Just got a defy

Hi guys I just traded my iPhone 3gs for a defy ive been wanting this phone for a while
One thing I noticed though was there are no caps over the ports (usb and headphone jack) is that right?

Certainly that's not right. Both headphone jack and usb port have cover.

Car Dock?

Anything out there that lets you put this in some type of dock and make it look like a GPS device?

I'm thinking about this one for my car:
Breffo Spiderpodium Stand for iPhone, iPod, Cellphone
Not sure I'd use this or the Clingo "universial hands-free mount.

I bought the OEM car dock. Charges and does audio out without having to plug in your own cabkes it uses the micro USB port. Works great

Will this work with the original Samsung flip case?

Best headset with Android compatibility

Must at least have the same sound quality as my Denon AH-C360

srsly iunno why beats is so popular, its overpriced alot for what its worth. i thought this was an android community and not an apple one.
i bought JVC flats a couple of months ago and they are dirt cheap and dish out some nice sounds

Do you like bass ?? Sennheiser for sure i have been 5 years use that stuff

The Klipsch Image s4i earphones are a great choice.

[Q] Charger Port

Charger pin fits firmly in the charger port but comes out easily, I will not say it's loose but when I am using the phone while charging it comes out easily.
Is it the same for you all ?

Mine has no problem at all it fits in so tight that i accidentally pulled it and my phone fell on the carpet

Mine is sloppy too. I have a nice Amazon cable that "clicks" in place firmly that I like to use instead.

Are you using the cable that came with the phone? I know HTC phones use micro usb but if you use non-htc cables they will not fit as good. Maybe that's the same with SGN2?

[Q] AT&T Xperia Ion Headphone jack issue

Hey guys, a couple of months ago I bought my sister an Xperia Ion from Amazon...but it seems to have an issue, everytime something is plugged into the audio jack, it freezes the phone and it gets REALLY hot....
Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.

If its new return it if its not replace the jack, there are guides on how to do that the headphone jack just about falls out

Thanks alot...is there any chance that this is a software issue though?

I mean you could reflash the firmware and test the jack without adding any apps
