I searched and found some fix to delete a telephony.db file, $4 later deleted file, reboot 4 times and still no recieves pics. I can send them.
Any ideas? Are the Devs aware?

Not sure what it could be. Ran RC2 stock and RC2 Godmode and never had a problem with wife sending me pics. Have you checked to see if you have a certain size limit set on text messages?

Best I can recommend is to submit a bug report Here. Also RLS1 of Synergy should be available later today or tomorrow according to Myn, so if its an issue then it may have been resolved in the impending release.
*Edit* Also check spare parts in the app menu, make sure compatibility mode is unchecked and that its not set to aggressive. Reboot and give that a shot as well.

Radios are rom independent, lots of people were downgrading their PRI to 1.77 for 3.0 roms for example. They can have a big impact. You should also update the prl and profile after flashing a new rom or radios.

I didn't have this issue with Myn Warm 2.2 as of last week. I might have to go back to it. But I REALLY like synergy

Hmm. mine is pretty much 0%. I'll try clearing the data and poke around
Mine only works when I enable the SMS push notifications in the G+ settings. The app's sync doesn't work at all.
Edit: I also have a problem with notifications going away after a minute or so on their own when I haven't even clicked them or opened the app.

Running MikG 2.0 (which is 2.3 based) and push has worked flawlessly.
It's better to have it just send you an email instead of both email and notification. Saves battery and just have your huddle notification and that's all. Much better on the battery, just saying.

Mine isn't working right on CM7.1 RC1. For some reason I'm getting notified once a day, usually around midnight, about the day's activities. I'd much rather have push notifications working!

Alright finally figured it out. I feel like a tard for not checking this 1st. For people who aren't recieving notifications log on to Google+ via the computer and go to Google+ settings make sure that under phone the boxes are checked. I did that and now it works perfect...

Wiped cache and dalvik twice, fixed uid mismatches in recovery yet?
Have you deleted any system applications?

Well you may want to redownload and flash MikG. Chances are there was just a code screw up that was causing the issue. MikG is a pretty well known ROM. I doubt it would've achieved such success if the contacts apk was constantly FC'ing.
Edit: There also may have been an apk that you downloaded that didnt play nice with the contacts apk. Check into that possibility as well.

Is it possible that there isn't a fix for video chats on aosp roms for the EVO. I've tried different versions of decks roms and one from jared. Each have the same results. The furthest I've gotten is voice going through but without video. Is there a flashable zip or something to fix this. I want to use an aosp Rom but can't without this working. I tried Skype and g+ video chat. Both failed.by now there should be some kind of fix. On sense Roms they work but not aosp ones. I've searched Google and xda search but no luck. Someone please help.

Yeah. I loaded them in boot manager. Wiped all. Installed apps by titanium. Could it be kernel wise? I kept the kernel the Rom came with.

Well the kernel idea didn't work. I used taimat 4.1 with the same results. I guess I won't be using aosp roms as a daily until its figured out. Yeah the apps are but for some reason they don't function on the aosp builds. Thanks for your help but if you happen to come across anything please let me know.

Will do, and sorry they're not working for you.
I had a problem for video chatting not working. G+ and Skype didn't work which I needed. So after days of searching for an answer, I finally stumbled across this. It helped for G+ but not for Skype. I didn't confirm an actual chat but my image comes out and doesn't say camera error anymore.
The link has a adb command list but I did it via root explorer. My first try didn't work but on my second try I didn't fix permissions or reboot. Weird but worked for me.
One last advice is that trying to video call in Skype borked the ability to g+ video chat afterwards. A simple reboot fixed it. So here is the link I used:

Attached to the bottom of this page is an CWM updater.zip for CM9 and AOKP, flash this after every CM9 update you install. If you do a wipe and restore your data flash this fix AFTER you restore your data as the fix deletes the telephony.db file from the data partition, which stores the APN values. This causes your phone to read the apns-conf.xml and write the correct Virgin Mobile values to the telephony.db on the next boot up.

Are you trying to flash this with cwm6? I don't think these zips work with cwm6. When I get a chance I will try and make some new ones.

Yes you could say that except I have been making mms fixes for virgin mobile for much longer than that. I was the one who figured out how to get mms working on cm7/cm9 phones flashed to virgin mobile. The boost script is much more simple, it just gives you the correct apn settings.

Oh most certainly, I just meant if I want to get Virgin Mobile MMS working on a different rom like [Re-Calked ICS] then it would just take following the DYI guide, or is it very complicated to modify the script to work?

You could try it. There is no guarantee it will work and honestly it probably won't. This script just activates some back end virgin mobile settings that have been added into the cyanogenmod general repo.

Have you tried flashing this on cm10? I hear that this fix works on it but haven't tried it myself yet. Been pretty busy with life the last couple months but I can probably take a look at it this weekend.

I deleted my apn then used restore and nothing happened. 3g and internet work, just not mms if that helps.

Restoring a bad default still leaves you with a bad default.
See the below link on how to fix it. Use MNC of 012 instead of what the guide says.

As I said, restoring a bad default is still bad. I missed that MetroPCS was a carrier, the verizon APN will not work for that and you'll have to find their APN.
So even know the old xml file use to work It's a bad default now? By the way, I've googled and have downloaded apns from places but mms still will not work.

If it used to work then something broke it, which could be a handful of things, from a rom update to something else. The easiest way is to still make sure your APNs are correct. If you think it's the stock messaging app, try a 3rd party.

It's a known problem. I had it on CM7 and CM9, but Albinoman's JB ROM seems to send them just fine.

I reverted to stock after trying a few versions of CM9 and never being able to get MMS to work. Was leery of trying any add'l ROMs 'cause I didn't want to lose MMS (or other core functionality). After the glowing reviews for Albinoman's JB ROM, I took the plunge and have been very happy. MMS are no problem. (There are a couple of other things not working, but generally 3rd party apps will work around those issues. Only prob I haven't seen a solution for is Netflix doesn't work...but I don't think there's any JB ROM for the Inc that has Netflix working.)
