.

Hello and good day.
You'll see, I just go my Defy and I'm pretty happy with it, though I've got a problem with the Market, it does not sync with my Google account, I have no data plan on 3G so I'm using Wi-Fi. Neither does the Motoblur account is syncing, I mean, when you first start the phone and you need to link the Market with a Google account...my phone just says I have no 3G conection, which is correct, and gives me the option to connect using Wi-Fi, I connect to my Wi-Fi but it still says I've got no connection and does not sync accounts.
I have the device flashed with the generic ROM for Europe and rooted with SuperOneClick. It didn't sync with the original Vodafone (Spain) ROM.
do I need to have an active 3G connection in order to link the Market with my Google account? How can I do it with Wi-Fi?
Thanks in advance and sorry for my English and extension.
same problem. My devy can't download any file from market even i have a 3G connection. Same case when i use WiFi... help me..
I did have that problem when I first got my Defy, but then I rooted and flashed MIUI, never have that anymore ... try flashing new custom ROM?

[Q] Unable To Browse Internet On Any Browser

heres the problem,
i cannot browse the internet using any browser installed in my phone, but other applications like weather, plurk, facebook, twitter, etc. works just fine so i guess theres no problem with my APN settings.
BTW, when connected on wi-fi it works fine.. the browsers are working properly.
are there someone here who encountered the same problem before and solved it? please help me because it quite irritating..
i already tried wiping the phone, restoring to default, formatting the card but still cannot browse using the default/other browsers!
HELP PLEASE!
im from the philippines, using GLOBE simcard..
If its happening with your carriers signal, ring them up. They can do diagnostic test as we can't
Sent from CM7
The same is happening to me with LG Optimus 2X!...
No problem with stock ROM so it's not the carrier.
No problem with other apps (Gmail, Twitter, Market) over 3G/HSDPA so it's not the carrier.
No problem with browser over WiFi, so it must be some problem related only to the browser and only over 3G/HSDPA.
ROM is CyanogenMod-7-06202011-NIGHTLY-Optimus2X

[Q] gmail and google voice and play store will not sync over wifi

my google apps have stopped syncing over wifi unless i reboot or manually sync.
This goes across all aosp roms I have tried gb, ics, and jb.
as soon as I lose my wifi signal everything syncs. this is a pain because the play store will start updating instantly. I have poor cell service at work so I rely on wifi.
I haven't used a sense rom in a while so i don't remember if i had that problem as well.
I am using triple s v6.3 now and it has the same problem for me.
does anyone know of a solution?

[Q] Whatsapp doesn't connect

Hi.
Just flashed the Blackout ICS ROM on my phone and I'z loving it.
Problem though is my Whatsapp doesn't send or receive msgs though other apps do.
i have uninstalled and reinstalled it; removed my data manager etc yet it's still the same.
i noticed a similar thread but it the problem wasn't addressed there. here's the thread link
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1573641&highlight=whatsapp
First of all, if you are trying this over 3G, try it over WiFi.
Second, try clearing the data and cache of Whatsapp.
Third, if you are using a firewall app on your phone (such as droidwall), you might be blocking connections to whatsapp.

Everything works via Wifi. the Whatsapp recently connected but twitter failed to connect. seems all of the applications cannot connect simultaneously over 3G. Would habe posted the problem directly in the Balckout ICS DHD thread but i do not have enough posts to make any input in the development section.
thanks
