Any of the otterbox products I have the defender for work and the commuter for out of work love them both..little pricey but you can find deals...

Possibly, but the Thunderbolt's primary speaker is offset from center due to the front facing cam. So you may run into issues there.
The evo case will not fit, the thunderbolt is a bit fatter. I tried with my old seido case.

Yeah sorry I didn't mean to say that it would fit on our Thunderbolt but I was wishing that there was a way to convince them to make a case/holster combo set for the Thunderbolt since this is basically version 2.0
I don't have a picture yet but the case in the link below will be offered by Verizon online and retail stores soon. I was able to talk to someone in customer service that said the extended case was in the equipment guide for the Thunderbolt but stock wasn't available yet for it. Just a heads up for everyone. I'll post a link for the stock battery case so you can get an idea of what I am talking about. She said it looks like black is the only color for now.

i bought a silicone case once, but found they attract every speck of dust and lint in my pocket. plastic cases dont seem to have this problem

So I guess there's no way of knowing if this has a cutout for the battery door or not? I think it looks tacky as hell with a cutout.

I've been waiting for a case like this to get the extended battery. Now I'm not sure if I'm going to wait and see if some sort of slim extended battery comes out or just get the extended battery that is out now and this case, decisions decisions.

I don't think Trident sells the silicon separately. You should contact them and ask if you can set up a special purchase.
If you check the Site you can see they sell the silicone by itself for other products so I'm guessing they will for the s3 aegis!

My local sprint store has the defender now so if youve been waiting for it you might want to give them a call. Fits perfect but does add bulk to the phone. I took the screen protecter off also because im using a zagg hd.

got myself and the wife one today, love it!!!! left my Zagg hd on though with defender stock screen protector and have no issues with touch, view or stylus......

I tried it with leaving the otterbox protector on but it started leaving a oil looking film so I took it off

For those that are lucky enuff to have found these in stores near by, were they all black or did they have any of the other two colors? The guy at my Sprint store is supposed to call me when they get them and I want the Glacier one, but all I have heard was people finding black ones so far. If black's the only one being shipped I'll end up going with that if I find it first since I can't stand carrying this phone around without it being protected.
Two things for me is no way will I pay that for a piece of plastic and rubber. Plus with that wide of a case my thumb wouldn't be able to reach the opposite side of the screen. No single hand tapping anymore.
Think I am just going to get a cheapo rubber case to give me some grip on the back.

I haven't had any luck finding a case yet in the mall and the cases at the store were ugly. I hate shopping amazon bc the pics never show the real quality and protection. Just curious as to what people are using as far as brands thus far. I love the feel but I need to protect this $708 investment!

Diztronic high gloss clear TPU, probably the same one as rick. Works great.
I am using Tech21 smoke/grey one. Though it was my only choice, it fits just right and buttons aren't that hard to press. (Hint: press home button to wake the phone)

Make sure to update us when you get it. I'm really thinking about that case, but $25 seems steep.
Hate buying these thin devices and bulking them up. Had a similar snap on polycarbonate on my last phone.

I went cheap and got this one in clear

decided to go with a cheap TPU for just under $2 shipped from ebay, I prefer TPU over the minimalist cases because it protects the top and bottom of the phone.
