Is there a stock debloated 2.3 rom? - Verizon Droid Incredible 2

Is there a 2.3 otA that has been rooted and debloated? Thank you

Try the Incredibly Debloated ROM by lefty here.

There's also RMK's debloated version (which I believe Lefty's is based on) here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1161411
I've been running this and it's great - no issues whatsoever.
And if you don't use Sense (and therefore can't use any of the Sense widgets), I made an even more debloated version of this (RMK's rom). Think of it as sort of a SuperClean version. I removed the following:
*ALL* widgets
Skin Picker
Wood skin
Metal skin
Slate skin
HTC Wallpapers
Mode 10 Wallpapers
Image Wallpaper
Magic Smoke Wallpapers
Weather Wallpaper
Live Wallpaper Picker
Adobe Flash installer
Rosie (the Sense launcher)
Quick Office
Footprints
Mail
GReader
Stocks
Friend Stream
Flickr
Protips
Instant Messaging
Twitter
Facebook
Connected Media
Weather (including the associated apks)
Visual Voicemail (although VVM still shows up in the app drawer as part of the SMS app)
All extra wallpapers, skin and bookmark thumbnails
The launcher has been replaced with the free market version of ADW, which itself can be removed once you install your launcher of choice.
I was just tired of removing all this stuff after flashing the ROM. You can add in any of these by downloading RMK's original rom and manually coping the desired APK's into /system/app. If/when I have time, I may look into some subtle interface tweaks (expanded reboot menu, things like that), but for now, it's just RMK's rom with all that stuff removed.

[Q] how would one go about making sense clock work for other launchers

on a sense rom like fresh how would one go about, through apk editing/hacking or otherwise, how would one go about making sense widgets appear in nonsense launchers. i was thinking that you could insert the necessary frameworks and whatnot into the clock widget apk and make it look for them inside the apk instead of the htc framework but i have no idea how you would do this or if it even would work
at least is there a way to copy the weather animations somehow?
edit- after some research apparently the stock android framework doest support animated widgets which is kinda sad.
Exactly...it wont work
Sent from my PC36100 using XDA App
yea sadly there is not much hope of getting the animated weather portion of the widget onto other launchers. you can find alternatives to the clock look however with out the weather animations.

Beautiful Widgets, Weather and Toggle Widget, and a few others are your only options. Beautiful Widgets is pretty cool. It's got a 4x1 version that basically has the same info -- I'd probably use it even if I did go back to the Sense launcher for some reason.
ya i use beautifulwidgets and i love the customizability but nothing beats those clouds and sunrays flashing of your home screen
too bad someone couldnt figure out how sense does animated widgets and make an openDorothy framework or something that other launchers could piggyback off of to support animated widgets
to those who dont get openDorothy: htc codenamed sense rosie, most noticeable in the actual apk which is called simply rosie.apk.
in the jetsons the maid was named rosie (pic) and was a robot.
in the old anime from the late '99/early '00 the big o there is an android named R. Dorothy Wayneright (pic) who is the main characters assistant. while not technically a maid, its close enough.
so to sum it up, htc sense is codenamed rosie which reminds me of rosie the robot who was a robotic maid which also made me think of r. dorothy who is sort of like a maid and is more advanced than rosie the robot, implying that if someone were able to make the piggyback framework it would be superior to htc sense. also "open"dorothy because it would be better off as opensource. simple right? lol

How can i add stock widgets ?

Hi
im using gingersense 4 now for a few days ->
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1680418
and everything is fine but "westito" deleted the widgets for some reason so now i want my music, calculator and my weather information back.
So could anybody help me to get the stock widgets ?
thx
somebody ? xP
You cannot use Sense widgets without Sense launcher.
Gingersense 4 has xperia launcher, so it us useless to leave Sense widgets in rom, you cannot add them to screens.
Dowload from market apw (android Pro widgets), there are also nice ics skins (not for free).
to bad
thx

Sense4 based AOSP ROM

Sense: launcher (only Sense homescreens with ICS icons) + widgets (with basic apps like mail, calendar etc...) + music enhancements + camera
ICS: appdrawer and basically everything else (framework, SystemUI, menus/dialogs/options etc,,,),
is there something like that somewhere?
I assume it's should be possible as there are many seperate mods floating around for AOSP lockscreen, AOSP notification pulldown, etc... On a fast Sense base it should have been a heck of a ROM.

I believe the Sense ROMs Sabsa and Viper both have mods like that included, either with Viper's tweaks or Sabsa's AROMA installer. However, Sense and AOSP (I'm assuming you just mistyped AOKP) are such different bases (Sense being proprietary) that actually trying to meld the two equally will likely be very difficult.
Like I mentioned there are those seperate mods, but unfortunately nothing like full AOSP framework or settings apk on Sense.

I'm pretty sure Sense needs its own framework to work. It's why we can't just flash a Sense camera.apk or Sense launcher.apk on an AOSP ROM. You could also start with an AOSP ROM and try to theme it like Sense, say with a 3rd-party launcher and Sense-themed widgets.

That's a no-go. Ugly widgets, no Sense apps

[Q] Touchwiz System Apps on JellyBam

I just swapped from HighOnAndroid, a TouchWiz based ROM, to JellyBam 7.4. I really like the customization of JellyBam, but there are a number of system apps that I really don't like, the Clock app, Calendar app, Messenger app, Contacts app, and Phone app. I love the look and feel of the TouchWiz versions of all of those apps. The JellyBam Clock has none of the features of TW clock, the TW calendar has a nice appearance, and i work outside at night, so the white text on black used in the TW Contacts and Messenger apps is perfect. Actually the Messenger app uses the colored balloons on a black background, which i really like.
Where can i find these apps, and can someone explain to me an elementary and simple way to install them? I have a copy of the Clock app, but it wont install. I've tried drag and drop, overwrite, etc. The phone won't let me do anything with the default clock app.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Jellybam roms are banned from xda so you will not find any support on this.
Also
TW based applications don't function on AOSP roms without the TW interface.
