Verizon High Gloss Case for the extended battery

I don't have a picture yet but the case in the link below will be offered by Verizon online and retail stores soon. I was able to talk to someone in customer service that said the extended case was in the equipment guide for the Thunderbolt but stock wasn't available yet for it. Just a heads up for everyone. I'll post a link for the stock battery case so you can get an idea of what I am talking about. She said it looks like black is the only color for now.

Again the link above is for the stock battery but Verizon will have one for the Extended battery very soon.

i bought a silicone case once, but found they attract every speck of dust and lint in my pocket. plastic cases dont seem to have this problem

thats good to hear. I really like the one i have for the standard battery i bought from verizon. I was looking at the seidio cases but im a bit worried about them lol

Make with the model number please.

The product sku is VZW6400SILHGBXT it was 19.99 plus I got my accessories discount of 25% so it came to about 15 bucks.

So I guess there's no way of knowing if this has a cutout for the battery door or not? I think it looks tacky as hell with a cutout.

I'll have pictures soon. But the screen shot from in the store has the battery door covered. Should have it Thursday or Friday.

I've been waiting for a case like this to get the extended battery. Now I'm not sure if I'm going to wait and see if some sort of slim extended battery comes out or just get the extended battery that is out now and this case, decisions decisions.

We're comin from a pure power source.

Griffin Shade - this is a thin but tuff case, I upgraded from the Otterbox Commuter.

Any of the otterbox products I have the defender for work and the commuter for out of work love them both..little pricey but you can find deals...

My local sprint store has the defender now so if youve been waiting for it you might want to give them a call. Fits perfect but does add bulk to the phone. I took the screen protecter off also because im using a zagg hd.

got myself and the wife one today, love it!!!! left my Zagg hd on though with defender stock screen protector and have no issues with touch, view or stylus......

How much are they selling it for?

I tried it with leaving the otterbox protector on but it started leaving a oil looking film so I took it off

just got mine last night. sprint store was supposed to call me when they got them in. glad i found this thread.

For those that are lucky enuff to have found these in stores near by, were they all black or did they have any of the other two colors? The guy at my Sprint store is supposed to call me when they get them and I want the Glacier one, but all I have heard was people finding black ones so far. If black's the only one being shipped I'll end up going with that if I find it first since I can't stand carrying this phone around without it being protected.

Two things for me is no way will I pay that for a piece of plastic and rubber. Plus with that wide of a case my thumb wouldn't be able to reach the opposite side of the screen. No single hand tapping anymore.
Think I am just going to get a cheapo rubber case to give me some grip on the back.

how well do skyrocket cases fit?

Im looking for an otter box, and the skyrocket has one. i understand that there are some small differences, but does it overall fit? i dont mind cutting holes for the speaker grills.
also, how's the trident aegis?

if you dont mind your speaker covered up the speaker phone is on the opposite side

Use the defender series from otterbox for the epic4g touch, its the same phone, that's what I have on my t989 and it works great

I can't say for sure as the otter box is the only case I've put on my Hercules, but I can tell u that this one does fit, all buttons line up, the speaker is a hair off centered but everything else looks like it was made for the herc

[PIC] just got my moko case!!!! Best bang for your Buck !!!

Can't believe how nifty this case is. It has a hard back , flip cover and wake lock !! Yet it doesn't add much bulk, just how I like it. The ports are nice and easy to access. The case hugs the device nicely and its sleek looking. Unlike those leather crap around the bezel .
Overall I was planning to get a premium case but for this price I might just skip the premium case. Unless its reasonably priced.

Yes! It's magnetic . The magnet also snap into the wake lock magnet as you fold in a stand as well so it doesn't unfold itself. Kinda smart...

Looks nice, I ordered the same one as well as the Poetic slimline.
When did you order yours? I was under the impression that they weren't being shipped until the 16th.
Now it says the 20th for shipping.

Oddly enough my portenzo hasn't arrived and said it was supposed to be done by the 9th. This thing really needs a case cause I'm so paranoid with it right now.

If you were worried you could always apply some clear packing tape over the metal part. That stuff sticks like...packing tape!

How sturdy is it when in stand form (both high and low). It it really stable?

I can confirm it's sturdy enough because the magnets keep the cover in place so it doesn't unfold itself. It also folds both ways meaning you can have the inside of the cover showing or the black side showing.

From the nexus 10 review the moko is generally better build quality than poetic... Plus covering the side and bottom just makes it more difficult to use them... Disclaimer I have the moko for nexus 10... Its great for the price
