CM 9 Problem after installation

Hi. I installed the CM 9 latest version on my wildfire S and it installed fine. However when I restarted my mobile and clicked on the android picture to continue I got an error saying wizard stopped or encounted an error something like that.
Can this problem be solved in any way? The same happened when I tried CM 10. I am running CM 7.2 and it works fine at the moment.
Thanks

pacman 19.3 dhd no wifi help plz

Hi everyone
This is my first post but been on here and flashing roms a while now on and off cause the other half hijacks my phone but....
Ive tried to flash pacman 19.3 all in one dhd rom which was flashed ok along with the ParanoidPreferences and gapps-jb-20121130-signed but when im in settings after reboot the wifi toggle is darker and wont turn on. Ive tried to re-flash many times diffrent ways ( just rom, rom and paranoidpref.. etc ) but all end up the same. Ive read about the kangbang 2.4 kernal but when flashed it gets stuck in bootloop. everything else seems to work as it should and the rom is very fast and i would like to use it . On flashing ive done propper full wipes in 4ext ive just ran out of ideas and it worries me when get stuck in boot loop
These are the files i have:
PACman-v19.3-BLINDNDUMB
ParanoidPreferences
gapps-jb-20121130-signed
KangBang-Kernel-v2.4
any help is much appreciated
Hey
Ive flashed pacman 19.1 and all seems ok wifi working. I download'd it from the blindndumb website and that version is only 19.1 no 19.3? as in the xda dhd dev forum which is 19.3? Is the 19.3 for the dhd or just the desire s?
Ive been using my phone for downloads as my pc has been out of action for a month but i got my pc working again so maybe might have downloaded wrong on phone so idk

Common issue. Backup your current Rom ( non sense)
Then install a sense Rom.
Get a steady gps lock and the boot straight into recovery and restore your non sense Rom.
